Great campground -- keep up the good work campground is coming along . Nice to wake up in the morning and see the dockeys eating grass outside of our motorhome. All the livestock you have makes your camground special. Great sites and very quiet spot-easy to get to!

Staff is always friendly. Location is convenient with easy access to Gunnison, Blue Mesa Reservoir, and the surrounding area. Would recommend and will stay there again if we find ourselves in the area.

A frame stay was nice. Simple accommodations, space heater was nice to have at night. Restrooms were clean,but the sinks are needing repair.

It was chilly so glad we were in the tent cabin. Bathroom was a little far away. But bathroom was nice and warm , showers were great. Very clean and worked well. Price was reasonable. Gorgeous setting. Friendly donkeys !

This campground is outstanding. The cabin was very clean and so perfect for our stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Interesting campground with all the animals, cute. Bathhouse conveniently located & clean. Bare bones cabins, no amenities, but well maintained.

The Gunnison KOA was a convenient distance from town, but we were definitely out in the country. It was well cared for: clean restrooms, nice store. Loved the farm animals! Lots were big and easy to access.

The cabin #2 tilts to the east--not level. The door does not fit in frame correctly making it very difficult if not impossible to lock and unlock. Because of the uneven floor while trying to sleep, you feel like you are going to roll out of the bed. The location is noisy with the airport right next door, but trees and care of facility is good.

I like it there, it was my first stay and all was well. Next time I'll go for a full hook-up though. It's very beautiful there and every need is covered.

This was our second visit to the Kampground. We enjoy the peaceful vibe. A trail to the Gunnison River is a short walk away. Love the town of Gunnison. Nice restaurants and shops close by. Friendly hosts and staff. Clean bathrooms. Well kept grounds.

Very nice campground, close to town, yet far enough away to be peaceful. I was concerned about it being next to the airport, but you really couldn't tell as there weren't many flights. The Kamp-K9 was on one end of the grounds with no established way to get to it without either going around the perimeter of the grounds or cutting through campsites. Needs an established path.

Great location right next to the airport. Site was level with beautiful views. Loved the animals roaming around the campground & behind fences & hog pens. Several old Rv’s that weren’t nice to look at. No fire pits at all sites. Roads in some areas were muddy, & other roads had pot holes that held water. Lots of barking dogs & some that were not on a leash. Park needs to be updated.

The only good thing about this campground for me was the bathrooms. It is located right next to a little airport with jets flying in at all hours which keeps you awake. Also the campground has animals which I would have loved except I do not feel like they were taken care of at all!! I would not stay here again!!

It was our first time to visit this KOA. The area was comfortable for relaxing. My only frustration was the water pressure - the more the camp filled, the less water pressure was available. We were OK because the camp showers were very clean and comfortable to use ... still, it would have been nice to use our own shower. The people were great and the park was nice. We will visit again.

Best WiFi we had on our tent camping trip, including a couple nights spent in a hotel! The tent site shelters helped us avoid the rain. Animals on site were a fun surprise. We will be back.

We loved this place! We had stayed here years ago before we had a child and to show up to a place we already knew was great to see all the animals roaming around was magical for our 6-year old (and...let's be honest...us too!). It is a great KOA already, but that just makes it that much more special. Great job, guys!
