It would have gotten a 5 but the wifi is absolute garbage and my credit card number was used fraudulently. I only used the card at the campground and no other place. I made my reservation over the phone and verbally gave my credit card number. I’m afraid that it was written down and then used for other purchases. Pretty shameful.

Rest assured that we do NOT write down credit card numbers, they are immediately entered into the computer and then we can only see the last four digits of the card.

Friendly staff, level spots but no bread or milk at the store. Basic staples that should be available.

Sorry that our refrigerator broke and we were forced to dispose of all of our staples. There are hot dog buns and hamburger buns available in the store.

This was the best looking, well kept and pad area where the trailer parked on was maintained well, since traveling from the east coast.

We loved the location. It was in the forest and not the city. It was quiet early in the morning and late at night. No one having loud parties. And all the dogs and dog owners were very good. Also, although we don't have children we enjoyed seeing all the families out camping with children and all your camp grounds does to bring them joy.

Great park, nice location! Our family enjoyed the spacious sites, playground, dog park, shop, pool and hot spa! It was a busy holiday weekend and all guests and staff were so pleasant. The only downsides were the bathrooms (kinda dirty and not enough showers, there was always a wait mornings and evenings).

We enjoyed our stay at the Williams KOA. We had an issues with how we were told to park and where the electric and water was. This would not have been an issue if we didn't have to find the most level spot for our RV which took us farther away from the utilities. The sites at Williams KOA are in need of leveling. 4 of our neighbors mentioned the same issue will terribly uneven sites.

Our stay was great! The rustic cabin was so nice! The bathroom, shower very clean! I will definitely come back with my entire family and much longer stay, it is beautiful! Even though it was next to highway 64...never heard anything when sleep time happened. Very well kept campground! Thank you to the staff for the friendly and welcoming attitude, we loved it! �����

The Deluxe cabin was comfortable except I would have appreciated nicer sheets on bed . The bedding is old and has pill balls . That would give it a cleaner feel to the bed. Other than that we enjoyed the stay in the Deluxe cabin #1. Thank you.

Internet was terrible for what you pay to stay!

Campground is in a remote area and relies solely on satellite internet with volcanic mountains blocking the signal.

This is a smaller campground about an hour from Grand Canyon. Pool is wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a shaded campsite and the site was comfortable for our 30' travel trailer. Good wifi signal closer to the office but tables were set up for the working folks in our family. Weather was hot during the day but nice and cool at night. Great place.

About an hour south of the gate to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Only 15 minutes to Williams and some special route 66 restaurants and nostalgia. Large site with well arranged utilities. Unirestrooms are OK.

Great facilities. Only thing. Restrooms/showers aren’t checked often enough. One was locked over night & throughout most of the next day. Until I mentioned it to an employee.. but other than that. It’s a great place to relax & unwind.

We enjoyed our camping cabin and especially the clean restrooms/showers. The cabin had everything needed for a short trip, fire ring, water spigot, cable tv, fan. The dog park, swim pool was a plus. The store has a huge supply variety. All staff were very friendly. The surrounding area is beautiful. We will be back.

Last our stay there! On first manager at the office was very nice and friendly, but not at the end of our stay. Unfortunately, I didn’t check out on time, so I got the call from a manager at 11:07AM. She told me that I had to leave NOW! She wasn’t polite and even didn't care why it is happened. Horrible customer service. I wish to the owner to teach their staff how to communicate with customer

Positive: Nice property, nice staff, clean store, good hookups. Negative: Horrible WiFi, it was essentially useless and we left early for a new place where we can get online when needed, $8 for a breakfast biscuit and can of soda is too much. Unable to ever reach office by phone, had to go there in person each time because voice-mail is all you ever get. Overall a nice Campground but wifi matte

Cabin was very nice and had all the items for meal prep. I had asked the front desk for extra towels and never received them. The pool was nice but things around the pool needed to be a bit more tidy up. The lady who worked the front desk was outstanding and very helpful. I would stay again.

Your website says that you would help with booking sightseeing attractions. When we asked you told us there were a few pamphlets over by the wall. Not much help. Cell service was terrible. I understand you can’t control that. So we tried using your Wi-Fi. That was just as bad. We had to drive into town and ask around about things to do and see. Overall not very impressed with the campground.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
