This KOA seems run down, garbage was overflowing, the dog park hasn't been kept clean of dog feces. The office is indicative to the KOA standards, impeccabley clean but the grounds needs lots of TLC.

Arrived after hours. Filled out registration. After we left we were charged higher rate than advertised on the check in board. Would not recommend.

Staff was friendly and helpful with the reservation process, showers and washrooms were clean & tidy. stalls were big enough for my 43ft 5th wheel, with easy access.

We were on our way back to Canada and stayed one night. Very pleasant and accommodating in the office. Great showers available for winter camping.

We paid a high price and had unnecessary problems to deal with. We were late arrivals and the site info was at the office door as planned. Fine, we drove around to our site, pulled in and started to check services. The water was not working as promised. Chose another site and was hassled in the middle of supper by mgmnt. The place is a mud hole besides. Will not be back. Expect hettet.

We found the campsite dirty with much dog poop - even the dog park fence was broken down. Large bags of litter/RV material left on one of the pitches apparently frozen in the ground. Complained to staff - who made excuses. The shower room were unclean, fluff or hair congealed in corners on shower, back of toilet also speckled with dirt/leaky. Too much poop and muck - won't return there

Folks at the koa were great, very friendly and helpful. Even made me coffee in the morning even though it was off season.

We stayed here twice we enjoyed it so much. On our way to Glacier and on the return trip. It very clean. Some of the campsites can be a little hard to get into with the railroad ties they have set out. We still found it very nice. The pancakes in the morning were an added plus. I would definitely stay again if we head this way.

Overnight, in at 7PM out at 8AM. Site and services met our needs but roads are in tough shape. Lots of bouncing.

All of the office staff where competent and friendly. Always, friendly & helpfully. The lobby & shower facilities are welcoming & clean, as was all the sites (I've stayed a few times), well maintained. Also a friendly outdoor staff emp. to help/trouble shoot with rv/utilities, to include hook up. I've always had a good experience here. Thanx!

It was a snowy campout but we had a great time. Everything was in order when we checked in and the the folks were friendly. We appreciated the fenced in dog park.

Beem coming to Great Falls KOA for the past four years for the summer. Campgrounds are well kept. Plenty of clean shower rooms.Has two hot tubes, a large children's wading pool/splash pad, but no adult swimming pool.

It was very lonely, we were the only campers in the park but loved it. Nice & clean and safe. Like the idea that you have pickleball courts, that would bring you some extra business. The only problem we had with your park is the large rocks you have bordering your lots. It would be better to have gravel at the ends with the large rock centered giving better excess.

Nice campground. We were there only for one night. We had a problem with our power cord and the maintenance guy volunteered to fix it for us, which was great--saved us time and money!

Washrooms not as clean as we normally have experienced. Yes we looked at a number of them. With current Canadian exchange price is very high for anything but a premium experience.

Check in was easy, staff was very friendly and camp was clean and seemed well maintained. The only problem was when we booked we were told we could get side by side stalls with our travelling friends and we ended up about 6 stalls apart.

Pretty disappointed in our site. It was very muddy and had muddy ruts from previous campers. We couldn’t keep the mud and dirt out of our RV. The site could really use some gravel. Not up to the standards of the many KOAs that we have stayed at in the past.

Nothing special, the site was level. Too many permanant residents that have no repect for people camping. Showers have good pressure and lots of hot water, but REALLY NEED CLEANING. no breakfast beacuse "season's over", not acceptable when its a year round place and over 95% full.

Park road extremely poor condition. Full of pot holes. Looked to me that this is an ongoing condition. Front Desk & Host helpful & friendly.

Great RV park with Walmart 3 min walk away. Great water park for kids & a petting zoo. Very nice facilities and clean laundry room and washrooms. The staff are really nice and helpful 👏 👍 beautiful nature walk and they have really nice KOA camp houses. 🏕
