This is a great place to stay. Its only about 15 minutes from the Perdido Key beaches and its an easy drive. The staff was super friendly and very nice. There really wasn't anything to complain about except there was no ice available and we had to go outside of the campground to purchase it. However, I think this was a temporary problem.

Lovely wide spaces, quiet, great location, easy to get to the Gulf Coast and local shopping. Clean restrooms and laundry. We didn't use the pool but it looked very clean and we liked that there was an 'adult only' time late in the evening for the pool/spa. We would defiitely stay here again.

We give Pensacola koa a10 because the Staff was so friendly and very caring and accommodating to help us stay out of the Michigan cold weather for a few weeks �The sunrises we’re beautiful to watch come up by the bay ,We didn’t use the pool but we did lay in the sun and listening to the fountain was so relaxing..some of the water spigots/electric could use an update for height for the seni

The stay was fine. Comfortable. Had everything we needed. But there were a lot of rules! A LOT! And posted everywhere. Don’t do this, don’t do that…OR WE’LL FINE YOU. Which seemed redundant since I had to sign the rules sheet upon check in. It was hard to relax or feel welcome with a constant reminder of being watched for sake of being caught breaking a rule. Ease up. It’s supposed to be

Friendly staff, level site. Loved the swing at our site-perfect for relaxing. We took advantage of campground dock to fish.

We love the spacious corner lot! The only think we didn’t like was the freezing pool water (maybe a heated pool in your upgrades). We would definitely camp here again! Very convenient location to beaches and restaurants and groceries.

This site was long and had room for a hook it up and I’m hooking in the pull through site. The sites were a little tight and close to your neighbor. We noticed someone’s awning almost hit their neighbors RV. There is a small Gulf access but only cabins there;it’s a steep walk down to see the water. There is a pool and a Jacuzzi, which we did not use. The sites are not level so take blocks f

This was only our 2nd outing with our new RV and loved what this KOA had to offer! A workout facility would of been be a nice additive but that didn’t change our mind. The staff is super!!! Every person we met could not have been any nicer or accommodating!!! The grounds were very clean and they were working hard on updating the gardens! We highly recommend this camp ground!

Felt website was misleading, 2 minute walk to the beach, but beach was 3 feet of dirty sand, not large enough to use. Gulf Shores is known for it's beaches. We had to drive for that.

Enjoyed our stay among the trees and close to the water. Bathrooms are large and clean. The office is well staffed and the store offers just about anything you may need!!

We had a great stay at the KOA, Our only comment is that we booked a deluxe site. These sites advertise lawn furniture and barbecues. Unfortunately, the lawn furniture needs to be updated and so does the barbecue. The grounds were neat and tidy and the pool was great. Thanks for the stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Great amenities. I would recommend for others to stay. We had a two night reservation, on the day was to leave the weather was bad, they accommodated us for a couple of hours extra for only 25 dollars, when the storm did not pass as expected we paid another $25 and stayed an additional night. I thought this was fair. We ended up being safe because we stayed.

Very good location right next to Perdido Bay. WiFi was superb, maybe because we were right next to the office? We had a spacious spot for our fifth wheel. Easy in and out with our 40 footer. No complaints!

If you want WIFI that works, on site managers that know there sites size then try it. Otherwise don't bother. We requested a satellite friendly site and one large enough to fit our rig 65'. They couldn't do it, I had to do it for them. Customer service sucks! To add to the crap, getting out of the park is one way between two large trees, without help from my wife we would have hit them.

The staff were all kind and professional. The amenities were surely lacking. Pool was very clean but unheated in April. Bay was not suitable for swimming. They mention no road noise, but if you are in front row, it is very loud. Even two staff members mentioned that site H20 should not be used...that was our site. A couple of campers should have been asked to leave due to barking at 6am and 10pm

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was well maintained and the surroundings were very peaceful. On a side note….. the sewer hook up was low into the ground and with us having to accommodate a splitter because our camper has two restrooms we had to dig out the ground to receive it. Just a suggestion as I know the two restroom camper is becoming a popular option in the new models.

This was our first camping trip in our 5th wheel. Our first experience was amazing and I'm sure this will always be a special place for us. The park and amenities were very clean and the staff we're so helpful and friendly. Loved sitting out on the pier and fishing. It was a wonderful and relaxing visit. Fort Pickens closed due to storm. This KOA provided exceptional service and accommodation when we needed a temporary place to stay. Cute KOA!
