Great park, great people! The park is very clean and close enough to Gravenhurst for shopping. We will definitely be back again soon!

We were traveling with friends, had indicated so in our reservation but upon arrival we were informed that we could not be placed together despite a number of open sites. These sites remained open next to us, for the duration of our stay.

No problems, great stay!

There needs to be more maintenance done on the property. Low hanging trees limbs make it hard to get thru with a larger rig. We were parked in a spot which wasn't made for a 40' rig, luckily the maintenance guys were very helpful in helping clear some branches so our roof wasn't damaged. Sad that the pools weren't available but we enjoyed the playgrounds.

We had a wonderful time. The residents are very nice. Would have preferred sewers when staying a full week but not back in those woods.Would I come back again No there is so much to revisit in Ontario we are 52 years at camping and travelling this great country from coast to coast.

Staff was friendly , Kids play park was pathetic and the pool was closed

Although nestled in the woods, it seems this campground is mainly for seasonal trailers. Our overnight site was right up against a park model trailer so our view was their septic and messy under trailer junk. It was very quiet, but almost nothing to do (pool closed). The highway can be heard from the campsites as well. Not worth the 3 hour drive for us.

Staff was friendly. Found the camp site too crowded. Felt we were on top of the next site

It’s a beautiful park I have been going their for years, first with my parents now as retired seniors

Helpful & friendly staff. A little tight for a large 36’ RV.

Very disappointed pool was closed. No way to cool down on a hot day. Found not much to do in the park. Did not find it was well kept. Sand piles, holes dug and not filled in, walk ways full of holes from park to roads.

It is a beautiful place. I was disappointed however that so many beautiful private sites that fit our tiny bed on wheels were closed bc of COVID………. Provincial parks were all open with showers and bathrooms why couldn’t the KOA cater just a bit to the tenders or small trailers. Being stuffed into the the big seasonal area like sardines wasn’t what we expected. Everyone was kind and

Clean campground, friendly staff, great area to visit.

Being that we were there just as some Covid-19 restrictions were easing, we were surprised that the cabins, tent sites, pools & horseshoe pits were not maintained/open, but our full hook-up site was wonderful and we really enjoyed meeting other campers and seasonal campers! We will return to Gravenhurst KOA- we generally only use USA KOA’s, happy we camped here!

Great Experience will stay here again Thanks

Enjoyed our stay at your KOA. We were only to stay for 2 nights arriving after 8pm on the first night. Due to Covid pool was closed. Nice campgrounds easy in and out of the sites. Nice seasonal sites throughout the park

The weather was terrible. We still enjoyed our stay. Missed the bingos, etc.

Great place to stay and friendly staff. Hopefully the pool will be open next time we visit.

No pool was all green!! No showers open but last week the KOA in Parry Sound everything was open! What the heck seems like all you care about is catering to the seasonal people. Not sure if we would come back
Jul 17, 2021
No pool, wifi only right beside office door, roads terrible, grit used for pad tracks everywhere, tree needs to be trimmed to allow for slides, generally poorly maintained, no amenities, should not carry KOA name
Jul 17, 2021
Old and tired KOA. Bathrooms when open and working need a massive upgrade to live up to the KOA standard.

We only stayed the night but didn’t find it very inviting . As we were driving in the pools were green and unkempt. So thru us off right away

We were very disappointed with this park. We have stayed at KOA prior and loved it. The site we had was flooded with 6inches of water when we arrived. After 5 days of being there we asked serval times for our lawn to be cut, it was mid way to our knees, nothing was ever done. The pools were not open and there was absolutely nothing for the kids to do. We will not be returning.

It was ok. Still charging top dollar but includes zero amenities this year (No pool, no showers) Golf and fish pond still open but are even more $$ and very expensive, didn’t seem worth it. Wasn’t much to do there or in the area. Our area of campground and site were muddy and swampy even though it didn’t rain, seems like drainage problem. Park was clean and quiet, friendly.

This was our 4th stay here and have loved it all of our previous times. We had a few issues this time… - no washrooms or pool (all other koas have them open) - our sites were under water for our entire stay even though it had not rained at all while we were there. I asked at the front desk for someone to put down some gravel or sand and nothing was done. - also a lot of dog poop on our site

wet muddy cold, no showers 9provincial parks had their showers open) no pools and cold bathrooms and small camp sites

Clean and nice. Wish the pool was open

Pool was closed still but otherwise a nice park

I was really shocked by the status of this KOA. I understand the pools being closed because of covid, but I don't think that mean they needed to look like algae pits. I was surprised a KOA would want their pools to be so dirty looking, whether open or not. We then got placed beside a seasonal site that had literally garbage piled up at the back, and that was our view. It was truly disgusting
Jul 12, 2021
Old, full garbage cans, golf course was a joke and way over priced

We just stayed for the weekend, very friendly at office. Campground very clean & orderly. Too bad the pools weren't open. Already booked a return visit in October.

Campsite was un campable. Only site to be like a muddy swamp. Koa should of known about this and gave us another site. Stuck in camper with my family and dog. Had to leave a day early. Bad camping experience! Site 133

It poured rain the entire time. The campground was flooded and muddy. Could not walk or bicycle because of the flooding. No privacy. Too many run down seasonal sites. Will not return.

I was disappointed because the pools were not working The green colour of the water was not appealing to look at. The drinking water was also disappointing due to the taste. The good thing is the bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Although the weather was awful we really enjoyed our camp. An opportunity to meet fellow campers and experience the beautiful outdoors. The staff are wonderful and were very happy to answer our questions. They even assisted us in changing our next stay later this month. Thank you for providing folks the opportunity of enjoying your camp!

We arrived with friends and had been specific about being beside each other. We were told "you are only a few apart" NOT quite correct. We were 8 apart and there were NO other trailers in the two spots next to us for the duration of our stay. Pool was disgusting and not once did anyone come by to check on us. Ivy Lea KOA could teach these guys about top notch customer service! won't be back
Jul 09, 2021
Had requested to be beside friends at both the reservation and in person when I checked in. Was informed at check-in that we would only be a few spots down from each other. The spot right next to my friends was available the two nights that we were there and unfortunately we were not able to camp side-by-side. This makes for meal sharing a little bit difficult! Pool was also not opened.

It was just ok. No wifi and poor cell. Ground was “forest floor” no grass with no deck or patio. Made for quite a messy trailer. Electrical service shady. Was to be 30 amps but the pole was loose in the ground and plug was falling out. Not actually sure it was 30 amps. Not sure if we’d go back here. The area is very nice though.

Definitely a beautiful and clean park, however, to not even open the showers is rather extreme. Ontario is in stage 2. We stayed at a KOA in Lansdowne over Father's Day weekend and they had socially distanced activities, scheduled pool times, and full washroom facilities. It felt as though the Muskoka KOA was being lazy, not cautious, due to the complete lack of amenities available.
