We were visiting my daughter from Colorado Springs and decided to check out the wineries, and planned to stay at the KOA in Junction City. We had a great time while we were there.

Had an amazing site, in back corner (A08). Very private. However, the noise from the traffic and neighborhood, just over the fence, was overwhelming!! Extremely noisy, with screeching tires and racing cars. Also, I didn’t find the women’s restroom/shower very clean. Could definitely use upgrades as well. I would rate the restroom 3 on a scale of 1 to 5. Enjoyed bike riding in the area.

This is a smaller KOA, not too fancy but very well kept & very clean cabins. Has put-put for the kids, pool, & a trampoline pad. If You’re in the area for the fairgrounds (directly next door) wine country or to drive OHV this would be an ideal place to stay. Thanks Grand Junction!

Our 2 night stay in the deluxe cabin was very comfortable. We would most likely return.

This was our first time at a KOA and we will definitely be utilizing again!! Everyone at the campground was super friendly, it was impeccably clean. Amenities were great and super close to grocery store, gas, coffee and the highway.

The people who own and work at the GJ KOA are first class people. All of the workers are so friendly and helpful!!!

Check in was easy. The young lady who checked us in was very friendly and gave us some great information about riding our bikes and dog friendly breweries.

Great KOA. Sites are slightly better spaced than most KOAs. Level sites and all utilities worked well. Was quiet at night with slight road noise. Staff is excellent

Road noise was bad due to location next to highway. WIFI was really slow. There were three big female and many small Ailanthus trees (also called tree of heaven or stinkwood) coming up from root suckers outside our cabin. There is another at the back near a shed. Ailanthus is one of the worst invasive tree species in the US, and USDA pays landowners to eradicate them. Get rid of them please!

Reservation was easy. Staff were extremely friendly. The grounds were immaculate and the fences between back in sites gave a lot of privacy. Also the grass area and pavers at site were great. The showers were clean and beautiful and the shower curtains covered the opening so no water escaped and got the floor wet. I would highly recommend the Grand Junction KOA!

Your campground is clean, organized and feels safe. I live just about 2-1/2 hours away but I'm in the habit of spending my first night of westbound trips at your campground, because after loading my RV with everything I need, closing up my house, and thinking hard about whether or not I have done everything I needed to do, I'm tired out! So...you're my Go To First Night out campground!

Love the location near the Old Spanish Trail. It was nice having a microwave and mini refrigerator in the room as well as a TV. I love being able to bring my dog who also loved the campground . Overall an excellent experience and very affordable.

Cute little cabin, clean facility, friendly staff. We will definitely be staying there again during competitions at the fairgrounds!

We've stayed here several times. Always had good service and clean facilities. Only one problem this time and that was with whoever took our reservation. I had asked for a 50 foot pull thru, but got a 42 foot. Front desk said there were no "notes" about that. Other than that it all worked out.

I have a truck camper but I was given a tent sight with electric but no potable water that I could locate. We camped right in the campground roadway and next to a noisy, major highway. Also, my KOA discount was not applied until I went up to ask for the charge to be adjusted. With that being said, the place was reasonably clean and the young lady at the desk was super nice and very helpful.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The campground itself was well-designed and very clean. The whole experience complimented the famous KOA polish.

The campground was nice. The spots are pretty close to each other. The bad part is the hwy noise. It is the noisiest campground we have ever stayed at.

Site was nice and clean including the laundry room. Only complaint is the people with the barking dogs allowing there dogs to bark and seeing some owners let their dogs relieve themselves in other people's sites. That should be monitored more closely by park workers

Sprinklers were turned on after heavy rains so grass was muddy and camper was sprayed with muddy water. They spiked the grass before we could leave which left muddy pieces all over where we had to walk into camper.

Friendly staff, nice amenities, and an overall enjoyable stay! Stayed both on our way and and back from Moab - camper cabin on way out and luxury cabin on way back. Both cabins were very clean, well stocked (luxury), and comfortable. This KOA will be highlighted as a must stop on our next trip out west - definitely will recommend others to do the same!

The KOA Holiday in Grand Junction, CO is by far the best RV park in Grand Junction, and there are a number of them here. We have family in the area so we have stayed at all but two of the other parks but once we tried the KOA we had found our second home. We have stayed here multiple times through the years and the owners remember us every time and even remember I've had some health issues. They are just the nicest people you would ever want to meet. This year when we came in for the holidays a snow storm was chasing us and we were one day ahead of it. The owners agreed to let us come a day earlier than our reservation and we got in and set up before the snow started to fly. Our grandkids love coming to stay with us here and enjoy all the amenities (the pool, the game room, mini golf and the bounce pad). The place is maintained meticulously and every year we find new improvements have been made. The wifi was upgraded this year and it's even possible to stream on your tv now. The hookups are great all year long, even water. Cable tv is, like many rv parks we've stayed in, not the clearest but it works and we get tv over the antenna as well. All the rv spaces are spacious and have a paved area with a table and grass for our dogs and the pull throughs are long enough for the largest rigs. There are two dog parks as well. The spaces have a good amount of gravel and upgraded spots are awesome. They have covered picnic tables, large grassy areas, a bench and a gas bbq. I just can't recommend KOA Holiday Grand Junction enough.
