Not willing to sell me half a bag of wood, the bags are large if you have a small unit, you have no space to carry extras, this would be nice to have a fire. Banana bikes racing around the lot, which are fun not if you have small children though. Ppl parking in my spot I had to wait for them to move vehicles

For the site we were on, one needs to back into road to be able to get into site with long trailer. No room to turn.

Very disappointed, site assigned was next to a “seasonal “ that didn’t take care of the surroundings. Didn’t want to sit outside as view was not inviting. Not up to what I thought KOA standards would require. Won’t see us there again!

We were able to have a beautiful spot right beside the river. We bought wood from the store there and it burned well. Quiet at night . We were able to buy ice cream cones at the little hut. Showers and washrooms were clean and in excellent working order. Staff were friendly .pancakes were available to buy for breakfast.

Very disappointing. Sites have not been cut or levelled out. Dog area was so over run with weeds and grass. Bathrooms at front were beautiful and clean. Ones at the back need some work. We did love the pancake breakfast and ice cream shop. Location is great for seeing sights around Halifax area

It was are first time at any koa and the experience was amazing the people that worked there were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with the only reason you didn't get 10 out of 10 for recommending friends and family was the fact that there was thousands of wasps

Le terrain aurait besoin de plus d'entretien, le site que nous avions était trop boisé et nous devions passer à travers les branches afin d'avoir accès à nos affaires.

When we arrived at our site, it was very uneven & holes on our site that was filled in with Cement blocks. The pad was very uneven, the plug outlet was Split wide open can see the wires inside the box( sites should be inspected between customers) The water pressure was very inconsistent, the smell of sewage at our site was very unpleasant. We will definitely not be going back there.

Camping très bien situé pour visiter la Nouvelle-Écosse. Le terrain était étroit et les douches subissaient les variations de débits d'eau chaude et froide soit à cause des laveuses ou les autres douches tout près.

This is a very packed in campground. They advertise WiFi but when I called office, they advised C loop doesn’t get it. Also told that WiFi is bad in Halifax. There is no dog park. It is a 20’ by 50’ fenced spot with over a foot of grass in it. KOA should not advertise amenities that are not actually offered!

Stayed for 10 nights! Clean washrooms ! Only issue was where I was parked there was poor wifi reception which was the only disappointment

We were quite disappointed when we realized our campsite was directly in-front of the dumping station. I think this is something that should be disclosed beforehand and also do not believe it’s fair to be charged the same rate as everyone else. From 7 am until 11:30 there was a constant line of RV’s unloading. My wife threw up 3 separate occasions from gagging. We were very disappointed.

Piscine l'eau était glacée, mais le coin playground pour les enfants était génial. Le gazon était long, mais il avait plu beaucoup avant notre séjour. Les kiosques de crème glacée et de pancakes, étaient une belle surprise qu'on a profité.

Beautiful sites! We felt the sites were as beautiful as camping in the BC mountains. Nice touch with the pancake House.

Just one night but it was great. We arrived late and found an envelope with all our info taped to the office door. Set up at our site was quick and easy. Washrooms were clean and well set up.

The site we had was a bit small but we made it work. Lots of children playing in the park. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Parfait en tout point, ils ont même accepté de nous rembourser 1 journée car nous avions fini toutes nos visites et voulions partir plus tôt, merciiii !

We loved our site (12) beautiful semi-private spot backed up against the river. We were close to the pool and playground so no major walk to either with our 3 year old and 4 month old. The staff were really friendly and present, they could always be found kicking around the grounds and not just in the store.

Washroom dirty. Entry to office dirty and needs lots of care like painting deck chairs and washing entry door an entrance step. . Pool unheated.

Your KOA meets the standards we've observed in the other KOAs we've visited. You need to improve your internet distribution throughout your site. We wee on site E9 and reception was almost nonexistent. A repeater in that loop would greatly help. Sites E8, 9,10 are too close to one another offering little or no privacy. I felt crowded. Your location is great for those visiting Halifax.

nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour chez-vous. Les installations sont adéquates mais plus de machines à laver serait un plus. Les tricycles pour les enfants ne devraient pas être à l'entrée des véhicules. On espère y retourner lors d'un prochain voyage. Au plaisir. Pierre

The amenities were nice (Ice cream, pancakes) but it was super noisy and crowded and compact. Dog park was overgrown and we were placed in what seemed to be an overflow site (road) with someone living nearby hooked up to our water. Not the tidiest campground we’ve seen.

We stayed from 4 to 8 august. Nice spot in the shade. BUT the manager kept selling firewood, and let people even mInors make fires, unbelievable while there was a total fire ban in NS , a fire nearby where 12 firecorps made him laugh. I asked him why he let people make fires and I told his kampsite was the first of 7 with fires permited, he said that all the other kampsites were wrong & to scar

Great place to go camping in a cabin or a camper. Wonderful playground and bouncy trampoline, ice cream and a pool. There's also kayaks that you could rent out in the Lake.
