Sites were close. Once slides were open there was very little room in between to empty tanks. The sewer inlet was close to the end of the site and had some drive over damage. Wifi was done for the duration of our stay.

Camp ground site is fine physically. Need to improve WiFi coverage as they have no TV available. Showers are very small.

We stay here every year on the way to Sturgis. This year I accidentally reserved a spot without sewer. The host was so nice in moving us to a full hook up spot. Thank you so much for keeping me out of trouble with the hubby. �Ϝ�Ϝ. The new hosts are making this campground into a very nice place. We would definitely recommend staying here. Been to many KOA's and this was the absolute worst. They lacked in every aspect, except close to highway. No lawn maintenance. No keep up of the playground for kids. Pool was filthy, and laundry room was a mix match of old washer and dryers. We will never stay there again.

Short and sweet. My only disappointment (not just with Hardin) is lack of recycling. We are at a place in history where we can’t ignore all the plastic we use. Please consider adding recycling to your amenities. Thank you.

There was no internet. You had to go to the office just to find it, once you got back to the site, it was off. The shower pressure was great. If you have kids, the pool is great. They need some maintenance on the broken water valves. Location is quiet and off the highway.

Staff was very friendly but property was run down. Not enough gravel around RV sites so when it rains, it’s muddy. Random equipment and junk sitting around property. Weeds were all over playground. Would not stay here again.

I know this KOA has new owners, but they need to fix their WIFI, talked with them a couple of times At beginning of stay about it. You could get WIFI by the office but was non existent at back of park. I would not recommend this koa

The staff is super friendly and made it a point to welcome me and show me to my tent camping site. The campground equipment is a little dated and my site had a picnic table that had considerable wood rot. The bathrooms weren't the cleanest. Would stay here again in a pinch, but more likely to look for another site in the future.

Thìa was our first stay at the Hardin KOA Journey. We have stayed at many KOAs over the years, and each one is unique. We were very happy with our stay in Hardin. We had a nice level site and some shade. Kristy was very helpful on the phone when I made the reservation, and extremely personable at check-in. My wife enjoyed shopping in the camp store too. Very comfortable stay in simple and well-cared for environment. New owners/management are clearly taking steps to make visitors feel welcome and ensure a smooth experience. Unfortunate that pool wasn't in service during a mid-July heat wave (new concrete had just been poured). Good place for a quick, comfortable, hassle-free stopover on journeys to/from Montana.

Stayed on an electric/water (30 A) site. The next morning we learned that there was no water due to excessive ag-chemicals in the well. The full hookup sites were on a cistern so that water was halted in. Disappointing to say the least. However the people were wonderful and very helpful. Glad we didn’t try filling our fresh tank. Wish we had been notified. Will still consider staying there.

Pool was closed to everyone except owners grandkids. When we asked if we could swim. It was very unwelcoming response.

Due to concrete repairs, pool was covered for 3 days. When we tried to open it that Friday it was green. Grand kids were in pool with scrub brushes trying to get it cleaned so we could open it. Sorry that wasn't communicated.

The campground was not kept up. It just seemed a bit uncared for. The owner seemed more preoccupied with her grandkids than with the customer’s needs. I understand she is doing construction on the property, but the property seemed so disorganized. Paying full price for a campsite that was under construction was in my opinion, unreasonable. This is the worst KOA we’ve stayed at.

we are brand new owners, Only been here since June 1st. We have a lot of repairs to make, due to neglect. Hope you can come back and see all the improvements. Glad you got to see our grand daughters as they are in the office very seldom.

The owners were fantastic, the pool was open and amazing. The camp hosts were so helpful and friendly. The camp was clean. I love the swings at every site and the special trail for the dogs. Very pet friendly, This is the best KOA. We’ve stayed at thus far. We will be back on our way back through town in a couple of weeks. thank you so much for such an amazing time!

Very nice reception! We were shown to our spot. Spot was long enough for Motorhome and a tow vehicle. We did a one night stay on our way to Glacier. Would stay again! Great Wi-Fi!

Staff is great, friendly, efficient. The location is right next to a water canal on all sides - - an efficient breeding ground for mosquitos. Also, right up against a major road with a lot of FAST cars/trucks coming through. And, the lights/noise from the factory across the street do detract from what is otherwise a peaceful setting.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom floors were in disrepair, and there is a large factory of some sort across the street that makes loud noise all night as well as shining light that kept us awake. Not the best site for a KOA. :-(

The campground was so clean and nice! The workers were amazing and very helping! One employee even went to her RV when I needed something they didn’t have and gave me some of hers! Would highly recommend!

Seems to be a New startup. Friendly and helpfull staff! Campground is outdated with smelling sewers. Kindness of staff makes it bearable.

Love love love this place! Kristy and Jon are working very hard on updating and making this a fun stop along your way. Conveniently off the interstate without the interstate noise. Will absolutely stay here again. Excited about the updates.

Amazing and friendly staff. I had to change my reservation for less days and they were kind and willing. Fun playground. Large dog park. Peaceful place. Highly recommend this KOA!
