The park was actually nice but the spot that we had - the tree needed trimming and we didn't realize it before pulling in. The limbs were low and scratched the side of our trailer. The hook ups are very far apart - the sewer was too far and we had pull forward to dump in our actual site and it was 6 inches off the ground so it didn't dump very well. The pool was nice but the water was ICE cold.

All of the showers and bathrooms are unisex except for the bathrooms at the front office building. The unisex bathroom didn't have a sufficient lock to prevent another camper from opening the door... worst KOA experience to date.

The staff was very, very friendly but besides that, I was highly disappointed. I was there for 3 months and had issues with water, they turned the cable off without notice, the pool was late opening and 50% of the washer and dryers were out of order. The grounds are minimally maintained as well. Not like any other KOA I've been to. I asked for an adjustment in rent but none was given.

If you need to use a shower there is no hot water. Freezing cold showers (we tried 3 different showers available).

Great place to make a quick overnight stop. Super friendly staff. Dropped 1 star just because the sites are really narrow. Couldn’t even put our awning out all the way.

The people are wonderful, especially Robert! What a kind warm, and hospitable gentleman. We had one of the few shadier spots that was not so cramped since it was at the end. The pool was great, clean and warm, but it closes at 6PM, which seems early. It worked out anyway as a storm came in. The main reason for the lower score is that the deafening freeway kept us awake all night.

Campground was clean, quiet, and overall pleasant, however, the sites are VERY close together. I wasn't comfortable putting out my awning due to the closeness to my neighbors slide. In addition, there was no fire pit which was a disappointment.

Just a quick overnight but the hosts were so nice! Facilities were good and the pizza delivered to our site was perfect. We had enough leftover to get us home the next day.

Very friendly staff! Campground was quiet. Nice, enclosed pen area for pets, grassy with 2 dog parks. Nice pool but too cold to use. Needs solar heat. Tight campsites. Low water pressure. Interior roads need grading; potholes. Laundry equipment needs repair. Shower room was clean but shower was not. Hard well water; some odor. Food purchase on site. Low stocked camp store. Has good potential.

We were en route along I80 back home and needed a campsite for the night. Site was level. It provided a quick and easy hookup for the night. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

We took our Grand daughter and her friend there for the four days. It was her birthday and they wanted to go to Grand Isand water park. We have done this several times. The KOA pool closed early every day, one day was not open at all. Staff said Ph was high and they were out of chemicals. The cable TV did not work and the Wi-Fi was not reliable. It was disappointing.

Arrived after hours to find no map left for us with site number. After a few calls, was called back by staff and a new site assigned. Quick fix to the problem. Otherwise, site was great. Can hear highway in the distance so turn on air conditioner. Corn fields are around camp.

Arrived 7:45 - office closed. Cabin air conditioning had not been turned on. No hot water in shower at 10 pm. No staff there at 8:32 am when we dropped off the key & a dead bird was on the doorstep.

Very poorly run KOA. Booking said cable TV provided. Not so. No credit. Pool shut down at 5:00pm. Very unacceptable. Poorly maintained grounds. Would not stay there again. Standards for KOA not met.

Brown water, the sites were very close to each other and the full time/work camper next to us parked his truck in the middle of the road, so when we left the next morning we had to back out of our pull through spot. The office and pizza closed at 5pm, seems like it would make sense to open later than 9am so you could be open past 5.

We got there a bit late and the host had already locked up. She saw me and reopened the office. She not only checked me in but added my pizza order to her list and delivered it to my site. I can’t say enough about our experience

Very nice campground. We stayed in a cabin that had an outdoor patio set next to the fire pit. Clean with fridge and complimentary coffee and maker in room. The staff was very helpful.

Everything about the campsite was terrific especially the late bird not having a free reservation counter I would like to mention two things number one the people before me must have been heavy smokers of mental cigarettes because there had to be 100 cigarette bus all the way around that side number six and part that's very important in Chicago a very large step in order to get to that reservation

Close to museums and restaurants. About 5 ft between coaches. Our slides were close to touching. Neighbor’s awning hanging over part of our site. Very little water pressure, you needed to dance in the shower to get wet.

Very disappointed in this KOA. Only 5 pool chairs 3 of which were cracked & broken. Rust in the water pipes, please test your water, our entire camper shower, toilet & sinks are orange & we had a filter that just dripped orange water. It tasted like rust. When a client stays almost a week with you and you put them out in daily turn over row with no shade it just shows you don’t care.

The pool was only open to 5pm. It's should be open at least till dusk. Also Sunday around noon I went to the office and it had a close sign on the door? This is a campground right.

I arrived at 6 PM, after the office was closed. My surge protector indicated reverse polarity at the power pole (meaning it’s mis-wired and an electrocution hazard.) Wanting to change sites, I called both numbers and the night number. There was no answer and no return call, that night, or the next day. Additionally, the shower was ice cold and the dumpsters were overflowing and stinking.

This was a great campground for the Sandhill Crane migration. The bathhouse was open, warm and clean for those who haven't de-winterized. Loads of cranes in the surrounding corn fields, and a short drive to both Crane trust and Audubon. The campground hosted a reception on Saturday afternoon with crane info, snacks and drinks. Pizza is delicious. Lots of areas to let the dogs play in the K9 runs.
