this visit was three fold. try out new camper,practice for our soon to be many travels and our 25th wedding anniversary. we could not have picked a better campground. the place was fantastic and the staff great.we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. we can not say enough good things about the whole experience. THANK YOU!!!

We really enjoyed getting to know other campers at the Wed potluck/bingo nights. The weekend markets are a nice idea too. The location was helpful to get to a huge number of activities in the Souther Alabama and Florida areas.

Has what you need. Quiet. Bathrooms are not new but very clean. Not really to close to the beaches but drivable. Says it’s waterfront. Technically yea it is but the only sites waterfront are some cabins. A lot of long term guests. Staff friendly.

Great check in staff, sites are a little close. Clubhouse seems to need some updating. Enjoyed our time in the area. Park was quiet and clean.

Some sites and power supplies could use upgrading. But staff are very friendly. Nice pool area and cAmt beat the views from the beach.

I was charged more than the price I reserved and the staff didn't care. Lots of excuses. That's bad business. The furniture at our site was damaged and unusable. The office staff didn't care. This experience assures we will never return to this location. I will have to look at all of my reservations and receipts from now on. If this happens again, KOA will not be our destination ever agai

We have had a wonderful 2 months at this KOA! It’s a beautiful location right on Perdido Bay and close to numerous Gulf Shore beaches. The property is so well maintained and the staff has been beyond kind and helpful. We have already reserved our same apot for 2 months in 2024!

Considering we stayed during a campground changeover,we enjoyed our stay greatly. This was due in large parts because of a super friendly staff and a great site.

Campground was very nice,w/ lovely view of the bay. BUT row F is too crowded, neighbors sewer drain was literally at our doorstep, and cracked so we smelled sewage all weekend. I will be back but not on row F!!!! The staff was great! They were Very friendly and accommodating. The grounds were clean and well kept. Serveral sites were shaded, some had very nice bricked patio areas, and swings.

The park has a slit personality. One side is more spacious and open. The other is old and dark and dingy. Uneven campsite. Back steps land in the mud. We left early.

We were looking for a quiet place to get away for a couple of weeks. This was a nice spot for that and we lucked into perfect weather. It is close enough to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach and Pensacola to go for the day. Lillian is a quiet town, not to much to offer but there is a DG close by and a little place called the Front Porch to eat at. Chubby's pizza is right near the KOA.

Was a very nice, clean campground. Staff was very friendly and willing to meet your needs. We liked that you could walk down to the pier and look at the bay. Our site G-6 nice big corner site with a swing. Was more than long enough for our 42 ft fifth wheel. We would definitely stay again if back in area.

It was perfect for a quick couple of nights. The pool was clean but very cold (heated would be nice). Loved the view of the bay. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Loved that food was offered, adds a homey feel.

I understand work in progress, septic smell needs to be addressed. Little disappointed in how small area around site especially since we booked months in advance for 2 spots for a month.

The smell of septic permeated our site area the entire month due to both main tank valves sticking open is what was explained to us. No solution can be figured out yet. Our site was very close to our neighbors. It was very uncomfortable with no privacy and feeling confined . One positive thing was the staff who were friendly and available.

Lost bay We spent 3 winter months here (Dec ‘22-Mar ‘23). The park was constantly being updated and improved. Newly remodeled office, nice tile bathrooms, outdoor amphitheater, and new sites being created on the north side! The staff was very friendly, and there were potlucks/bingo and other meal options weekly! We had a bay view site, D4, specifically for motorhomes and long term stays.

Very disappointed with this KOA. Spots way to close-everyday I step out of my camper onto neighbors sewer, staff reprimands every day by leaving notes on picnic tables and blames new ownership, charged more after I got here than what I was quoted, staff not very knowledgeable on booking system and need to get handle on ferral cat problem.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this campground. The front office is being remodeled, and we checked in on the other side of the street. Facilities were clean. There was a little market place by the water on Saturday morning. There were some planned events.

Campsite F15 had an overhanging limb that wiped out our awning. We pulled in at night with the help of escort into a narrow site.

We had a great stay. Though price wise it seems a little unfair. We had a very small site, with no fire ring and none of the amenities of some of the other sites. We were told by other campers that we had paid a lot more than them.

We stayed for a week in Feb, from checkin to checkout the staff were great. Met some wonderful other campers and enjoyed our stay. Park was very clean. Walk to the beach is steep and very uneven and the pier is narrow with no hand rails. Only other was pool was beautifully landscaped but the hot tub did not generate bubbles or jets after being turned on. Overall would recommend this KOA!

Awesome place to stay! The staff is always friendly and beyond helpful, the entire place is always spotless, and the amenities are plentiful! Definitely will be back!

Fort Pickens closed due to storm. This KOA provided exceptional service and accommodation when we needed a temporary place to stay. Cute KOA!
