Very helpful staff. Was able to upgrade my stay to a cabin from a tent. Perfect

Nice location with great shower facilities and clean cabin. The office was closed when we pulled in at 7:30 pm and was still closed when we pulled out at 8:30 am the following morning.

Nice clean campground and friendly staff! Unfortunately the pool was closed. That was the reason we picked that campground so that was disappointing for our kids. But would recommend this campground!

Easy in and out with nice long pull through sites. Two dog parks for your pets. Friendly staff to assist you.

Saying that you have cable and then do not is annoying and makes me feel like I payed for something that wasn't delivered. This is the second KOA to not provide what they said they had.

Very friendly very nice people running the KOA. Only issue was the water. Pretty funky. But very welcoming folks there.

The pool was closed the entire weekend. The store closed early both nights. Firepits were in very poor shape.

Great greeting at checking. Nice spot with mature trees for shaded site. Only negative was there is no fire ring for campfire at the site we were at. Noted the sites to either side had fire rings. Did not matter this time as we did not plan for campfire this trip.

Host reception exceptional people

Quick overnight stay. Nothing special about this KOA but it served an overnight purpose. We didn’t need to use any of the restrooms or showers as we are fully contained.

Enjoyed our stay but was very disappointed in WiFi coverage.

Only one wash machine was working. Toilets were clogged and didn’t work. Front office staff were very pleasant. So I can only rate you a 3.

Nice location, pool, sites are long and thin. Was nice that we could stay hooked up for the next days drive.

1 night stay. Bathroom is in poor shape for shower and use

I arrived by 5 pm and checked in but was 45 minutes later then expected due to road construction backup traffic on I80. I went and set up my camper and came back to the office/store and it was closed.

As a pass through it’s just okay. It is easy to access from highway. CG seems rundown and appears to have people living on site (I don’t like that). Huge biting fly problem, they NEED to spray for this. Septic hookups are not threaded so it was a hope and spray when dumping. No food/gas near by.

Easy in and out place was clean with room for the slides and length of two vehicles

Quick off the road 1 night stay. Easy in and out nice pull thru site with some shade. Enjoyed the Hunt Brothers Pizza. Would stay again if in area

We’ve stayed here in the past and as always it was convenient and well kept. Stayed in different section of park where lots seemed smaller but since it was just for one night didn’t mind it. Could definitely hear the highway this time.

Cabins need thicker matresses.

We had no sewer drain, and there were about 10 spaces that were vacant that had a drain. Don’t know why they didn’t put us in one of those spaces? Also had some loud kids right beside us until 10:30 PM. Had a good location and a little bit of dirt road to go on to get to the campground. would’ve been nice to have a pickle ball court but that takes time.

Bathrooms next to pool were not clean. The kitchen sink the pool was full of leaves and debris.

Compared with other KOA campgrounds, Grand Island KOA has little to recommend it. Our site had little gravel and mud. The utility hookups were subpar.

We made a last minute reservation with your campground, we found it clean and neat, to include the pool and shower house. The playground would be perfect for younger children than those I had along, but the campground had a 4 wheel pedal bike that they loved and entertained them while we got a tire changed out. The front desk staff were kind and helpful.

Quiet and clean. Exactly what a tent camper needs

Tent area had great restroom/shower facilities, but unfortunately they didn't operate very well. Shower closets (which I like) had VERY low water pressure. One of the two toilet closets (which I also like) was blocked somehow from the inside. I arrived late and left early so couldn't alert the staff about either of these things. MC's be advised; deep and loose sand and gravel throughout.

This was a great campground for the Sandhill Crane migration. The bathhouse was open, warm and clean for those who haven't de-winterized. Loads of cranes in the surrounding corn fields, and a short drive to both Crane trust and Audubon. The campground hosted a reception on Saturday afternoon with crane info, snacks and drinks. Pizza is delicious. Lots of areas to let the dogs play in the K9 runs.

Very very clean and well stocked front office and staff extremely friendly and effective. The rv spots are gravel and dirt so there's a bit of mud. The sewer receptacle in the campsite is defective, your hose cannot connect and needs repair. You can hear Highway traffic, but it's not too bad, the park itself is quiet. Sites are relatively level. I would recommend for an overnight stop :)
