We have stayed at 20 KOA's. This was not up to the standards we have become accustomed to. The site was not level, had a wire on the ground running across it and was not clean. The restroom and shower were old looking. The staff were very friendly and understanding. This looked like an older KOA that needs some gentle care.

Great staff. Road turns are a little tight for longer motor homes because it's an older park. Our site was a bit unlevel. They are in the process of adding new sites that look good.

The scenery was breathtaking, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The roads were very narrow, and I struggled to get my 5th wheel safely out. The water pressure was below standard, but the site was beautiful.

Friendly staff. Staff very helpful, our 2 daughters had to work during our stay, staff opened up the clubhouse for them to get the best signal. Campground is clean. Enjoyed the activity (live music) we were able to attend.

This was our first stay in this location. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. When we arrived, we were looking for a different site than the one that fit the site we originally paid for. The staff showed us an upgraded site and it was perfect! Thank you!

We very much enjoyed our 1 month stay at this KOA. It’s a great location and all the staff were friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

The campground isn't nice enough to cause one to drive 1/2 hour off of I-10 to stay - certainly not for one night, but in our opinion, not even for several, nights. While it appears that the owners are making some attempt at improvements, these are slow in coming to fruition (they've been a work in progress for over a year without much progress). The campground sites and cabins seem rather dated.

This KOA is beautiful and well-kept. We stayed 6 nights and had a very nice camp site with a swing, deck, BBQ, a fire pit and plenty of room to spread out. The location is easy to find and very quiet! We could even take a short walk to the water’s edge to enjoy the view and fresh air! We’ll definitely be back!!

It was just wonderful, we hadn't stayed there in a year and boy the upgrades they have done to this campground is amazing, we stayed in G2 very spacious site. We loved it so much. We are going back for Christmas

We camped here for 2 nights, and it was okay. Pleasant and helpful staff. Park is clean and looks nice. Site was long enough for both RV and truck but way too close to neighbor on driver side. Our roadway was very narrow. Pulling out would have been a challenge had our neighbor not timely taken off in his truck which might have been in our way. Nice dock area out over Perdido Bay.

This KOA is a relaxing retreat. Feels like family whenever we stay here. Staff is friendly and efficient and always willing to please. Sunrise over the bay is very much worth getting up early for! Close to good beaches and restaurants from local hangouts to high end eateries. We love it and try to get down there at least once a year.

Fort Pickens closed due to storm. This KOA provided exceptional service and accommodation when we needed a temporary place to stay. Cute KOA!
