RESERVATIONS

R.V. /TENT:  Due to COVID 19 - Full charge at reservation and 7 days cancellation notice is required prior to arrival 10% cancellation charge

DELUXE CABINS : Due to COVID 19 - Full charge at reservation and 7 days cancellation notice is required prior to arrival. 10% cancellation charge 

HOLIDAYS : Full deposit required and no refund on any reservation made in any Holiday period and construction weeks

Minimum age

There must be a responsible person 18 years of age or older to register your site and there must be a responsible person over the age of 18 staying on the site for the entire stay.

GUARANTEE

If within one hour after check-in you are not completely satisfied with the services or facilities offered, your registration fees will be gladly refunded.

VACANT LOT

AT NO TIME IS IT ALLOWED TO PASS ON VACANT LOT WITH A BIKE OR ANY OTHER VEHICLE

Visitors

Due to Covid-19, we must limit the number of people per site to 10 coming from 3 different families and you must keep the social distance required by the authorities.  Fees for visitors are $10.00 per adult and $7.00 per child. All visitors must respect the camping rules and regulations.They must leave by 10:30 pm
If visitors stay overnight, fees will be $10/adults and $7/children.

Pool / Beach Hours

Heated Pool

OFF PEAK SEASON

May 15th to June 15th -  13:00 til 17:00 (weekends only)
Sept 04th to Oct 1st -      13:00 til 17:00  (weekends only)

DURING SEASON

Mid-June to beginning of September 10:00 am  to 19:00

All children under 16 MUST be accompanied by someone over 16. No rough housing , running or diving permitted. Please no food, drink or smoking in the pool area. UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE FROM THE GOVERNMENT THE BEACH IS CLOSE
There is no swimming in the lake without a lifeguard present.

JUMPING PILLOW

Must be supervised by an adult at all time.

From 10.00 AM to dusk

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 23.00 PM to 8.00 AM. During non-quiet times, please be respectful of your neighboring campers. Excessive drinking , noise and foul language will be not tolerated. Keep in mind that this is a family park. Thank you.

Dog

All pets must be kept on leash. No pets are to be left at campsite unattended. Owners must clean up after their pets. NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING, BEACH AND POOL AREA. After the sunset, your pet must be on your site. We have a K9 Park next to the tennis court.

SITE INFORMATION

Each campsite includes a picnic or patio table and a fire ring or fire bowl. If you need another table, please contact the office and we will be happy to provide you with another table based on availability. Fire rings are not to be moved. They are located where, under normal circumstances, fires have enough of a safe space around them. Moving a fire pit without management approval will result in a damage fee.
Our sites are spacious and dining tents are allowed to be used. We do not allow ANY supplementary sleeping accommodations (Tents) to be used on our sites. If you require additional sleeping accommodations, we will be happy to make a reservation for a tenting site close to your site.
Our sites accommodate 4-6 guests depending on the site reserved. The maximum number of guests is 6. If you have more than 6 people, please contact the office prior to making your reservation.

Car washing

On-site washing of vehicles is not permitted

WI-FI

WiFi is provided at all sites in the park. Speeds are dependent on total usage each day. Speeds will be reduced at set levels when maximum level is reached. The levels are set to allow all normal email, surfing, facebook and very light video content. Heavy downloads, such as video, movies, video Skype etc., are not recommended. Updating computers, phones, and tablets can also use a lot of Data! Be aware that everyone can enjoy the WiFi if shared with some reasonable expectations. Staff are NOT available for any technical support.

Clotheslines are permitted under your awnings only

DUMP STATION

There is an RV Dump Station available for all our registered guests at no charge. It is located next to the K9 park.

NIGHT REGISTRATION

For arrivals after hours, a Night Registration is available. It is located right next to the front door to the office. It is highly recommended to call ahead and reserve and pre-pay for your site. Even on the same day. We can prepare an arrival package for you and you just pick it up and go to your site with the map.

ELECTRICITY

Provided at each site is a pedestal with a 15 amp, 30 amp, or 50 amp plug. Only ONE plug permitted at any one pedestal. Please limit your total amperage draw on the 15 and 30 amp plugs so not to trip the breakers. This will allow you to enjoy your stay without electrical interruptions and placing damaging loads on your unit and its components, cords and plugs.

All-terrain vehicles

No all-terrain vehicles or mini-motorcycles allowed on property, no golf carts. Motorcycles are allowed only to enter and exit camping. Must have a valid driver s license to operate any motorized vehicle.

Glass bottles

You are not allowed to walk around the camping with beverages in glass recipients.

Speed limit

Please observe the 10km/h speed limit. WATCH FOR OUR CHILDREN. All traffic signs must be respected. Violation will result in expulsion without further notice and WITHOUT REFUND

FIREWOOD

You can purchase kindling or fire wood at the office. It is FORBIDDEN to remove bark or branches from the trees on the campsite,otherwise you will be ask to leave without refund.

Fireworks

Fireworks are prohibited at all times.
