The cabin was lacking in some basic needs. 1. The shower in the tub was difficult to get under and the water pressure was weak. 2. My wife was abruptly awaken from her nap by someone on the roof. This was verified by her calling my daughter who was at another sight. The couch was not big enough. There were pots and pans but very few the utensils were sparse. The weather and the area was beautiful

3 nights in "premium" site; nice view of bay, trees afforded some privacy. Laundry facilities could use upgrade, showers fine with good pressure & hot water. Pool fine but hot tub needs better jets and could be a bit warmer. Wonderful swings and benches for clear bay views, fishing dock and pier- very nice.

Campground is nice and well kept, coffee bad. Disappointed in extra charges for kayaks and lack of a common area for campers to wash dishes..

We stayed in spot B1 very nice campground clean and all the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. On our way home we booked to come back during memorial weekend!!!

As this was my first stay at a KOA and as a working camper I am happy to say I am looking forward to my next destination. The staff is top quality and some of the friendliest people I’ve met in a long time. I hope to return soon and continue what we started. The campgrounds are very nice and they are trying to improve it every day. Thank you for a wonderful time

Great area to stay, but even though we had a larger patio site, the sites were so close, our bedroom slide out was right next to where the neighbor campers were sitting and their fire pit was underneath it.

Campground is nice but the bathrooms are not so clean. They should be cleanen twice a day. The Light at the Dock is much to Light, it could be a little bit darker. You're sitting at the campfire under a spotlight.

Fantastic staff and beautiful location. But I had a sewer connection that went uphill. So I had to manually drain my holding tank. Fortunately there were no bad smells but I think the park is so crowded that fitting us in at a less desirable spot was the only option.

Nicely kept facility and the workers were pleasant and courteous. Some spaces are tight and uneven but manageable. Wifi required a login and we couldn't get the prompt using our WiFi Ranger in our trailer. Site privacy is practically non-existent for most spaces but not that big of deal to us. Good access to the Orange Beach area. Plenty of fuel and food spots in the area. Will stay again.

This was my 3rd KOA in the last 2 years. Lots of repairs are needed. Projects were completed cheaply. Shower heads hardly worked. Pool was crumbling. Overall needs a lot of TLC and cleaning. Very disappointing.

We loved our stay! We were very comfortable on site A1. Loved the view of Perdido Bay and walks on the pier, enjoyed the adjacent pizzeria, and made use of the laundry facilities. The pool looks really nice and the staff was very accommodating. We loved all the trees and shade but you do need to be cautious. The staff is very willing to assist with maneuvering around them.

Just finished a family get together. We had 4 campsites and a cabin. Good time for all. The younger kids loved the waterfront and mini beach. Park is convenient to area attractions. We’ve stayed several times and can see the work being done to make the park even better. Friendly staff too.

Best KOA we’ve ever stayed at! Pool was great and all facilities were well kept! The bay was beautiful and we even went fishing off of the docks. Looking forward to staying again!

Space was really tight. Next door neighbors all smoked cigarettes, we were packed in so tight we had to keep our windows closed. If there had been more room between rigs, the breeze would have carried some of the smoke away.

Not very spacious between each campground/site. Bathroom/shower area was small and cramped. Very inconvenient timing to shutdown laundry area during stay without prior notice.

The grounds itself was very neatly kept and decorated very nice. But, the tent site that I got for the night in my opinion was overpriced for why they said it was priced that way. It was $49 plus tax which came out to 53 and some change. When I asked why it was higher than another campsite they said it was because of the Bayview looking out into the bag coming from the Gulf. So in that view there

Very nice and quiet little campground the reason for the 4stars were because our sites were so close together that the neighbors sewage was directly in your front yard not all rows were like this but couldn’t get lucky enough to get a patio spot .the staff was friendly and very helpful and if I’m ever in Alabama again I’ll be sure to book a patio spot

Loved the camp grounds and the location by the bay. The staff and people were very friendly!! Wish we could of stayed longer! Will consider this again!

Loved being able to walk to the bay and watch the sunrise. We had a deluxe patio site which I highly recommend. Otherwise, the regular sites are very close together. Everyone was nice. Looks like they will be adding more sites soon and a restaurant which would be great. Chubby's restaurant is right there and will deliver to site, but their hours are random. Food is fine - we had pizza one night.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The park itself is very organized and clean. I tent camped on a little slice of beach and enjoyed falling asleep to the gentle waves. The beach area looks like a great place for small children and if you have a boat you can doc it there too! Definitely would stay again, this place is a hidden gem with easy access to beaches and activities!!!!!!

Awesome place to stay! The staff is always friendly and beyond helpful, the entire place is always spotless, and the amenities are plentiful! Definitely will be back!

Fort Pickens closed due to storm. This KOA provided exceptional service and accommodation when we needed a temporary place to stay. Cute KOA!
