After arriving at this location, we realized we had damage to a front right tire on our motorcoach and required both front tires to be replaced during our stay at the KOA. The campground in the staff could not have been more accommodating and making certain we were taken care of, and felt welcome even as we needed a second night stay in order to receive the required repairs needed.

Nice wooded KOA Campground that gives a nice rustic feel. Nice hiking trail, cable TV , camp store. Camp K9 is rough

This place would be a five except the septic connection is not threaded, making it a bit of a pain to secure the hose. The staff was great and very helpful.

Showers are large but could use soap dish or shelf for shampoo. Floors need to be recoated . Great merchandise shop.

Finally got into one of your newest sites and it was fantastic, but I will NOT reveal the site number!!!! Your park is beautifully maintained, and our dogs just can't get enough of the wildlife....bunnies, squirrels, chipmunks, and deer this trip. We stopped here as we were heading to the Canadian border to gather our thoughts and make sure we were ready for the long journey. It was great...

We have been staying at this KOA for years and it has never disappointed us! The staff are so friendly and always helpful. The restrooms are always clean. It is also up to all of the guests to make sure they keep it clean as well. You cannot hear traffic from I-81. The road coming into the campground is a little narrow, however if you just slow down and take your time, it's all good! Great KOA!!!

First - praises to your staff at this location! They were amazing!! Very nice, helpful and always pleasant. My only negative experience was the honey bee hive that was located on our site. Warning would have been nice before we arrived. My husband and I are both allergic to bees to it was a little stressful. Please warn those that are coming.

This is our 2nd time staying at this KOA- we love it there! The campsites are nice,( we get a patio site). The bathrooms are clean! The staff are very nice. Looking forward to camping there again!

overall good. It was quite and staff was great. sites not as small as I've experienced at other private campsites. level ground. Lots of trees. Enough stuff to do for little kids. Too expensive compared to other private campsites.

Appreciate the campground staff. They led us to our site, picked up our trash, and communicated using texts. The deluxe site was amazing. Check-in was confusing as people were checking in outside and in the office. Water was shut off in the middle of my shower, and pressure remained low while we were disconnecting. Still a great weekend in the mountains.

Campground and facilities were very clean. Playground was nice. Didn’t experience the pool but it looked nice. The site we were in was surrounded by trees which gave us a little more space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Labor Day weekend trip! This campground is clean and the staff is friendly and very responsive! Our family of 5 had a nice, quiet tent site that was a close walk to the lodge and all of the amenities. We enjoyed the pool, disc golf, cornhole, giant checkers and the hiking trail! The extra activities for the holiday weekend were great! We’ll definitely be back!

They had great activities for kids. VERY clean bathrooms. Staff was outstanding. Our only minor complaint was that the pool was absolutely frigid (especially for September). Our small children were not able to stay in it for very long because of the temperature. Regardless of the pool temp, we will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at the Harrisonburg KOA -- Delaine and all of the staff were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Bathrooms/Showers are the most important thing for us, and these were very clean. They also had a lot of nice details like the motion sensing LED's throughout the property. Everything was well maintained, and we do plan to come back when we're in the area.

This campground was a pleasure to stay at. Our site was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the pool was freezing.

We were only there one night but found it to be a really nice place. Like most campsites it was more accommodating to RVers but they had a good amount of tent sites too. One annoyance was that they only had one bathroom that was some distance away from the tent area. That being said, the bathrooms were spacious, clean, and had nice showers too. We would definitely stay here again.

Harrisonburg / Shenandoah Valley KOA is set in a beautiful location. The campground is well maintained and the staff is friendly. I look forward to returning again.

This is our second time back. The new management has really impressed us and turned this place into top notch. On top of the appearance being perfect the staff was amazing. Every time we needed ice or firewood they were quick to deliver directly to our campsite. The campsite had a bunch of people working on upgrades and keeping the camp clean. We loved that they had pizza as an option for breakfast and dinner.

Campground has a homey, woodsy feel. Sites are gravel and level. Staff is very friendly.
