The staff was awesome! The cabin was perfect! We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was they only had one working washing machine.

My wife and I have stayed with you folks several times and we love the park. The newly added cable TV is great, but you really need to upgrade the Wifi, it’s useless. In this day and age, wifi is a requirement. Thanks for having us.

The only reason we won't be coming back to this particular KOA is due to the road conditions. Our 5th wheel took a beating heading west on 40.....that highway is the WORST!! AZ really needs to step up and use those tax dollars to fix roads. Other than that, we liked our stay at the KOA. Won't be back due to road conditions. Sorry...

Arrived after check in but easy to gather and navigate to cabin. Cleanest bathroom/shower of any KOA we’ve stayed at. (Like it was your own personal bathroom). Picked this KOA because of proximity to Grand Canyon about 45-50 minute drive. Enjoyed our two nights there.

The few KOA's I have stayed at are usually a little nicer. More green grass where cabins and tents sites are at. Only one dryer was working at the time we were there and prices in the store were a little high. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We stayed in a couple cabin with our dogs…perfect. The showers and bathrooms were very clean. Everyone was very friendly and my husband forgot his glasses and they are helping to get them back to us! Very thankful! Just be prepared cell service and wifi was terrible but we were on vacation!

Very pleasant. The lady in the store was so nice and friendly even through the rush times. The pool and hot tub were magnificent to hop into in the morning to get our days started.

Although the camp was clean, the campers were way too close together. Our fire pit was very close to neighbors pull out. Also advertised is internet but it barely worked throughout the camp. Internet was better near office but no where else. Convenient to Grand Canyons

Let me start by saying the speed limit is strictly enforced. I’m not sure why there are low and negative reviews. We have stayed here twice just overnight. The bathrooms are clean. We did not use the laundry facilities. The office staff are super friendly. The gentleman that works the outside has been pleasant both times we were here. I would stay here again.

I stayed in a very clean cabin, and the bathrooms were always clean. Staff was very welcoming and nice. It’s very family friendly, and I felt safe and comfortable.

Great place to relax with my family. It wasn’t too busy. Staff were friendly. Camp site, bathrooms were clean, quiet, and great views. Close to town and attractions.

We stayed on a tent site which was a good size lot. The store has anything you could need but they close early. We enjoyed the individual bathrooms. Biggest complaint was the heated pool was an ice cube so the kids couldn’t enjoy and they didn’t have many other activities to engage in.

Check in was easy. Deluxe handicap cabin was well equipped for our family of 6. Needed some updates. Wheelchair ramp was warped and top tier step on the step entrance was loose. Both of these issues could have caused injuries if not being very watchful. The 3 washers in laundry room were never all working at the same time.

It was a good location and close to Williams. However, there are two problems with it. The Wi-Fi is pretty much nonexistent, even though they advertise that they have it. I understand that people are out in the country to enjoy nature, but sometimes you might need to have access to Wi-Fi, which they say they provide. Also, the poop bag stations were never stocked the whole time we were there.

Easily the cleanest and best maintained Koa site I've seen. The staff was very helpful and nice to boot! Will definitely camp there again if we pass through again.

The internet was terrible and the camping spots were on top of each other. There are much better KOAs out there. They also did not have an attendant for the propane the first day we were there the next day we tried to get some they were out. The attendant was helpful and kind!

Loved the stay and that they didn’t bother everyone all the time. Some campgrounds the people are annoying. They left you alone, left instructions easily and it was nice!!! The only thing is the layout is weird. Our fire pit would have caught the next campers slide out on fire if we used it. Because it is really really tight on a few. But overall just nice….

Campground itself was great - very clean, friendly staff, and quiet. While I understand the lack of water makes keeping any grass alive difficult, the K9 area was full of dangerous foxtails and stickers. Wish they had some artificial turf or even just smooth gravel/dirt in that area to keep paws safe. We would stay here again as the location was perfect.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
