Internet and Verizon reception were very weak. Sites were too small....Fire rings were within 1 foot of the next site. Staff was courteous but did not have much to work with. Grand Canyon is at least 1 hour away.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin. The loft was very dirty/dusty. Our (adult) daughter became quite ill from sleeping (attempting to at least) up there. We ended up having to get her and her boyfriend a room at a hotel. The bunk beds are not big enough for larger adults so not an option. The internet was very hit or miss. It worked ok if you were up in the middle of the night using it. Would not stay again

Hi, great place! Clean, lots of amenities, very courteous staff. Also, partnering with the Circle Pines KOA was an additional bonus! Kids enjoyed it. The Internet seems to be not easily accessible in the evening. We get that reception is an issue in the mountains, but it seemed as though it was "turned down," and in the am, we would start receiving msgs about 5 am. Overall, will be coming bac

We had a great time staying at Williams KOA in the single bed cabin. The amenities were great (bathroom was close, fire pit, table, swing etc).

Although we arrived after office was closed and left before they were open the communication, we had with the staff was very good. Our cabin was clean and comfortable, and the restrooms were clean. Thank you, hope to be back.

Customer service by Jan was excellent. Our party reserved both Deluxe Cabins; DC01 & DC02 for 4 days. Cabins were clean however, water pressure in bath was way too weak. Also, extremely long wait time in line just to get fresh towels. Wifi didn’t work & no cell phone reception for both AT&T & Verizon. The worse part of the entire experience was the rats gnawing in the wall & under the main beds!

I came here with just me and my two kids, 6 and 9. They had so much fun in the pool and at the park, and I felt like it was very safe for them and myself being just us. The cabin was clean, and the bathrooms were overall pretty clean too. We would most definitely stay here again!!

The campsite was roomy and level. There was no Wi-Fi in the campground unless you were in the office building. There was no cable word was that it was cut and they were waiting for the off-season to repair. There was no signal on Verizon. Quite a few folks were smoking marijuana in the campground. For those of those that don’t smoke the smell is not good.

My deluxe cabin was bigger than I expected. Very clean and spacious, with all of the amenities I needed. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. It’s also conveniently located between Flagstaff Airport and the Grand Canyon.

This KOA has great amenities for kids and the staff beside Kathy were very nice. Kathy however is extremely rude. I asked if they sold lighters I had looked around but had not found one. She told me well you didn't look they are all round the store. I needed one to light my camp stove and fire not cigarettes. She was also rude to my daughter when she purchased something. Nice ladies at check inn is about it. Campground is unkempt, extremely poor WiFi (don’t advertise it if it doesn’t work). This is a $30.00 a night campground not a $70.00 + a night campground. I understand the water situation but invest in a well, rakes, weedwacker, lawn mower and folks to use them. If it was $30 a night I wouldn’t complain.

Quiet and relaxing stay. We had a pull-through site #4 with full hookups. The place had a fire pit and a picnic table. The Wi-Fi was intermittent, but we had our internet. Tony and Lee from San Diego.

It was a very nice campground the only issue was the yellow jackets. A couple spots were terrible because of these bugs.

We had a great stay. Nice and clean. Good coffee and gift shop. Dog park in bad shape with feces everywhere. Noise from highway interferes with peace and quiet. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Relaxing and perfect cabins. Great rates. Thank you for our stay!

Our space had a ditch running through it from the rain where no one has flattened out the space. The wifi was not good even close to the building. Our cellphones didn’t have service either.

Good except the out of control wasps infesting multiple sites. I was stung while packing up. Need pest control ASAP. I reported the issue and nothing was done. Useless little traps were out but had no impact.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are sorry the wasp were bothering you, they are heavy in this region to the the heavy monsoonal rains this past summer. We have put out multiple traps and have been actively looking for hives that can not be located.

Cabin wasn’t clean enough. Toilet wouldn’t flush most of the time. Tv/cable in the living room kept going out. Had no internet connection. Water main busted and woke up with no water. Cabin wasn’t the same one that was presented to us when we made the reservations. I arrived after 4 PM and the previous occupant was still in the site. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to finish and pull out. This occupant rinsed their sewer hose onto the ground at the site. Next morning the camp water line broke. They fixed it fairly quickly. Other than that, the stay was very nice.

The sites were level, everything was very well taken care of, and we had no issues with water, sewer, or electricity. The employees were very friendly and attentive to the property. The pool and hot tub were nice. The laundry room near us at site number 3 was $3.00 per machine. The store was large and well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay. If we're ever back in this area, we'd stay here again.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
