The evening was cold in Utah . So we decided to arrive early n upgrade to a basic Cabin plus two additional nights. We were originally planning to Tent only. Was charged an additional fee $59:99 for punching buttons. We weren’t cancelling, plus adding more to our stay . Lady first said they were 10mins from Grand Canyon but actually 40mins ..

Unfriendly staff. Didn’t tell me on the phone they pool was closed. Also advertising hot tub that’s not there. Game room is a joke. Not one game for small kids and rest of them are arcade type games that are paid with cash. Office closed at 5 so nothing to do after 5. Small playground. The toilets were nasty but good hot showers and clean cabins. Quiet environment but unfortunately next to hwy

Wifi never worked at site 27. Wouldn't make our hold a connection. Since there was virtually zero cell service, having no wifi was a hardship.

Great place for a short stay to be semi-close to the Grand Canyon. Wide spots with picnic tables and it even had cable hook ups. The Wi-Fi left a lot to be desired though, and At&t was practically non-existent with 1 bar. Verizon on our Winegard didn’t seem to be any better. Overall, it was a quiet and decent place to stay. I didn’t use any of the bathrooms and the pool wasn’t open yet.

Only problem was bad WiFi all four days we stayed. It made it more difficult to plan our continued 12 day vacation.

Came from SoCal to spend a few days in the Grand Canyon. Made it convenient to get to the park or in to Williams. The facility was neat and tidy, the staff was friendly and the rates were reasonable. Our site was a pull through with full hook ups and 50 amp service, wide and deep for our 31’ fifth wheel and full size Dodge. Would definitely stay here again.

Need more staff to run the campground. Store closes too early for travelers to get set up and then come back to buy things.

The campground itself was clean and staffed with great people. The problem is that there is NO internet access and spotty cell phone reception. The gas station outside the campground charges $2 more for a gallon of gas than the station a mile up the road or the stations in Williams.

An absolutely well-maintained park! From the moment you pull on to the property, you can see the difference between this and many other campgrounds. The location is very convenient for seeing the Grand Canyon. Kudos to the owners and staff for putting in the effort to make this an excellent experience!

The campground is nicely situated between the lovely Route 66 town of Williams and the south entrance to the Grand Canyon.

Jen in the office was great. She helped us with taking our dog out when we were at the Grand Canyon for extended periods of time. We rented a cabin for our daughter and son-in-law to stay in for a few nights while we were there. My wife had to spend time cleaning the cabins, it was very dirty. the floor was very bad. she had to wipe down the mattresses, they were very dusty.

Jan rocks! Me and my family of 6 stopped by for a 3 night stay to explore the Grand Canyon, and my children absolutely loved the rec room. We shopped around a bit inside the general store/front office where my daughter found some hidden easter eggs with some tasty surprises. I can honestly say we look forward to coming back and can't wait to see Jan and her hospitality light up the room again.

If I could rate higher, I would! This was my first time coming to Arizona and feel quite fortunate to have found this place to camp and start my trip. You will be taken care of and have everything you need for a great experience! I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you!!

Quiet, but wifi is poor, no cell phone reception, dump station messy and on wrong side, gas and propane prices too high.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
