We rented a no frills cabin. The window was broken and we nearly froze. We were moved to another cabin the next day. It was warmer. But for the price I would have just stayed in a tent. It would have been cheaper with the same amenities. Definitely wouldn’t use one in the summer either no air.

Lovely staff, clean bathrooms, well maintained campground. The perfect location to visit the adorable Route 66 town of Williams and an easy drive to the spectacular Grand Canyon National Park. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying there. It was 27° outside and it was a good idea booking the small camping cabin. The bathrooms were clean and warm. The staff was kind. I'd stay there again.

Very friendly hosts, nice amenities, great convenience store in the office. Great to have a coffee bar and the lovely hearth. Love the Gaga ball ring and the rec room for the kids. Would have played if it weren't so cold at the time of our visit. Our cabin was lovely.

We had a great time during our stay. We enjoyed the dog park areas, quiet camping, friendly staff (Ms. Julie), and clean lodging.

Very well run campgrounds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice restrooms and showers. Laundry room was well kept and clean. We stayed in five KOA camps on our trip from Texas to California and back and this camp was by far the best.

We were told we would get one cabin but were put in a different one. We had a 95 year old man that can barely walk and were told there was a ramp. Also we did not expect a 3 foot high ceiling in the loft! We definitely booked the wrong koa. There was a horrible smell coming from under the cabin. Told the office staff and they said it was checked but found nothing! What a horrific smell !

We stayed in one of your deluxe cabins. It was clean, comfortable, and a great family time. We cooked and barbecued. It was wonderful to find the cabin had a dishwasher. We used the fire pit on one of the cold evenings. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was a nice benefit and I loved the coffee station. We had a wonderful family vacation. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay very much! My son really liked the cabin, we appreciated that you had the heater going on in the room (thank you). We did find it a little difficult to try and find the restrooms in the dark (when we arrived). But, we also appreciated that you had the room key ready for us even though it was in the middle of the night. We will for sure stay there again if we're in the area.

This was our second time visiting this campground and we stayed at the same deluxe cabin! It’s nice and relaxing. Loved having kitchen and bathroom since we have small children. The water pressure is a bit low but we got the shower done. The kitchen is fully equipped. We did remember to bring some cooking oil this time since we made breakfast every day before heading out. Will be back again!

It was very nice! The place is clean, restrooms were clean and the Staff that we came in contact during our stay were helpful and friendly. It was very convenient as it’s along Highway 64 that goes straight to the Grand Canyon.

Stayed 3 days and it was cold and there was a little heater which was little help. We had to sealed up the gaps around the door. The bathroom & shower was cold. I mentioned it to the clerk but it was still cold.

Vooraf was er top mee gedacht. We kwamen veel later aan dan gepland, maar zelfs onze aankomst midden in de nacht was geen probleem. Het huisje was fantastisch en van alle gemakken voorzien en het bed was top. De grand canyon was dichtbij, maar ook daarom heen was er genoeg te zien en te doen

Great location, friendly staff, but noisy and the cabin we were in needs a new mattress. The other KOA campgrounds we stayed in were much more comfortable. The restrooms and park in general were kept very clean.

Couple's Cabin not furnished for a couple - one chair, no table, and one electrical outlet across the room from the bed - and it was used for the TV and heater. Staff was friendly and I liked individual shower/toilet rooms in their building-more privacy and warmer. Not much can be done about the hwy noice but it's constant. Nice to have access to a public microwave.

I've been to this site many times, both tent camping and the log cabin. I don't have high expectations with the tent camping because they are next to RVs but the cabins are nice. My grandsons had a kick spending the night in a log cabin. The restrooms are always clean too. I'll be back.

The cabin that we stayed in was in need of repair, specially the flooring. The porch light was being held with a piece of rock. The location of my cabin face the road (64) which leads to the entrance to the Grand Canyon, making it very busy and noisy with thousands of vehicles transiting it everyday and night.

Bathrooms and facilities were very clean and staff was really friendly. We were able to book on short notice and the process was smooth. The campgrounds had a lot to do for families and kids. Williams and the route 66 were minutes away as well as Kaibab lake. We had a great time and will be back to ride the Williams coaster!

The campground was very quiet, clean and the sore was pretty stocked up. There was a dog which I believe was one of the employees that barked at us while walking past his RV, he seemed to be tied up with a rope, other than that the stay was pretty fun and enjoyable.

The staff was wonderful. We had a slight problem with the circuit breakers, we called after hours and Larry came right out to help. The staff in the office was very helpful and accommodating.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
