The staff was very accommodating as they were doing some major renovation of the facilities. We were glad to find them open and have access to electricity, as the low temps were in the teens, at night. We have a 40ft motorhome and found pulling into the sites a little tight. The mid-$40 rate was reasonable, thank you for that.

We stay at Goodland KOA several times a year when traveling to and from Denver. We can always depend on a safe and secure campsite with dependable service from the camp host.

The Manager Sean was very honest, conscientious and helpful. Very refreshing to speak with such a fine young man.

We loved this KOA. Beautiful place and the guy in the office (sorry I forgot his name) was so incredibly nice and helpful. This will now be a regular stop for us when we travel.

Quick overnight but clean campground and restrooms. Easy in and out of sires

We always stop here. It is easy to navigate, always clean and well cared for.

Pull through sites are very short and some are very tight. Everything else was OK, nothing special but nothing bad.

It was short and sweet We really only stayed the night but everything was great.

It’s a quiet and conveniently located park. Nice big grassy area to walk pups dog park was small and had no grass, all dirt. Nice picnic tables on concrete pads.

Small park, flat spaces very clean bathrooms and showers, easy on off freeway and close to town. Great overnight stay. No freeway noise but if your a light sleeper it is close to train tracks. Gravel road along back spaces may be dusty with light daytime only truck traffic. I will definitely stop again.

The only problem I had was I had read about it and it had the huge easil and I turned in at it. In no time at all the manager drove up next to us and led us back to the campground Ϝ. If we would have came in from the east, we would have seen the sign. They were totally helpful and the old house next door is a very nice blast from the past marker.

It was an overnight stay. Bathrooms were very clean. I used the shower which had good water pressure. They had a little bench in the attached changing room and 2 hooks so it was very functional. Also the floor was raised teak wood so you weren’t stepping on bare floor. Very nice!’

Road next door gets noisy. Sure was tight for slideout with tree on other side of site

This is a good place to stop for the night. Not a vacation destination. There are nice new concrete pads and furniture at each site abd they even have Paws sites for dogs. Bathhouse is pretty old snd not the cleanest however it’s heated which is a nice touch. Probably your best bet for a small little place to park fir the night in that isolated area

Sean at the desk was helpful and friendly, sites are good size, not tiny. Clean and well laid out campground, stayed one night but enjoyed it, not too close to the interstate to get tons of road noise.

Peaceful, beautiful, quiet. Owner Sean is a gem. Made accommodations for our teen daughter’s medical issues, and was just so friendly and helpful. It is obvious he takes great pride in his campground. This was my toddler’s fave stay of our whole road trip, as she made “best friends” with the wood-carved log-faces. Clean, good location. Would definitely stay again. Thanks again, Sean!

I have stayed at this KOA four different times. The pull though sites are short for my full size pickup and 20ft travel trailer. Very basic KOA and person in charge is adequate. The distance I travel between stops dictates that I stop at this location rather than I prefer this location.

The park is ok but they are definitely not for larger rigs. They will only let you book the most expensive sites if your rig is over 40', and they only have 4 of those sites. The "big rig" sites are almost $80 a night. The park was about 80% empty and we could have easily fit into one of the "less expensive" sites. We had to change sites because of low hanging tree branches. Not worth the money.

The journey KOA is located right off I70 but had little road noise. The sites were tight. The roads were good. Customer service is good. See the easel and visit the museum. Close to Walmart. No problems for a 2-night stay

Very friendly staff. Small RV park in a small town. Well maintained

Very easy personable check-in. Simple map and campground easy to manuver even with a big RV and tow. Lots of pull through spaces. As a bonus you can walk an easy 1/4 mile to see the worlds tallest easel. Campground including BR/showers very clean, and most tables are on new cement pads. Small but large enough off-leash zone that our cat checked out. Especially terrific for overnight stay.

Very nice iconic, small town KOA! Staff was excellent: very helpful and friendly. Grounds were immaculate, and we loved the large amounts of green space to walk our dogs. Only cons I would mention: very inconsistent WiFi, and my one shower in the bathhouse was cut short by a lack of hot water!

Wonderful campground, quiet.

We have stayed there a number of times, as an overnight stop. It seems traffic was busy all night this time. Other wise it was fine.

Not really Big Rig Friendly for a 45ft Prevost. We had to cut back trees so they wouldn't scratch our coach. The railroad ties that are between lots can mess up your tires. We made it work and I was happy about that! The manager was very helpful, accommodating and that made it worth the stay!

Desk guy was very pleasant and accommodating, was quiet and had great place to walk my dog. Only complaint is it is was too close to laundry room and lights were on all night.

Got in late but they had everything ready for us. Great check in and very clean campground

Sites are relatively tight for big rigs, but Sean was very helpful finding a workable solution for us. We appreciated his help. Park was quite quiet and well kept - clean bathrooms.

This is an awesome, pet friendly campground. We stayed on our way out to Arkansas to see the eclipse. I wasn't expecting a whole lot but I was pleasantly surprised. It is the most dog friendly campground I have ever stayed at. We got a deluxe pet patio spot which had a small gated area for the dogs, a really nice patio with a gas fireplace, separate table and bench. It was all spotless. There are two large dog runs on the property and multiple potty cans/bag dispensers around the property. Trees are large in the front area and the back area they will look great once they are grown in more. It is obvious a lot of work and care has been taken on this place. We liked it so much we stayed on the trip back in the same spot (A4 i think)

Most dog friendly campground we've ever stayed at! Small dog run in our campsite and we were across from the larger one. Heavy, windproof table and chairs as well as a propane fireplace. The campground was immaculate. We were greeted by Cindy with dog and people treats! We liked it so much we stayed on the way home as well!

Close to the Colorado state line. I was well treated by the manager who made an effort to keep my cost down. The amenities are of the normal quality for KOA (a high quality or full featured campground).
