We enjoyed our stay. Great amenities. I would recommend for others to stay. We had a two night reservation, on the day was to leave the weather was bad, they accommodated us for a couple of hours extra for only 25 dollars, when the storm did not pass as expected we paid another $25 and stayed an additional night. I thought this was fair. We ended up being safe because we stayed.

Very good location right next to Perdido Bay. WiFi was superb, maybe because we were right next to the office? We had a spacious spot for our fifth wheel. Easy in and out with our 40 footer. No complaints!

If you want WIFI that works, on site managers that know there sites size then try it. Otherwise don't bother. We requested a satellite friendly site and one large enough to fit our rig 65'. They couldn't do it, I had to do it for them. Customer service sucks! To add to the crap, getting out of the park is one way between two large trees, without help from my wife we would have hit them.

The staff were all kind and professional. The amenities were surely lacking. Pool was very clean but unheated in April. Bay was not suitable for swimming. They mention no road noise, but if you are in front row, it is very loud. Even two staff members mentioned that site H20 should not be used...that was our site. A couple of campers should have been asked to leave due to barking at 6am and 10pm

Although the walk to the bathhouse was down a steep hill, it was manageable. The cabin was decorated in a nautical theme and adorable! Didn't expect it to have bedding, so that was a pleasant surprise. Loved the fact that there were several benches near the beach to sit and watch the water. Got to view an awesome sunrise! Hosts were very acccomodating.

We always enjoy our stay! This trip we saw a sweet little Dolphin �� at about 6:00 am from the pier!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was well maintained and the surroundings were very peaceful. On a side note….. the sewer hook up was low into the ground and with us having to accommodate a splitter because our camper has two restrooms we had to dig out the ground to receive it. Just a suggestion as I know the two restroom camper is becoming a popular option in the new models.

This was our first camping trip in our 5th wheel. Our first experience was amazing and I'm sure this will always be a special place for us. The park and amenities were very clean and the staff we're so helpful and friendly. Loved sitting out on the pier and fishing. It was a wonderful and relaxing visit. The description of the resort is a bit misleading. The beach is not very inviting and the pool isn’t heated. The dock was nice and our site was very nice. We were too far away from the Gulf beaches and bike trails. Staff was very friendly.

The office was friendly and helpful. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. The sunrise over the bay in the morning was spectacular. Only stayed 2 nights and wish it could have been longer.

This is a beautiful location. Unfortunately there are many repairs needed. Hoping they are made soon. If not, this will impact travelers experience.

Love the restaurant and grocery close to the campground sine do not tow a car! Easy biking distance to the Gulf beaches!I will definitely be back!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The older kids loved fishing, swimming in the pool and riding their bicycles. The older adults enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful view of the bay. Will definitely be back.

We had a great time during our stay. The campground location was perfect for us, waterfront - bay side. Nice views, we saw dolphins, great walks by the beach. You can fish in the pier at the campground, they even have boat slips. Short drive to Johnson Beach, Perdido Key and Orange Beach. It was quiet, clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. We would love to stay there again!

This was a great stay. Beautiful campground. We took a nice walk around the park. Walked down to the dock. We would definitely stay here again. Lovely place.

We have stayed here a few times. This last stay our tow vehicle broke down, the rear end went out! Stressful to day the least. We needed to stay an extra week. The management and employees were awesome! They worked with us to stay in our spot because we could not move the camper even though they were very full. Recommended a repair shop that was great. We were stranded and it turned out well.

This was our fifth snowbird season at the park. Under the new management it looks better than ever. Nette, Becca and the entire staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms especially the womens have been updated and work continues on the playground and additional sites. Sege, Bob and CJ have the grounds looking wonderful. We are looking forward to returning in December. Thanks to everyone!

Beautiful property. Quiet and well kept. Had a couple of site issues when we first arrived and super impressed by Ms. Sage. Friendly and very handy. Entire team was wonderful. A bit further from Orange Beach & Gulf Shores than we anticipated (~25-30 minutes) and a little isolated but, again, great property.

I love the Gulf Coast and this KOA is a great place to enjoy it. We've stayed at KOA's all over in the motorhome, but this trip was moving to FL so the pick-up was packed up and a cabin was the perfect place to rest for the night without having to worry about all our stuff in a motel parking lot. Can't wait to come back and stay for awhile in the RV!!

Fort Pickens closed due to storm. This KOA provided exceptional service and accommodation when we needed a temporary place to stay. Cute KOA!
