Not very spacious between each campground/site. Bathroom/shower area was small and cramped. Very inconvenient timing to shutdown laundry area during stay without prior notice.

The grounds itself was very neatly kept and decorated very nice. But, the tent site that I got for the night in my opinion was overpriced for why they said it was priced that way. It was $49 plus tax which came out to 53 and some change. When I asked why it was higher than another campsite they said it was because of the Bayview looking out into the bag coming from the Gulf. Very nice and quiet little campground the reason for the 4stars were because our sites were so close together that the neighbors sewage was directly in your front yard not all rows were like this but couldn’t get lucky enough to get a patio spot .the staff was friendly and very helpful and if I’m ever in Alabama again I’ll be sure to book a patio spot

Loved the camp grounds and the location by the bay. The staff and people were very friendly!! Wish we could of stayed longer! Will consider this again!

Loved being able to walk to the bay and watch the sunrise. We had a deluxe patio site which I highly recommend. Otherwise, the regular sites are very close together. Everyone was nice. Looks like they will be adding more sites soon and a restaurant which would be great. Chubby's restaurant is right there and will deliver to site, but their hours are random. Food is fine - we had pizza one night.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The park itself is very organized and clean. I tent camped on a little slice of beach and enjoyed falling asleep to the gentle waves. The beach area looks like a great place for small children and if you have a boat you can doc it there too! Definitely would stay again, this place is a hidden gem with easy access to beaches and activities!!!!!!

The only complaint I have is about the connection to the sewer. The plastic pip was broke with a chunk missing. I should be able to use a screw in fitting without worrying whether sewage would spill on the ground.

Lovely KOA. Everything was really nice and for the most part, comfortable. We stayed in the Wagon across from the camp store which was close to restrooms; however, everytime someone pulled in late, their headlights woke us up. There is another wagon behind the camp store between cabins which we would have preferred to have. Overall, the wagon was a neat experience and it was darling.

We loved the location, dock for fishing �� and the Chubby Pizza Close. The staff were great when we had to leave 3 days early for a medical emergency. Only complaint would be the size of the spots. Ours was so small, felt you no privacy what so ever and the Bushes used for separation made it even worse, we couldn't even extent our canopy all the way without hitting the Bushes. Enjoyed!

We really like this campground because it is right on Perdido Bay and we can walk to that in the morning and watch the sunrise. The staff is friendly and helpful! Price is reasonable.

We were in C-14. It was comfy. Loved the dog stations & bags, my wife & I think we saved $12-1500 picking up our dogs' poo. Appreciated the baked potato nite & other activities that were scheduled. We are not big fans of Chubby's. We'll know next time. Thnx for the experience.

Very nice improvements taking place in the park. Friendly and helpful staff. Activities taking place. Was by the dog park and was fun to see dogs playing. Sites are very close together but ok. Liked my pull thru site.

We only stayed 2 nights, the park is worthy of an indefinite stay! Quite, so much to do, so close to Pensacola and the beach’s. My only complaint, fix your washers and dryers!

We liked the location of the campground, being right by the beach. It was a bit far from the touristy areas but it’s understandable for how large the KOA was. They have the tent sites on hills which weren’t the greatest as well as all their sites were packed very close together so you didn’t get a lot of privacy.

My family and my fur babies enjoy the stay ,we will definitely be back .We stay on the kabin in front of the beach and the view was amazing.The Staff was super friendly and helpful specially Shelly who help us with an issue .We will be recommending this Koa �ϋ�

We unfortunately were placed in a buddy spot. During our 10 day vacation we had 4 different buddies. It was uncomfortable for them and us. We were not able to relax on our own site. When i booked back in september I did not book a buddy site . the premium sites were beautiful well taken care of, the "economy" sites require some TLC. No gravel uneven sit poor internet and poor cable reception

Fort Pickens closed due to storm. This KOA provided exceptional service and accommodation when we needed a temporary place to stay. Cute KOA!
