Really cute place. Staff was very friendly. Showers were hot and had great pressure. Nice store and fun playground for kids. Right on the water with beautiful views.

Our first time here.Absolutely will be back. Loved everything about this place. Can't wait to see the end results of the remodeling. We also met some wonderful people that we hope to see again.

Thank you! Next time bring your boat we have sites with water and electric for it or rent a boat slip. We rent golf carts, bikes, kayaks and paddle boards too!

We really enjoyed our stay. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. The cabins are being redone and we look forward to returning again in the future.

Great customer service and very clean. Love all the updates since new management. The calls and text messages were so helpful. Weather was almost perfect except the one day off pouring rain. Will definitely be back

Everyone that works here was very nice and helpful. I can giving this stay a 6 out of 10 as our site had zero space between our RV and the two RVs next to us.

We had a great time at the campground even though the weather was not so good.Everyone was very friendly all the staff were very welcoming.

Super nice folks. Went out of their way to help us find a pull through spot for our 35’ class a with 20’ enclosed trailer. Offered us a spot to park the trailer separately if needed. Shady, had picnic table, 2 person dinette table, grille and fire pit. Will return!

We paid for a premium patio site, but the furniture and grill were missing. A little bummed since it was my first time at a KOA and we were there three nights.

I left a night early. I will not be recommending this KoA to anyone. When we returned to our room for the night there were roaches crawling all over. My son and I didn't even want to sleep for our last night so we left. I have pictures of how dirty it was under the refrigerator. The outside was lovely but the roaches in the cabin was disgusting. All I wanted was a clean room, bed and shower.

Three nights, bathhouses were good, internet was bad during peak hours, I used a hot spot. The park was clean and the new pavement was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities at the site were excellent and the boat dock was very nice. We were at the front next to the road and the road noise was a little high.

Campground was nice in the sunny part of it, close to the front. Office staff was nice. Booking was a little screwed up. Not just mine, but a lot of people when we were there. Decks were fair at best. A lot of people did not pick up after their pets, which was a problem. Also seemed to allow bully breeds, you can take that as good or bad. Be prepared to drive a was if you want activities.

EXCELLENT. THIS WAS OUR SECOND STAY; NOT DISAPPOINTED. EVEN THOUGH THE WEATHER WAS COLD AND RAINY, OUR STAY WAS NICE. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND THEIR STORE WAS STOCKED WELL.

Came in late and went to wrong address, called and girl helped us get turned around and stayed later until we arrived!! Nice campground beautiful location, we will be back!

Excellent base to explore the gulf coast area! The campground has many improvements, is nicely landscaped, and is immediately adjacent to perdido bay.

I decided to stay the night to ride out the predicted tornados. I wanted somewhere safe and with cable. The staff were extremely friendly. Lots of available amenities. The camp office was being renovated so the clubhouse was functioning as the temporary office. Great communication, both before and during the stay. I received email reminders of the the evening's bingo event. :-)

The floor of our cottage was so soft… we were worried about both of us standing in one place together in the kitchen area. Mouse droppings in the cupboards with the pots and pans. Bed was comfortable and people were friendly… lots of construction going on… I think.

We ABSOLUTELY loved this property! The grounds were clean & the staff were very welcoming, we learnt peoples names upon arrival and was personally escorted to our site! Pool and hot tub were fantastic. The laundry was efficient&clean. But the short walk down to the water was by far the best part!! There are the cutest little cabins down by the water most incredible views! You won’t be disappoint

It was great to see that they are adding on and renovations are taking place. Upon starting the stay it didn't give a warm and friendly feel to be told if we didn't pick up the dog poo and if an extra car was parked there they would fine us $100. We didn't have an extra car and we always pick up our dog poo. I felt the price should have been reduced for this time of year/and renovations.

Very nice place. Only stayed 1 night. They were doing alot of remodeling so I am sure the store and checkin will be great. Plenty of park help to answer any questions. The only complaint is the hot tub is located in a dark corner with no lights so I felt very uncomfortable there by myself after dark.

Awesome place to stay! The staff is always friendly and beyond helpful, the entire place is always spotless, and the amenities are plentiful! Definitely will be back!

Fort Pickens closed due to storm. This KOA provided exceptional service and accommodation when we needed a temporary place to stay. Cute KOA!
