Your quiet period starting 10pm is not enforced and rowdy campers know it. Partying, with loud cussing, on Friday went on well after midnight in the KOA, especially at Site 164. On Saturday morning others complained with me about the noise. Sites are small even for small trailers. Our neighbor had to move his truck so I could pull out when we were leaving. We won’t be back.

Love the campground. This time though the camp store was limited. They were out of stock of everything. Also they offered delivery of the firewood but we never got it.

Back in site 196 is NOT level. A bit of work needs to be done. Bathrooms could be a bit cleaner.

This was our first stay. Chose site 174 which was a very unlevel site. Chris and Jimmy were so nice and very helpful. They moved us to 189 which is an amazing site. Beautiful location. Many sites are unlevel, roads in the campground are in need of repair, and site markers are confusing. The bathhouse could have been cleaner. The camp store was a bit bare.

The staff were very accommodating in assisting us during the breakdown of our tow vehicle insuring we didn't have to leave the park. We will never the kindness shown. The infrastructure, roads, placement of some sewer hookups, are less then desirable Im afraid. Many of the hookup locations pipes are too high in our case went UPHILL.Very difficult to have to unhook and drain pipe manually.

We had a nice stay. The proximity to the Visitor's Center is convenient; the WiFi was strong and consistent; the staff we dealt with were most helpful and friendly, and we loved being situated in the trees at our site (181). My only criticism is that most of the sites where we stayed were not level. It took a lot of work to level our trailer, and we couldn't use our sewer hose.

We loved the campground, however, I felt like drive through sites were not very long. vehicles had to park next to their trailers. Cable was not working well, but we were told the cable company had to order a part. We love camping and now that I have the layout of the park, I will know where to reserve at. Everyone was really nice

This KOA Campground in the mountain's is awesome. We went when the trees were turning colors. The camp sites are specious and everywhere you look it is just beautiful. The bathhouses are spic and span. And the ladies in the office are very welcoming. We had a relaxing time, and we will return again.

We stayed Sunday through Thursday so not all of the activities where available, incl. the Grapes & Grinds Coffee Shop and the theater. What was open was enjoyable and the campground boarders Harper's Ferry NP. There are walking trails to go from the campground to the National Park. There were too many low hanging branches that scraped our 29' RV. The restrooms could have been cleaner.

BEEN COMING TO THIS CAMPGROUND FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS. WHEN I COME IN OCTOBER WITH MY ENTIRE FAMILY, WE BUY SWEAT SHIRTS AND OTHER SHIRTS FROM THE CAMP STORE. THIS YEAR WE WERE VERY DISAPOINTED BECAUSE THERE WAS NO SWEAT SHIRTS AND THE PLACE LOOKED BARRON. THE "MANAGER" SAID IT WAS BECAUSE IT WAS THE END OF THE SEASON????? DON'T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. HOPE NEXT YEAR WILL BE DIFFERENT.

While this is one of our favorite campgrounds and we have made a tradition of staying 2 times per year I have to say the gentleman that works in the office is making it harder and harder to return. He is rude to customers, myself included when there was a mistake made by the office with this particular reservation. It all worked out in the end but he was difficult to say the least.

Though the Halloween activities seemed very fun, our site killed any joy for us. Though we paid for a deluxe patio site, the pad was steeply pitched in two directions. Even after using levelers, our rig was not level. The alternative site I was offered was even worse.. We will not be back to this campground.

Be aware before you go. Check prices and allowable number of vehicles per site. Website lists email address but it doesn’t work. Manager doesn’t respond. Harpers Ferry is a beautiful place to visit, this KOA takes advantage of that. The adjoining hotel near the park might be a better option. There are other campgrounds nearby that do a much better job of taking care of their guests.

Pulled in with no reservation on a Sunday afternoon. We got a beautiful site away from everyone for 2 nights.. Very private. People were very accommodating. We will definitely return here when warmer weather comes back around. The campground is a 5 minute drive from Harper's Ferry. Great location.

We had a wonderful time. I just wish that there had been a notice of the HalloWeekend fun on the confirmation. We're retired and don't look at the SEPARATE event section when booking campsites. So we weren't prepared.

Had a great time but needs some improvement. Site was very unlevel. Was up on 4 blocks and still needed another block. The street light at night was to bright. Had three spots which thank god they let 2 of the sites move their spots because the one spot shouldn’t even be called a spot. It was more like a roadway. Staff was very friendly. Good Halloween activities. Never did see who won the site

The sites weren’t level, there were cigarette butts all over. The person at the register didn’t know how to apply the rewards. We weren’t happy with the first site so we requested another. The person was very polite in letting us do that, unfortunately the second site was no better. Full of butts and not level.

The location is awesome. We stayed in a premium patio site and was disappointed to pay so much for an unlevel site. When catering to large Class As, you should spend the extra time and money to give them a level site. We'll be back, but we had to walk the whole property and make notes so we don't have this happen again... We also felt "nickle&dimed" alot with extras fees.....

The location was perfect. Our stay was better than expected. The sites in the area we were were not very level but we made it work. The civil war history within the park was unexpected. Beautiful park to jog/walk around. Great dog park. Laundry could b better. Machines needed a good cleaning.

I have not been here in close to 10 years. I will come back but will not stay on the same site. Site 58 fits a 30 foot RV but getting it on the site with a crew cab long bed truck was a challenge. I would recommend the management think about this when advertising the site and or people check in. I have been traveling with a travel trailer for 20 years.

Very nice setting with wonderful amenities. Bath houses were clean with privacy for showers. Registration was a breeze & everyone was really nice & helpful.

Stay there Friday Saturday morning. Very nice clean and well organized campsite. It was very peaceful and relaxing, We will be back.

Learned that we shouldn't have camped there till the warmer weather when they open the whole campground. All campers were in one location, close to road and local homes. I didn't enjoy my view of the locals homes that were less than 100 ft from our site. I was hoping to be in the wooded area . But service was great. Employees were friendly. I would go back when they open the whole facility.
