This is a great place to stay. 'We loved our stay here. The staff was great and the campground was beautiful. The restrooms and showers were clean and well kept. It is a great location. Defiantly will stay here again.

We had a great stay at Gulf Shores. The grounds are immaculate, scenery is beautiful, and the staff is great. The showers could use so attention but they got the job done. Thank you for making our trip memorable. We will be back.

Had a very nice site. Love the hedges. Chubby’s pizza was great! Laundry room was nice. Washers and dryers worked great. Last but most important, the staff was friendly and very helpful with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations.

Nice quite location on the gulf. Great sunrises, friendly staff, clean park and we had a site with tall hedges for privacy. Pool has a nice rock waterfall and there's a hot tube. Pool area has a nice layout with cabana area. There're several waterfront restaurants within a short drive.

Very enjoyable. Quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfortable in our cabin and it was close to the toilets/showers. Wish the store would stay open later.

Nice people and loved the bay. Didn’t like being behind a pizza shop and it’s rattling AC. Wished laundry accepted card. Area is nice

We had a great stay in the Sand Dollar Kabin. The view of the bay is the best. We enjoyed sitting on the porch playing cards and enjoying the great weather.

Loved the patio on the site. Dog park is always a plus. The people running the campground were very nice. The only complaint I have is that the WiFi is not very good, but they say they are upgrading it soon. At least there was cable TV.

Great customer service!!! Room was ready, so I was able to check in early — without paying extra. Loved being within 100 ft of the water and having a bath house so very close!

Nice and clean campground. Staff was very helpful when we lost hot water. Offered to move us to another cabin. We were checking out the next day and we decided to stay right where we were and you the bathhouse for showers. Bathhouse was clean.

Amazing- Our home away from home. We have stayed here many times. The pride they take in their campground is appreciated. We stay at a lot of KOA’s and this is by far our favorite. Thank you. Your friends from Missouri.

Insurance changed. I couldn't get the help I needed to unhook my car, so we couldn't get over to our very favorite seafood restaurant in gulf shores. That was very disappointing. Also the dog park fence is gone. No more off leash time for the dogs, and that was disappointing. I was really glad I hadn't brought the dogs after all. Pos. chg: the dock got extended and now they offer boat slips

I appreciated the text message updates, but it would have been nicer if we'd had more lead time on the special entertainment events. The futon couch was really small, and the door required a lot more effort to close (tougher for children.) Fishing pier and pool access was good. Signage for desired exit/entrance was a bit lacking. An ice machine would be extremely helpful.

Craig, Traci, CJ , and everyone else were very nice! We had a wonderful time here, the music night was great! The campground was clean. The dog park was wonderful. We just had an all around Great time at the campground ,we will absolutely return. And we hope to get our same little red Corvette, golf cart that we had this time ha ha.

Campgrounds are always nice and clean and staff are very friendly and helpful every time we stay with koa lillian. The only thing is the gravel/sand at the camp site, there use to be a wood patio/platform so you wouldn't be setting up table and grill in the gravel/sand. But other then the platform not being there it was great. I hope they decide to build new Patios or a concrete pad.

I drove in from Houston came into kampground super late at night I had originally booked a primitive tent site then shortly realized it was too hot, lol so i was able to upgrade to a small cabin with water and AC. The staff was very accommodating and I enjoyed the very bit of my weekend stay. Kampground was tidy, serene, and all staff was welcoming.

Cottage was nice and clean but needs some TLC with some things such as AC’s having huge gaps in windows - that being said the staff was wonderful and the dock was beautiful! Enjoyed our stay.

Always changing for the better. We were here last year. The biggest improvements was putting AC in the bathrooms! Looks like they are going to have more spots soon as well. Great place to spend a few days at!

Due to hurricane Idalia, made reservation Aug 28th for night of 29th.. The clerk who set up reservation mentioned only a $10 cancelation fee. Made several calls to cancel before finally leaving a message 9am the 29th.. Called back 11am, was told we'll be charged full price noting 48 hr. cancel policy. Do the math, quite unfair, very telling!! Pretty hard up! We use to like KOA. NO MORE!!

This was a beautiful campground and I very much enjoyed my stay there. I had a medical emergency and the staff went above and beyond to help me especially Shelly. I just can’t thank you all enough for all that you did for me while I stayed there.

We had stayed here the year before and we were very happy so we decided to stay there again. We had to cut our trip one day - but that was because Hurricane Idalia was heading to Florida and we had to make sure we got home to prepare. They were very nice in the office and refunded our fee even though it was such short notice. We love going to the area and plan on being back next year!

Fort Pickens closed due to storm. This KOA provided exceptional service and accommodation when we needed a temporary place to stay. Cute KOA!

Beautiful campground with views of the bay and shaded sites. Location makes it necessary to have a car.
