Campground Cancellation Guideline

Campground Specific Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS:  All cancellations must be made by calling us at 505-287-4376 before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. 

Reservations booked within the cancellation window are not eligible for a refund if canceled.

 ** We will NOT honor any cancellations made thru e-mail**

RV and Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call call us by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival. Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.

Cabins (Rustic & Deluxe): You must notify us by 4pm, at least 14 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations made after the  deadlines will result in forfeiture of full deposit. Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.

Special Events & Holiday's: You must notify us by 4pm, at least 14 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations made after the  deadlines will result in forfeiture of full deposit (Special Event weekend we observe is the Balloon Fiesta)  Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.

Groups: Groups (larger than 4 sites) Require a 30 day Notice of Cancellation. 

Refunds & Early Departures:  There will be no refunds for early departures.

• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.

• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.

• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.

• The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.

National Cancellation Guideline

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:

  • RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.

For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.

Cancellation Details:
