the office staff was great, but our space did not accommodate our RV and tow vehicle. It was a pile of rubble, too expensive, about twice the amount of the privately owned RV parks.

Our spot was fine, lots of room, cable TV works, WiFi not so much. We were at the end of the row farthest from buildings. Check in was easy, friendly staff.

The staff was amazing and so helpful! Easy and friendly checkin, our site was very clean and easy set up. We wanted to do a tour somewhere and Jan helped us book a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon. It was AMAZING!! BEST KOA so far!

Straight shot to Grand Canyon & close to Williams for dining/shopping. Camping in red dust/gravel. Laundry room needs cleaning & updating. Very limited phone & wifi service. Low water pressure. Pricey for what you get.

The staff is friendly and the lady that took my reservation was super sweet. The Grand Canyon name might conjure images of beauty, but it is nothing like that. The facility feels more like a parking on the side of the road rather than a true campground. There are no true RV pads. You are parking on dirt. The functioning showers were not very clean. A+ for Friendly - but no frills!

Cabin and bathroom clean. Cabin very spar��an and WIFI very week. Highway very loud. But, there was a heater and a swing and a picnic table, so all quite servicable.

Personnel accueillant et courtois. Commodités fonctionnelles et propre. Wifi manque de puissance. Terrain en terre, devrait ajouter pierres concassées. Route à proximité, bruyant la nuit. Trois dollars (3$) pour l'utilisation d'un laveuse trop cher. À Las Vegas KOA at Sam's Town Journey, le même service pour 1,75 $.

Handy for an overnight off I-40. Friendly staff. Brand new utilities. Quiet since it is five miles north of the freeway. Lowest cost KOA in area.

Roads are very bumpy in between rows and wi-fi is next to useless. Needs to be improved - we live in an internet driven world. We could not even do an email

I was very disappointed with my stay, They advertise WiFi but could only get in the game room. No cable was told it was being installed. Restrooms were dirty. I know they just started there season but the place could be much better with some elbow grease. Staff was Ok but could be friendlier. I would not stay here again.

Office staff was friendly. Our pull thru site was very spacious. This is a convenient location to visit Williams and the South rim of the Grand Canyon. The WiFi is not very good but we survived with limited access for our week stay.

Our site was great campground clean . The staff seemed to be annoyed at simple questions especially Jan ! And with freezing temperatures one night the campground neglected to tell us till next day with a text message not the level of a KOA !!!

Camp hosts were very efficient and friendly. The down side was the restrooms, they need a serious refresh and more frequent cleaning. The park was not full.

The staff was excellent. The grounds need to be more level. The bathrooms are filthy. We camp in a popup and use the showers. The floors looked as if they had never been cleaned. We are in Las Vegas now paying same amount and this place makes your KOA look like the slums.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin with 2 other couples. We were all impressed at how clean everything was and sleeping accommodations were good. The front desk/convenience store staff all were very helpful!

Bathrooms have not been updated for a very very long time. Lots of work to do there. Sites are too close together. Staff is great...very responsive and we appreciate them.

The sites are so close you can hear normal conversation levels of your neighbors. It does not show you online that you are backed against a community that has dogs that bark all night. Lights from cars shined right in my tent at night. I left 5 days early and nobody ask why or offered a refund.

The evening was cold in Utah . So we decided to arrive early n upgrade to a basic Cabin plus two additional nights. We were originally planning to Tent only. Was charged an additional fee $59:99 for punching buttons. We weren’t cancelling, plus adding more to our stay . Lady first said they were 10mins from Grand Canyon but actually 40mins ..

Site was ok but wifi was not up to par compared to other KOA sites we have been to. Very narrow sites.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
