We had a great time! We were sad that the jumping pillow and pool closed early. We also came during the week instead of a weekend which I know may have had something to do with it- we were surprised to not see Grapes and Grinds open while we were there. We also would have loved just a one-sheet information sheet on some of the amenities and special events. We were unsure of the times

Great stay, nice sites and amenities. Staff should remember the book 2 nights, get the 3rd free though. We and all are friends we’re charged for 3 nights and had to go to the office to get it discounted. A shuttle to Harpers Ferry town would be nice as well.

As a returning camper, I truly enjoy every time I come. Cabin is clean and cozy. Had a bit of an ant issue, but not bad. The bed in the deluxe cabin is not too comfortable, but it was ok for a couple of nights. Everything on the grounds is so clean and my friends really enjoyed it too. I noticed a few renovations that make Everything look great.

Would have been 5 stars except for the speed bumps , drive around on some of the worst roads in the country and on purpose add speed bumps , with A bad back you feel it when you drive over a ant turd , #removethespeedbumps!!!

Our stay started off in a bad way, the KOA desk person marked up the map to our site incorrectly and took us into our site backwards creating a major issue with turning around to get facing correct direction, with a 40' camper you need some space to change directions. After we got settled in the stay was great.

Our stay was very nice. The park was clean and quiet. The facilities were plentiful and clean. There was a lot of kid friendly activity inside the park and plenty of extra curricular activities to engage in outside the park. The staff was friendly and accommodating; they even supplied me with some tools for a tire issue noticed upon leaving our spot, which enabled me to get down the road.

Site 46 was extremely small and we had to move the picnic table and manuveur to put our 38" ft 5th wheel in that spot. We booked late so I understand having to take what is left. We have been there many times so now we know to call and get the site before we committ.

My stay was great! I love this campground. When checking in there was a male who helped and he wasn’t very friendly, and also the bathrooms and showers aren’t very clean but other than that it was a great time. Thanks for having us.

We have stayed at many KOA campgrounds throughout the years and everyone in my family agreed this KOA was the best we have stayed at. Whoever is in charge has really put a lot of effort into creating a great space. We only stayed 4 days but you would need a full week to experience all this campground and Harpers Ferry has to offer. Amazing location and so many amenities and activities. 10/10!

Campground photos online did not represent the condition of the facilities accurately. The pool was very nice and I’m good condition. Laundry facility was old and dirty. Bathrooms we’re old and not enough for the size of the property. Coffee shop was seldom open. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Fire pit was very small, difficult to have a fire.

We did not go to the battle field. We very much enjoyed our stay. We have been several times before but with our camper. First time in a cabin and it was great. Clean with nice amenities.

We had a great stay. This was our second trip to the area and our second stay with this KOA. We had a nice site and enjoyed the pool. My boys enjoyed the pancake breakfast, but my son wasn't psyched about the egg add on. That was the only complaint he had about our stay.

We had booked a specific Patio site. It was unavailable the day we checked in we were moved to a back patio site that was unlevel tree trimmers removing trees dust and dirty. Specialty Coffee shop Pizza never opens our entire stay. Coupons were given but obviously useless. Pool is nice, great location to Harpers Ferry. Pancake breakfast ok. Needs so TLC. Ok for a night or passing through.

The best thing about this campground is the location. The entire facility is tired. Our site was not level, had little gravel and I found a tent type stake in the ground, which would have easily punctured our tire. The shower wasn't dirty but it was not clean either. Everything was over used. The coffee/wine house is only open Friday/Saturday. The cafeteria is inexpensive and ok.

We loved how the campground was laid out, loved that we had a cabin exactly across from the pool, it made it handicap accessible for our special needs child who LOVES to swim. The office and grounds people were amazing, the game room employee was a little rude. We really enjoyed that it was located near places to do things! It was really hard to leave after our stay! Definitely will be back again!

We have been to this KOA a few times and always enjoy our stay. Lodging options are great and we love the pool. 2 disappointments during this most recent visit were that the bouncing pillow was not available and the sewage odor made it unpleasant to sit outdoors.

Rented a cabin. Key was very hard to use ( didn't lock & unlock easily). We are seniors. There was no steps or walkways to front door. Had to walk up a 3 or 4 foot hill. Very difficult for us. The kitchen & bathroom had ants. On a positive note the bed was very comfortable & Clean.

The best part is the location next to the Harpers Ferry National Park. The KOA site was crowded, no shade. We have no pets and were given a site next to the dog park. We were surrounded by other campers with big barking dogs.

Campsite road too narrow. difficult to get in and out. We had to wait for people across us to leave so we had room to hook up as we needed to pull in their site since road is too narrow. No stone in site, all dirt so very dusty. site was way too steep. Couldn't back all the way in; our sewer lines would've been up hill and not draining. Dirty bathrooms. Run down Cutler hall....what a mess.

Very clean and well maintained place. General store and cafe prices all reasonable. Staff was helpful and polite. Huge pool and jump pad compared to other koas. Loved it. We will be back.

The pull through site you gave me was the worst site I’ve ever had at a campground. It was small, up a steep gravel hill, and very unlevel. RV’s were stacked right on top of each other. The picnic table was broken. I asked a maintenance man for a new one, and he never came back. I had to walk to the office the following day to request a new one. Very clean and had lots of amenities. We really enjoyed the pool, ice cream, putt putt golf, and pancake breakfast. It was a lot of fun, a busy place but quiet, especially in the evening.

Bathroom in main store was “very” dirty. Sink, toilet & floor. Wi-Fi appears strong but streaming limited and not possible for most part. Site held camper but not vehicle. Dissatisfied given $85 nightly for a spot by the parking lot of the main store.

The grounds are beautiful. Unfortunately we picked this location for the lap pool and the photo on the site had lines in the pool. This pool was beautiful but no lap lanes. Also the jump pillow was only open 12-3, so we did not get to use it. The art room is only on weekends. I'd come for a weekend but did not feel that our stay had the value of what we paid for. The people were nice.

The only reason I enjoy your campground, usually, is for the ease of the cafe’, the fun activities- jumping pillow for my children, and the coffee shop for me. Nothing was open!!! The campsite was incredibly unlevel and for the price that we paid for the sites they should have been leveled better by the campground. Aside from the unlevel part, the campground was very well maintained and had great things to do with kids!

Some Activities for kids were closed because of being understaffed. There were rotted beams with bees .Miniture golf course was not blown off, it was hard to navigate the golf course. Our 9 year old granddaughter got stung 2 times at & the bouncing pillow.

The campground staff was nice, but the layout of the park is terrible. The sites are not maintained in any regard and driving in you get the distinct feeling there is a desire to cram as many trailers in as possible. But for the national park right next door we would have turned around and left and never set up. It was unacceptably cramped with little room to maneuver or enjoy. Not worth a stay.

Very small sites,nice staff.However the bath houses and restrooms were not cleaned all week. The bathrooms in the game room area that are used by the pool guests were so dirty I didn’t even want to use them! The bathhouses smelled like urine. Hairballs in the showers and the same garbage in the garbage cans all week. Never emptied. Shame because they look newly redone, nice tile work. But filthy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful campground, plenty of activities, loved the big open parking lot for registration, large camp store, very nice pool and the staff was so incredibly nice!!We didn’t particularly care for our site (#50), but we walked around and found other sites we would choose. We would definitely be back!

Stay there Friday Saturday morning. Very nice clean and well organized campsite. It was very peaceful and relaxing, We will be back.

Learned that we shouldn't have camped there till the warmer weather when they open the whole campground. All campers were in one location, close to road and local homes. I didn't enjoy my view of the locals homes that were less than 100 ft from our site. I was hoping to be in the wooded area . But service was great. Employees were friendly. I would go back when they open the whole facility.
