Staff was friendly, cable TV was nice, lots needed leveled and need more shade, WIFI was terrible unless you where in the club house.Lots of traffic noise coming from Hwy 64 next to campground.

Great KOA! Very clean bathrooms, sites level, wonderful pool and hot tub, 40 from the Grand Canyon, 10 minutes from Williams. Staff very friendly and helpful. This was the perfect base camp for our visit to Grand Canyon.

Nice facility. Good staff. My only complaint, which lowered my ratings, was that there was a lot of highway noise during the night that kept me awake. Nothing that really can be done about that. Otherwise location was convenient for all the activities we did.

we stayed in a 37' travel trailer. All was safe. The site was clean. We had a pull thru. The campground is located about 45 minutes from Grand Canyon and about 6 miles from Williams. There is a Chevron gas station right at the corner. The site was easy to pull thru. I would definitely come back.

Cramped like sardines. Never been to a park this bad, wearing a KOA badge. Filthy bathrooms, unpleasant office personnel. I could only buy 4 stamps per day! The employee had the nerve to tell me, "Otherwise we would be going to the post office every day"! Bet they go to the bank every day. To KOA.....Willams, Albuquerque North/Bernalillo, and Lubbock are the worst KOA's we've stayed in. Not happ

Nice place to stay, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. The only negative thing I can say about the place is that the Wi-Fi does not work outside the lobby, and the cell service doesn’t work too well either, if you have Verizon.

Lots of amenities and great location in relation to Grand Canyon. Our site was large, picnic table provided with full hookups. Pool, play area and dog park were fun! Bathrooms were clean and the store was fully stocked and clean. Staff was great and friendly. We will return when the weather cools!

Overall good stay and would consider coming back next time. The sites were level and the pull through was very nice. We stayed on site 70 and someone pulled in on the site behind us (69?) and that site was very tight; their awning was no more than 2 feet from the backside of my camper. The wifi was only available at the store, which I was not aware of when booking. Overall a descent stay.

A very nice place to stay to visit Grand Canyon, Williams and Sedona. Great campground and staff. It was very hot, so the pool was perfect. In the night you can hear coyotes in the near.

Very cramped, lots of campers practically on top of each other. WIFI is terrible. Very Expensive to stay. One blonde lady in the office was never very welcoming.. borderline rude, the rest are very nice. Men on golf carts don't obey the speed limits that they so diligently enforce to the campers (text reminders practically every day). However park is clean and well taken care of.

The park itself is pretty good. But the staff is beyond rude. The website states that you can book tours and get information about things to do around the grand canyon. The woman who check us in could barely handle the check-in, told us the Grand Canyon was 58 miles away, and then any other question with "I can't help you. I just work here. I don't leave this office." What a farce.

Site overall was ok..should have stayed a shorter time window. Site are too narrow and not level. My front door is 10 feet from another trailer slide out. Internet is horrible couldn't use it for most anything from simple email to streaming TV. Pool and hot tub could use a good scrubbing. Amenities are fine and location is convenient for access to lost GC activities.

Pros: good location (somewhat close to Grand Canyon, very close to Williams, AZ), nice big spot for our Sprinter van, plenty of restrooms, close to Williams AZ and a gas station that had all the provisions. Cons - disgusting bathroom (clogged toilet), pool closed early (8), and wifi was terrible.

The sites are clean, the park is quiet, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We just stayed for 3 nights this time, just to "chill" from a previous vacation, and we really enjoyed it. The park is close to Bearizona, downtown Williams if you feel like shopping around for souvenirs, and about an hour or so away from the Canyon.

This is an ok spot if you are heading to Grand Canyon. The wifi is horrible here. If you need wifi you will have to spend your time near the office. The bathrooms aren't the cleanest Ive seen but they are ok. Campsite signage in some spots is very bad especially if you come in late. Staff are helpful and communicate well through text.

I’ve stayed at many koa’s & this one is the bottom. Worst experience at rv park ever. If you find yourself here I just hope you get better staff cooperation than we did with Andrea (butterfly tattoo lady) & I’m using the word lady loosely.

The staff was wonderful, location great and tv cable excellent. Concerns, RV pads use red gravel that brings red dirt and red dust inside camper. It took several hours at next stop to clean up. Also Wi-Fi was horrible.

The swimming pool was ice cold, although there was a pool cover laying in the corner section of the cemented pool area, the cover was not utilized. The restrooms are in need of immediate repair, broken tiles, dirty tiles with mold and shower heads that drip. The office placed a text to our cell phone stating that water was flowing from under our camper, we cut out visit short to the Park

Stay was nice. Facilities were clean. Staff were nice. Office hours were shorter that other KOA's that I have stayed, closed at 6 PM instead of 8 PM. It was not an issue but if you are like me and was looking for firewood at 7 PM... I was a little late.

Two night stay to camp near the Grand Canyon. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. There was a gentleman in a golf cart driving around after hours who went and got a number of campers fire wood which was very convenient. The pull through spaces were simple to get in and out of. Would have liked a bit more shade (most spots have good shade but site 79 did not). Overall good experience.

After arriving at the wrong location (Circle Pines), we were welcomed to our spot here. We were in #67. Wi-Fi is spotty especially is there’s a rig in the neighboring spot. Some trees for shade. Two small playgrounds, a Gaga ball pit, pool & hot tub outside. Friendly staff. Clean campground & bathrooms. Nice, quiet park. Overall we enjoyed it w/our two girls (6,15). Stayed a week. Will return

Campground was noisy, the sites were too close together, it was too close to the highway, but most of all the Wi-Fi was virtually nonexistent and there’s no cell service in the area.

Staff and Grounds were very nice! We like the clean easy in and out of the sites! The Grand Canyon and Williams were very enjoyable and access to the train was very closeby! We liked the quiet atmosphere at the campground, so nice to sit in the evening around our firepit when the winds were calm.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
