The gal that checked us in was so sweet and amazing. Loved the scavenger hunt. Cabins and amenities were clean. Location was excellent. I will be back!

The campground was very basic and pretty ugly. No trees/shade vegetation, lots of dirt and gravel. No activities for kids, two very basic playgrounds w no shade. The pool was small w minimal seating.

Deluxe cabins were nice. The pool was fun, the only negative was the playground was very small and right where cars were driving in and out but overall we had a great stay.

Staff was very friendly, cabins and showers were dirty, not much for the kids to do. Long lines to use bathrooms and showers, needs more bathrooms/ showers for the amount of tent/ cabin spaces. Very dirty needs a face-lift and better cleaning practices.

When checking in, conversation between 2 employees about what a guest was asking was very rude. We were aware there was no ac in cabins, but portable ac units should be available to rent/cabins were shut up tight with no circulation upon check in - just not safe. When we checked out a day early, no one asked why or seem to care that we were leaving early. First KOA we’ve been disappointed in!

Staff was wonderful-very helpful. Stay was mixed. Stayed in cabin- no air conditioning. Most KOAs now have AC in their cabins. Cabin was clean on the inside, but failed to clean and maintain the porch. There was bird poop & rocks all over the porch I advised the staff and she said she would send someone to clean the porch. No one showed up. Pool was nice!!! Unsure if I would stay again.

It was ok. Not much to do at this campsite, which definitely wasn’t what I expected from the amenities list. Couldn’t do a campfire - although some sites did, regardless of fire restrictions, so was very expensive hotel room.

Staff was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The security team patrolled the area in golf carts frequently so you felt comfortable. Our cabin was clean, cool and conveniently located to lots of activities!

No internet in cabins, too close to the highway. Sold us firewood then 20 mins later texted me to say no fires allowed that night.

Quiet. It was quiet except for the road noise. Grounds and restrooms were clean. The main drawback was no air conditioning in the cabins. With as hot as it is getting these days, that can actually be a health hazard. Every other KOA that I've stayed in has AC in all of their cabins, regardless if it is a no bathroom or bathroom cabin.

Great location for heading into Grand Canyon. Family bathrooms made having "no bathroom" very easy. Good value and would recommend.

Window glass in window was broke and my granddaughter almost cut herself. Could not tell anyone in office because office was not open. Pool closed at 8 so could not enjoy. Only 2 showers worked in whole campground, there were more by the pool but always locked.

The staff was awesome! The cabin was perfect! We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was they only had one working washing machine.

Arrived after check in but easy to gather and navigate to cabin. Cleanest bathroom/shower of any KOA we’ve stayed at. (Like it was your own personal bathroom). Picked this KOA because of proximity to Grand Canyon about 45-50 minute drive. Enjoyed our two nights there.

We stayed in a couple cabin with our dogs…perfect. The showers and bathrooms were very clean. Everyone was very friendly and my husband forgot his glasses and they are helping to get them back to us! Very thankful! Just be prepared cell service and wifi was terrible but we were on vacation!

Overall okay. The best thing it has going for it is the location. Grounds are pretty well kept. Could have more fun amenities. Staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful.

Check in was easy. Deluxe handicap cabin was well equipped for our family of 6. Needed some updates. Wheelchair ramp was warped and top tier step on the step entrance was loose. Both of these issues could have caused injuries if not being very watchful. The 3 washers in laundry room were never all working at the same time.

We rented one of the basic unfurnished cabins for four nights. We lasted only one night. I have never slept on a harder, lumpier mattress in my life, and I don’t mind roughing it! Also, the campground is very close to a busy highway and there was traffic and semi truck noise ALL night long. It was a terrible night and we checked out after one night. The employees were friendly.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
