Finally got into one of your newest sites and it was fantastic, but I will NOT reveal the site number!!!! Your park is beautifully maintained, and our dogs just can't get enough of the wildlife....bunnies, squirrels, chipmunks, and deer this trip. We stopped here as we were heading to the Canadian border to gather our thoughts and make sure we were ready for the long journey. It was great...

Very clean. Large, level site. Close to lots of things to do and see. Very pleasant and helpful employees. Will return for a future stay and highly recommend.

We have been staying at this KOA for years and it has never disappointed us! The staff are so friendly and always helpful. The restrooms are always clean. It is also up to all of the guests to make sure they keep it clean as well. You cannot hear traffic from I-81. The road coming into the campground is a little narrow, however if you just slow down and take your time, it's all good! Great KOA!!!

First - praises to your staff at this location! They were amazing!! Very nice, helpful and always pleasant. My only negative experience was the honey bee hive that was located on our site. Warning would have been nice before we arrived. My husband and I are both allergic to bees to it was a little stressful. Please warn those that are coming.

This is our 2nd time staying at this KOA- we love it there! The campsites are nice,( we get a patio site). The bathrooms are clean! The staff are very nice. Looking forward to camping there again!

overall good. It was quite and staff was great. sites not as small as I've experienced at other private campsites. level ground. Lots of trees. Enough stuff to do for little kids. Too expensive compared to other private campsites.

Appreciate the campground staff. They led us to our site, picked up our trash, and communicated using texts. The deluxe site was amazing. Check-in was confusing as people were checking in outside and in the office. Water was shut off in the middle of my shower, and pressure remained low while we were disconnecting. Still a great weekend in the mountains.

Campground and facilities were very clean. Playground was nice. Didn’t experience the pool but it looked nice. The site we were in was surrounded by trees which gave us a little more space.

Loved the deluxe patio, firepit and gas grill! Site had a good amount of space and a great mix of sub and shade. Our daughter loved all the activities!

Well set up rv park with numerous amenities that is set up much like a state park with trees and shade. We did not participate in the planned activities or use many amenities sense we are an elderly couple,

We had a great stay at the Harrisonburg KOA -- Delaine and all of the staff were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Bathrooms/Showers are the most important thing for us, and these were very clean. They also had a lot of nice details like the motion sensing LED's throughout the property. Everything was well maintained, and we do plan to come back when we're in the area.

This campground was a pleasure to stay at. Our site was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the pool was freezing.

The Shenandoah Valley KOA may be the nicest we have ever stayed at. The layout is fantastic, as well as the maintenance and overall care of the park. Love it and plan to return next year and stay longer!

Very pleasant personnel. Delivery service for items was a big plus. Got immediate help with one a the sewer caps needing unscrewing. Only negative was that even though it was a deluxe patio site, it lacked cable. No big deal still survived without it!

VERY nice campground! Friendly people, campground was clean and well-cared for, and the sites were very large. Fire pits are made from the rocks found at the campground, they were beautiful. The pool was very cold and even though it was well into the 80s it was a bit tough to get into that water temp. Laundry was clean and tidy with a large camp store. Would definitely stay here again!!

I really love coming to this campground. The staff, pizza and pies are awesome. Sometimes it’s a challenge to find a level spot but the staff is always accommodating. Wifi is sketchy too but I still love it!

Understand that this is a KOA holiday... It shouldn't be treated as a Journey. Not that you can't use it for an overnight (we did), but it is 3+ miles back along a winding road, with an interesting layout that made it challenging for an early morning departure. The campground is perfectly fine, and the staff fantastic. After spending the last 2 weeks in the deep south, a cool pool was refreshing!

Very nice campground. Great camp store with very friendly and helpful staff. The only con was the freezing cold pool. We are headed back this Thursday to stay for a night and it would be great if the pool heat was on.

Honestly, we avoid the KOA campgrounds for a couple of reasons. 1) Cost. We realize the amenities that are available and they drive up the cost. 2) Often there are are kids running around. I love the kids but we aren't looking to have them all over when we're out and about. Having said that, this particular campground made sense this time around. Blessings!

This is our second time back. The new management has really impressed us and turned this place into top notch. On top of the appearance being perfect the staff was amazing. Every time we needed ice or firewood they were quick to deliver directly to our campsite. The campsite had a bunch of people working on upgrades and keeping the camp clean. We loved that they had pizza as an option for breakfast and dinner.

Campground has a homey, woodsy feel. Sites are gravel and level. Staff is very friendly.

Great campground conveniently located near Route 81 but far enough away to provide a quiet, peaceful stay. Great for a quick stop on the way or a destination itself. There is plenty to do for recreation including playground and pool. Can accommodate even the largest rigs with plenty of back-in or pull through sites. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful. They work hard to meet your every need. Terry was a delight to work with and made our stay wonderful.
