Your website says that you would help with booking sightseeing attractions. When we asked you told us there were a few pamphlets over by the wall. Not much help. Cell service was terrible. I understand you can’t control that. So we tried using your Wi-Fi. That was just as bad. We had to drive into town and ask around about things to do and see. Overall not very impressed with the campground.

We come here every year and are always so happy with our visit. The staff is so helpful and friendly, they always make sure that our stay is the best. The campground is always clean and well taken care of. Plus they have plenty of activities for the kids. We love staying here.

We LOVED our stay! Such a wonderful camp ground in a beautiful setting. We always appreciate how clean and tidy KOA’s always are. The staff at this one were all exceptionally nice and helpful. The cabin we rented was just perfect. We will definitely be back!

Very large spaces & idk if they went through an ownership or management change in the last year but it’s kept up nice, the dog park could use a bit of a refresher but otherwise nice park.

We used it as a base for a 5 day family vacation. Family from Oklahoma and California we occupied 4 spaces in a row had an unforgettable great time. The camp was clean and comfortable the people very friendly accommodating

We were disappointed at the Wi-Fi, we couldn’t check email or get texts out very easily. Cell service was not good either. There was a storm rolling through so we understood that. Nice campground though. People were very friendly.

Jan was super helpful and friendly. She helped us change our reservation to a cabin due to weather conditions. Thanks Jan! The cabins were surprisingly spacious. The bathrooms were clean and private and the location was great. I would definitely return and would recommend to a friend.

In Space 75 for week. Fit 30 Foot RV, along with 23 ft trailer (towing Jeep) fit Jeep off trailer fine. Showers clean, no wait time. Pool area nice. Park quiet as expected after dark. Road Noise from Hwy 64, pretty much ceased 8pm to 6am (Grand Canyon traffic). Shade trees, pleasant staff, close to Williams & 50 minutes from Canyon. Lots of 1&2 night visitors. Overall 9 out of 10!!!

We only stayed 1 night but our spot was tight. Newborns very close and tents just across from us. If I would have stay longer, I would need a better site.

This was my 1st time staying at a KOA. My 8 day stay was fantastic. The entire staff was very friendly & helpful in every aspect. If I ever vacation in this area again, this campground will be my choice.

Very nice KOA, have not camped in a long time, but I am now old enough to appreciate having full hook ups and amenities like nice clean restrooms, pool, and reasonably stocked store. Great location near Williams and Kaibab lake, and an hour to the Grand Canyon. I will visit this KOA again, and plan to try more KOAs for my camping adventures.

We have stayed at other KOA's (not knowing that they run differently) & so we brought everything- soap, shampoo, a sponge/dish soap, paper towels. Let's just say almost everything. Thank you for providing all that we would need! The special touches of USB charging outlets! Oh my Goodness, most hotels don't have this feature, So thank you so very much! We had a Great Time!! Thank you.

Nice campgrounds but the spaces are small, had a 33’ 5th and had to park truck sideways along edge of road in front of it and had to move several times for the next over campers to pull out

Overall, it is an OK campsite. The WIFI just plain SUCKS! Should not even be offered on the website, it is NOT an option available. My phone, I could not even get a signal from them either. The water pressure was very low, we used our pump on board the RV in order to shower. When I searched on the KOA app for "grand canyon parks" all that came up was you, we wanted Circle pines KOA Holiday.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
