General Campground Information

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel a reservation and receive a refund of your deposit fee (less $20 for processing), notice must be received according to the following schedule:     
   
- Holidays & Event Weekends for all sites and lodging - 2 weeks before scheduled arrival
- Deluxe Cabins (Kamping Kottages & Lodges) - 2 weeks before scheduled arrival
- Camping Cabins - 1 week before scheduled arrival
- Campsites - 2 days before scheduled arrival (by 3pm) 

If within one hour after check in, you're not completely satisfied with the services or facilities, your registrations fees will be refunded.
No deposit refunds are given after these deadlines, or after arrival and/or registration (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Group deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

STORE HOURS

In our off season our Kamp Store hours vary.

During the open season our Kamp Store is open daily from 9am to 5pm. Friday & Saturday hours will be posted outside of the Kamp Store.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.  Please turn off all outside radios and TVs by 10:30 pm.

FIREWOOD POLICY

New York State has mandated that firewood from more than 50 miles away from our campground not be brought in unless you have a proof of sales with an accepted certification.

SPEED LIMIT

There are many 5 mph speed limit signs posted throughout the campground. Please abide by this policy for the safety of our campers, pets, and our staff. If you are given multiple warnings, it may result in eviction.

GOLF CARTS

We do not allow personal golf carts to be brought into the campground, with the exception of our seasonal campers. Rentals of our campground golf carts can be made by calling the campground at 800-562-5304 or by visiting the store. Drivers of our golf carts must be licensed and be 18 years of age or older. No open or closed alcohol on the golf carts.

VISITOR POLICY

All visitors must register at the front desk.  There is a visitor fee of $13.00 per person.  All visiting cars must have a car pass.  Visitors are asked to leave by 10:00 pm.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check in time is after 2:00 pm for sites and after 3:00 pm for cabins.  Check out time for cabins is by 11:00 am, for sites by 12:00 noon.   Early check-in/late check-out fees apply.

POOL HOURS - GENERAL RULES

The pool hours are from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.  Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times that they are at the pool.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are arriving late, please check the Late Arrivals board for your site map with your name.  The board is located just outside the store door. If you do not have a reservation, please fill out a Night Registration envelope and leave it in the drop box. A map, pricing guide, and available sites list is located on the Late Arrivals board.

We are excited about this new venture. Our goal is that your time at our campground is carefree and relaxed.

Garrett and Amanda Price were managers at the Watkins Glen KOA resort prior to coming to Hammondsport/Bath KOA.  They are looking forward to mingling with all the new guests in a new setting.
