Campground Cancellation Guideline

Campground Specific Cancellation Policy

RV/Tent: 7 Days To cancel your RV/Tent reservation. Call us by 4 pm 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. A $20.00 cancellation fee will apply.

Camping Cabin: 14 days To cancel your Camping Cabin reservation; CALL us by 4pm 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. A $20.00 cancellation fee will apply.

Deluxe Cabins (Lodges) /Wagons: 1 month prior, $75.00 cancellation fee

Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day are 3-night minimum stays. There are no refunds for Holiday Weekends. Halloween weekends are considered a holiday

Halloween Weekends:

2024 Halloween Weekends are Sept 27th - November 2nd, 2-night minimum, no refunds. No exceptions.

Halloween Cancellations made within the week of your arrival will accrue full charge of reserved length of stay.  Reservations for the following year: The calendar will be opened the Sunday of your departure for the following year.  You may make your reservations for 2025 here at the campground at that time or online.

National Cancellation Guideline

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:

  • RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.

For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.

Cancellation Details:

  • Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
  • Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
  • No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
  • The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
  • Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
