We stayed on a campsite which was big enough for our tent and car. The restrooms and showers were clean and in good shape. The campground was quite and the noise from the near by highway wasn’t a bother. We checked in late and everything was prepared for us. We had a good stay!

The campground was very clean and well kept. I will stay here again if I am in this area. My only complaint is the WiFi is terrible. It says right in the paperwork the Wifi is weak so in an area that has virtually no cell signal the park needs to really improve its WiFi. In this day and age when so much relys on internet connectivity your guests expect better in the WiFi area.

Have stayed there numerous times but will not stay there again. Front office rude and put us in the smallest spot they could for our 36 ft motorhome!! Made reservations in February!!

We had another eat stay at the Grand Canyon KOA. This is our go to spot when we need a quick getaway. We will be back.

The photos on the web site are misleading. The campground is rundown except for the pool area. The dog park features no soft mulch as shown in the photos and is in disrepair. There is a section with piles of broken concrete and trash that poses a health and safety issue. I couldn’t figure out what the pit of dirt behind the office was supposed to be for. Don’t say you have wifi. false advertis

Check in was fine but once we arrived at Cabin it was down hill. Exposed screws on railing looked like maybe they were working on it & forgot about it. Tools left behind/broken bed/propane tank almost empty/railing on stairs were missing or in poor condition. Notified employee but they seemed annoyed. cabin 3 needs to be worked on

Prima plek, WiFi functioneert niet en dat in tijden dat iedereen dat belangrijk vindt. Zwembad had veel vliegen en vuil in het water. Wel afgesloten douche/toiletten. Al met al geen hoogvlieger maar prima voor één a twee nachten.

We were out 12 nights this trip. Many were KOA sites that we strive for as most are excellent. This Grand Canyon site was our worst of the 12. Our site #4 was not even close to level in either direction, packed in like sardines, a drive through to them is drive through and disconnect and repark towing vehicle, dirty bathroom, loose toilet, noisy highway, & narrow lanes. Will never stop here again.

Overall our stay was good. It was reasonably quiet and clean. Our complaint was the wifi never worked right and when we dumped, the concrete apron around the dump station had old, dried fecal matter that had never been cleaned.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was great! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Helpful and friendly staff, considerate neighbors. Very quiet and relaxing, awesome fire pit and great view of the night sky. Easy access to the Grand Canyon, Williams, and Route 66. Perfect spot if you’re traveling with young children.

Site #5 was not level. 30 or more gopher holes. at our site. Two nights were 80.00 and two nights were 85.00. Unacceptable for the site. We’ll never stay here again.

I stayed at this campground for two nights September 15-17 and the last morning I found my RV toilet was clogged and I called but R V Repair and he said he could be there between 11 and 12 PM check out is 11 I asked for extended check out and they said they couldn’t accommodate me so I ended up paying for another night so I could have access to a sewer line and water. I am a member of KOA.

We really enjoyed our stay from the employees to the amenities and general location. We are excited to book another adventure soon. We had a cabin closer to the bathrooms, and the wind definitely gave you a whiff of a more unpleasant smell - our only complaint (minimal).

We stayed in the preferred area which had large sites. Enjoyed the nice trees! Only issue was the people in site 30 by the dog park. There was a large dog tied unattended outside the trailer, and it barked consistently at us the every time we were in the dog run with our dog. No one ever came to quite it down. Told the lady in the office but it doesn't seem like anything was done about it.

Campground was clean, 1 hour from Grand Canyon. They make the best espresso drinks. Staff was friendly and attentive to camper needs

We really enjoyed our relaxing stay. Employees are very helpful and attentive. I fell in love with their Coffee bar! Coffee was very tasty!

We enjoyed our stay in a couples camping cabin, plenty of restrooms and water hydrants at convenient locations,beside a fairly busy road but that didn't bother us much!!

We needed to do laundry at night. The laundry room closed at 6:00. The mattress was so bad. They need to get new mattresses.

Nice park in a great location. Only issue was the site had large ruts/holes that could not be avoided - the RV leaned to one side; had to elevate the tires.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
