The staff were so friendly and great. The campground was clean with do much for my grandson to do. The swimming hole is great but hard for me, with mobility issues, to get to. You can't "swim under the waterfall" but you can enjoy seeing it. Wonderful place full of wildlife.

Dawn was extremely nice and caring. She was always checking up on me and my 2 kids especially after my daughter wrecked on her bike

I messed up my reservation for the wrong date. When I arrived there were no site available. Rather than turn me away, the staff was very understanding and worked to move some things around for me. They were able to get a tent site opened up and were so kind. I really appreciate how great the customer service was, really a stand out. Along with that the campground itself is amazing.

It was awesome! We didn't check in until 5:30 unfortunately because we had a 7.5 hour drive ahead of us with children. But our site location was great for our needs. I appreciated their willingness to help whenever I called and the kindness of the staff. Super clean campsites, gorgeous watering holes and natural trees. Park was not hard to navigate and had every type of campers needs

It's not your fault! It was just so HOT there in July. But your people were so great that they let us sit inside the cool office and eat ice cream and read the paper until we took off for Riverside Park where it was cooler! You do offer a lovely creek to go down to but the way is steep and my partner doesn't swim so that didn't really work for us to cool off. Everything else was wonderful! Thanks!

This is our favorite campground! We've been visiting since 2017. My children love swimming the creek, I love how quiet it is and the rustic feel. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful.

I was greeted and registered by friendly and helpful staff. I was informed of all amenities and the wonderful waterfalls on site. Facilities were clean and welcoming. There was everything I could imagine available for a comfortable and safe campsite stay. I will love to visit again! Thank you.

The call from the camp office let us know we were expected. It was welcoming to have a hand drawn camping picture on the check in envelope with our name. Accommodations were clean and easy access.

Ron and his partner were warm, welcoming and very helpful! My brother and I enjoyed a beautiful campsite, impeccably clean restrooms, and a well stocked general store throughout our brief stay. We couldn’t recommend Grants Pass KOA more highly!

The campground is beautiful, the people are very nice, we loved the waterfall and swimming hole along with all of the fun amenities! I would definitely recommend this campground to friends (I've already told some how beautiful it is) and we will be back next year!

one of the best tent sites we had on our cross country trip! the campground was beautiful, staff was super friendly and helpful, and the tent sites were spacious, not right on top of each other. we really enjoyed this campground, the area is beautiful!

Very clean, well organized and appointed campground. It has restrooms, showers, laundry, general store, fire pits hookups if you need them, water, etc. Nice people and very well taken care of campground. I shall return.

I found the campground very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful I live in Medford and this is a great place to stay without going too far. Looking forward to renting one of the cabins next year.

The staff there are amazing, I rolled up right before the store closed and they still made sure I had everything I needed and escorted me to my campsite. The place is immaculate and very convenient to downtown Grants Pass. The creek was pretty dried up due to the drought, but I bet it's beautiful once some water gets running through there again. It was also close to activities like zip lining and

We were expecting grass padded tent sites. This was not mentioned to us until we got there we saw it on a poster in the bathrooms where it stated that do to drought their is no grass. Which we understand about the drought but it should have been stated on website. Because this was the reason we wanted to stay there. Also, is not stated on website that there is literally a trickle down the falls.

We emailed ahead to advise that we would be arriving late. A map and vehicle pass were left, clearly marked and visible at the country store. We were so grateful for a quiet place to break up our 10 hr drive. The campsites were clean and the tent areas were separate from the RV which made it a surprisingly quiet and private stay. The bathrooms were clean. Plenty of hot water! We will come back!

Not great Your website says pkayground thete no playground there swings no slide climbing structure. Swimming hole yes there a swimming hole.but how do you safely get down there with young kids. You don't should say swimming hole for okder people. Oh website said yatdzee and few other games nothing to be found. No camofires please say it on your website Overall not a great place to

Since we arrived late, we really appreciated the management leaving our information in an envelope for us that we could find. Regarding the site; it was quiet and nice and flat for our tent. Otherwise, it was not in a very natural setting nor was there much separation between sites allowing for appreciated privacy.

They were so wonderful! I’ve been a state campground camper all my life but liked this so much I bought a membership. It was peaceful, clean, quiet, and people were respectful at night. The tenting sites had privacy and backed to greenery so it didn’t feel sterile at all which is what I feared. The bathrooms were very clean. And the creek…swimming there was beautiful!!!! One night thru travel. Very pleasantly surprised by the uniqueness if swimming hole and waterfall, was not expecting this. The staff was very helpful and kind. We will return for a longer stay.
