We stayed for a week in Feb, from checkin to checkout the staff were great. Met some wonderful other campers and enjoyed our stay. Park was very clean. Walk to the beach is steep and very uneven and the pier is narrow with no hand rails. Only other was pool was beautifully landscaped but the hot tub did not generate bubbles or jets after being turned on. Overall would recommend this KOA!

The location was perfect for a quiet retreat by water. There are a couple of things that I wish would have been more clear. 1. It was impossible to speak to anyone directly. Their phones were down. I emailed & sent an Instagram message with no helpful replies. 2. Our cabin described that it had no linens but when we got there, linens were available. However, there were no towels.

The park is old but has some nice spots in the center. We were in F row which was disgusting. The neighbors sewer hook up was 5 feet from our door. Smelled like sewer really bad. Could not even sit outside! The site was full of ruts and not cared for at all. We had a 2 week reservation and left after 4 days. The camp workers were very nice. This was the worst camping experience ever!!

Very nice employees! Nice clean bathrooms and showers. Large shaded, with a dock and seating area overlooking the bay. Great location close to everything.

Great location, quiet and comfortable setting with very friendly and efficient staff. The sites are a bit cramped and hot water system in showers needs attention. Bay access and fishing the bay from the pier is convenient.

The staff are awesome! Very friendly and accommodating. Everything is super clean. We enjoyed the week in our cabin so much that we already booked for next year!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Planning to stay there again in the future. Looked at other locations while in the area and this KOA was overwhelming the best!

Loved being on the bay! Our dog was terrified of the waves and day 3 she was practically swimming. I only wish you had a dog washing station. It was hard to wash her in the camper. Definitely will be back snd for longer next year!! Thanks for all the hospitality!!! ��

Very friendly staff, older but clean facilities with some construction so improvements coming. Only bummer was the swimming pool was very cold. Will visit again if in the area.

Pictures do not show reality. The sites are too close together, and the new owners are more concerned about building new cottages, new pier and venue house, rather than maintaining the camp sites. Bushes overgrown and impede on the rvs. Pool was open but not used cuz of it being too cold... a fact they forgot to tell me when I told them I am a swimmer who needs to swim each day.

The campground is nice, our site was to tight for a big rig (F3). The staff was super nice and helpful, grounds are nice and a short walk down to the bay. There isn’t much too do in the immediate area and we found ourselves driving to Pensacola(30 min), gulf shores (1 hr) to be near the state park. You need a car to camp here and see the area. We left early to move to Gulf Shores, near beach

A7 has got to be the worst site you have with a constant flow of walkers and cars and no room to park the vehicle, sites to close together, otherwise we were ok with out stay we have been to worse and we have been to better, great location.

Nice park, just off the bay with great water views. Friendly, helpful people. Had a nice pull through with patio and nice view. We will stay again at some point. Come and stay in the covered wagon!

The staff was welcoming and always helpful. Sites were not to close and we had a patio spot which gave us a lot of additional space.

Everyone was super friendly and eager to give us tips on local attractions and restaurants. The campground is very clean. The view is amazing. We will definitely return.

The park is clean and well maintained. It offers lots with a nice view of Perdido Bay and access to a fishing pier on the bay. Many lots are very shady, though not all are paved. Staff was friendly and the on-site store was well stocked with foods and items typically needed for RV travel. Access into the park is well marked but involves a sharp turn and an immediate steep climb off the road.

After being in the road for a long day, we had a plumbing issue which forced us to use the shower house at the KOA, but the hot water was tepid at best and when another person turned on another shower you lost any hot you had. Well kept grounds but needed some updates

Good staff, Robert was very helpful with tne site. The sites are extremely narrow but part of the narrow issue is due to the scrubs that give the visitors some privacy. The whole campgrounds needs maintenance and updating. They were renovating the community or adm building so the staff were working out of makeshift facilities. We had a tornado warning, staff were on site to direct us to safety

Awesome place to stay! The staff is always friendly and beyond helpful, the entire place is always spotless, and the amenities are plentiful! Definitely will be back!

Fort Pickens closed due to storm. This KOA provided exceptional service and accommodation when we needed a temporary place to stay. Cute KOA!
