Excellant campground to stay at. Very clean and lots to do inside the campground. It's also part of the Harpers Ferry historic battlefield. Very close to the National Park Service parking area. Highly recommended and will return.

When we brought up a concern/issue to the staff, they lied to us, were unkind, rude, asked us to leave the office when we weren't making a scene, accused me of yelling at them, and my kids being "out of line." We eventually were able to talk to the manager, but the manager was equally unkind, rude, dismissive, and uncaring. This is bad management from the top, all the way down to the bottom.

We stayed Wed-Fri. Some amenities were closed. Wish we would have been told. After checked in, we ran errands. Came to our cabin around 10pm and realized we didn't have a key. Frustrating. The following day, we went to make a fire and had burnt socks, towels, and metal in our fire pit. Also small pieces of trash were throughout. The bathrooms were gross. Smelly and dirty. Location was great.

Enjoyed our time. Campground has tons to do, kids enjoyed the pool and arcade. My only suggestion would be to do a better job keeping the bathrooms clean.

Our site was very close to another site, and I did not realize it when booking it. However, it was close to all of the amenities and I appreciate the variety of them and the propane. It would be nice to have gluten-free options in the snack bar as well as more sugar free options. The full hook up is appreciated, but it is going uphill and that’s a challenge to empty the tank.

Harpers Ferry KOA is an older campground with a great laundry facility. Nice trees too.

We booked a Thursday - Monday stay with the family in hope of making the most of your advertised amenities throughout our stay. In practice, we discovered the bulk of activities are only catered to Saturday, with even the jumping bounce closed each day. We were disappointed and opted to leave on Sunday afternoon instead of spending the last night there.

The sights are too close together. All weekend we smelled the dumpster and the neighbor sewer. We were listening to music ( not loudly) and were told to turn the music off at 10:00. The man wouldn’t leave until we turned the music off. We went to go play mini golf & the course was beyond repair. The gnats were terrible. The least they could do was spray for insects. Was not worth the money.

We got two sites that were 6.5” low on the other side from the drain. Front to rear was WAY more than that. Not acceptable. Ever. The staff was very nice. No complaints.

A nice clean campground. We have stayed here several times and have been very pleased with the facility. Lots to do for the little ones. Will camp here again.

I have always enjoyed this campground but the shower was backing up and the wall hooks were torn from the walls. The bathroom was a very far walk from the cabin and there were no lights guiding us down the muddy, uneven hill/slope to the cabin. The lock on the cabin door was broken

Had to contact staff 3 times before a significant health hazard was removed from a shower in Comfort Station #2 on 6/13. Staff was not competent, and when I asked to speak with management, I was told management doesn't care. I see other comments about poor restroom cleanliness and lack of management attention, so I don't think this was a one-time issue. Not up to KOA standards.

We are rarely disappointed by a KOA stay. They tack on Resort Fees and Pet Fees to make it $98 a day plus tax. Our site was gravel that was not level. We could not have a fire due to the neighbor's camper was too close to our firepit. The 30 amp power plug was upside down, so most power protectors cannot be plugged in. The sewer fitting is not threaded, so I had to buy a donut for a friction fit.

Nice campground and great location. Site was a bit tight, but ok. Could barely extend our awning because of a tree. Campground did have lots of great facilities and amenities. Only major complaint were the filled toilets that did not flush very well. Rarely were more than one of the men's room's stalls usable. The bathhouses were generally well maintained and kept really clean otherwise.

Sites too small, bathrooms clean but tiles broken in some stalls and slick floors ie..need mats, activity room for kids, no air flow. no restrooms at laundromat.

the camp ground is nice , but your internet stinks all the way around. your 5G stinks, and the 2G stinks. it needs to be upgraded. this is our second year, but we are not coming back next year

Dirty showers/restrooms. Charged $20 for "resort fee " The"cafe closed early upon our arrival. I use the word "cafe" lightly. It is not a cafe. It is pathetic. I asked to dispute the "resort" fee. The woman at the counter interrogated me. Then she took my ph # saying the manager would call me. Yes,you guessed it. No ph call. I recommend staying anywhere but here.

You guys have steps to get to the cabin k233 that's on the bottom on a hill and I slip and fell down the steps and broke my ankle. You guys should have safer steps.

It's a nice park with a friendly staff. Minutes from historic Harper's Ferry and the Charlestown Race Track & Casino. My only issues are that the spaces are VERY close together affording virtually no privacy and making parking a rig difficult and that the sewer hookup (at least on our spot and a few others I saw) are act impossible to use unless your rig is very high as they drain uphill.

We were there over a weekend, and the park was full. Felt very crowded. Our site 182 (?) sewer connection was uphill near the road but the site was a back-in site. Our tanks were at the rear. We had to use the dump station to dump! $8 each for 2 dogs - the dog park was ok but not great! And a resort fee of $10/day??? We didn't use the pool, kids playground. Rip-off!! We won't be back

Men’s and women’s should have separate restrooms, it’s not very clear and easily gets confused first time. Don’t understand why there is extra charges for third person not seen this in other’s places, thanks

Enjoyed our stay. Friendly people. Only problem we had were the tree branches rubbing on our motorhome upon leaving the campground. Need to be trimmed. You can miss most of the branches unless you are meeting a vehicle.

Stay there Friday Saturday morning. Very nice clean and well organized campsite. It was very peaceful and relaxing, We will be back.

Learned that we shouldn't have camped there till the warmer weather when they open the whole campground. All campers were in one location, close to road and local homes. I didn't enjoy my view of the locals homes that were less than 100 ft from our site. I was hoping to be in the wooded area . But service was great. Employees were friendly. I would go back when they open the whole facility.
