Aged campground needs repair…electric box connection door fell off….when returned from an outing electric had shut off…swimming pool very poor…dump out station did not have hose to clean tubes…we paid for 2 nights but left after 1 night and forfeited our payment

The park was very rundown. When I asked about the pool hours, I was told they were 10am to 5:45pm daily. I asked how do travelers get a chance to relax in the pool after traveling all day, I got no response!

The owners were helpful when we had an issue with our camper and very nice. But the playground was quite unkempt and even looked dangerous. The office, pool,and laundry didn't open until 10AM and closed before 6PM. It was 104 degrees and we couldn't use the pool. The laundry wasn't air-conditioned and since you couldn't start a load after 5, it could not be used later at night after it cooled down

Office/store was only open until 6, in spite of the advertised hours that stated 8. Rv spots are crowded. We had to pry the cover off our sewer hookup. Pool was closed and tarped over. Bathrooms were clean but there were repairs needed. Trees were mature and provided some shade. Also there was a nice playground for the kids. For an overnight stay this is fine. Otherwise look elsewhere

The office is open 10a to 6pm, they do accommodate late arrivals, however we booked late and fended for ourselves. We just pulled into an open spot.The campground is small, lots of spots and cabins. Great for a quick stopover but not for a lengthy stay. It is convenient to the "battle of the little big horn" which is a must stop if traveling near there.The hosts are very nice.

We stayed 1 night, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Site was level and long. Easy in and out for my 40ft 5th wheel. Good jump off point for Custer battlefield. It could use some updating, but everything was serviceable.

Overall, our stay was satisfactory, but the part that was way below satisfaction was that they closed the pool at 5:45pm on a day that it was about 100 degrees. The pool was the only reason we chose this KOA and it was very disappointing to my grandkids. Totally unacceptable!

Enjoyed the pool. We had plenty of space and the campground was just a mile or so from the freeway.

The owners were super friendly, and escorted you to your site. In June they had a tornado go through, so there was much to be done to bring it back to what we imagined it once looked like. No Wi-Fi, everything was very dry. We had the basics, w, e, s. Didn’t use showers or laundry. Wasn’t our best, first KOA experience.

Two days, they were helpful and gave us shade. The pool and bathroom-showers were clean and good. We had visited 8 years ago and when we were coming back through, we knew we wanted to stay there. Nice place overall, probably could use some paint and clean up outside the pool area, broken table, rutted ground.

Was a little nervous with some of the negative reviews and mentions of maintenance issues due to an injury with one of the owners. Was very happy to find friendly staff, a clean campground, and a working pool. The website seems to be a little out of date. Consider this a typical Journey, great for a few days stay. Will come back.

Great location for Little Big Horn, Bighorn Canyon and Yellowtail Dam. Friendly staff and level sites. The campground was hit hard by high winds a few weeks prior to our visit but was working hard to recover. The town of Hardin was interesting and a short drive to Billings.

Very Friendly Staff. Vey clean bathrooms and showers. Small RV park that’s still recovering from a tornado in June, but perfect for the one night we needed it. Ginny was wonderful.

Was very rough looking needed to be mowed, pool not cleaned for months, pool not open for awhile ! Just not what I would expect from a KOA!!

If you absolutely need a place to stay it has Electric water and sewer. Very very run down an unkept. For an example, We found 4 dead birds on the ground while walking the dog. we found 4 dead birds on the ground while we're walking our dog.

Love love love this place! Kristy and Jon are working very hard on updating and making this a fun stop along your way. Conveniently off the interstate without the interstate noise. Will absolutely stay here again. Excited about the updates.

Amazing and friendly staff. I had to change my reservation for less days and they were kind and willing. Fun playground. Large dog park. Peaceful place. Highly recommend this KOA!
