Campground Specific Cancellation Policy
NEW CANCEL POLICY EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2024
Need to Cancel? Please call us at 970-627-8502 by 4 pm MST before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $20.00 Cancellation fee.
For valid VIP KOA Rewards holders, the fee is waived (outside of the 7 and 14 days). Text, email and voicemail notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. Cancellations made after the deadlines forfeit the entire deposit.
NO SHOW guests, the reservation will be canceled the following morning, forfeiting the entire deposit without advanced arrangements.
***Camping Cabins: 14 days cancellation notice is required RV & Tent Sites: 7 days cancellation notice is required***
Additional restrictions may apply for special weekends and Holidays.

National Cancellation Guideline
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellation Deadlines:
- RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
- Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.
For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
Cancellation Details:
- Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
- Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
- No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
- No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
- Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
- The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
- Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
