Friendly staff, clean bathroom, well-maintained cabin. A perfect base to explore the Grand Canyon. I would definitely be willing to return and stay longer.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin #1. It had everything we needed. My family and I were very happy there and it is so much better than a hotel! I would definitely stay there again!

We only stayed a couple of nights just to visit the Grand Canyon which was about an hour away, so this place was perfect for that. Very nice staff. Quiet campground.

Excellent showers and laundry facilities. Would liked to have water at the dumping station, but realize that cold weather prohibits that.

This was our first time venturing into Arizona with our new travel trailer. We absolutely loved our stay at this KOA. Even with the exciting weather (65MPH winds throughout the night) it was wonderful. We especially enjoyed LUCY : ) she is a fabulous addition to your site and she made our stay so great. We look forward to coming back to visit Lucy again! Great employees make a great impact!!!

I want to give a big shout out to the host. He picked upy call at 2AM that a detector was beeping in the neighboring vacant cabin. He got up at that hour and turned it off! Thank you!!!

I enjoyed my stay. The front desk lady was super nice, I didnt catch her name. Possibly a southern accent? Clean bathrooms and shiwer. Overall a nice place to stay and a good basecamp to the Grand Canyon. Conveniently right next to a Chevron.

I have to say that the people who work there were terrific. They recognize that there are elderly people and go above and beyond to help. They offer help. You never had to ask. The general store was also an added attraction. It was a very nice place. The grounds were well maintained.

Could use improved signage to lots. We were aware of improvements being made. Expectations were not too high because we knew it was the last week of the season.

Really nice campground but the spaces were a little too small. It was very difficult to park both our tow vehicle and camper in the space provided. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The tent sites were very small and all the "amenities" listed on the website were either not available, outdated, or had an added cost.

KOA is flat and clean. Did not use amenities as we are in a full size RV. Something needs to be done to improve the WiFi, it disconnects from the internet too often to be usable, add to that, 1 bar of cell signal, it is kinda hard to stay in contact with family. Otherwise, camp was fine for us while seeing the Grand Canyon (1 hour-ish away). Propane at camp, gas station adjacent, small store

only there one night camp ground was clean. i liked the dog park area. there were three dogs running loose and was a nuisence sometimes around our dog which we kept on a leash as per the rules of the camp grouind.

Probably the least pleasant experience at any KOA. The place is not well laid out - access to pull throughs is very narrow crowded. The pull through itself was not level at all and even with leveling boards could not level our fifth wheel. And I don’t like sewer drains immediately adjacent to fresh water lines and these were less than a foot away. Always risk of contamination. Would not stay aga

Perfect place for a layover to visit Grand Canyon and the town of Williams. Very clean on the most part.

Good stay. Nice facilities, nice store, level spaces. All good. Only thing is that sewage lines have to be elevated off the ground and their store didn't have any sake risers for sale. We'll definitely stay there again.

The old, blonde desk receptionist was rude, unfriendly, and just downright made it uncomfortable to even be in the store or office. She seemed bothered by your very presence. I would not stay again knowing I'd have to deal with her. The guest services grounds people (they work Sun-Thurs) were beyond kind, helpful, and friendly. There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
