Our water hose was not working and I called the store to see if they had them for sale and they did not. But the wonderful worker who answered the phone told me they could round one up for us to borrow until we could get to town the next day or 2 to buy one. What a great thing you did saved us a panicked set up. The site was perfect and we will definitely be back. Very happy place to visit.

Camp employees were helpful and present throughout the park. The bathrooms were clean and this location is just nice with trees and layout.

Very very friendly and accommodating. The campground and facilities are super clean. Huge sites and spaced well between sites. Close enough to town (few miles) but not too close.

Love the back to nature feel of the campground. Sights are large and easy to pull in and out of. One of the better campgrounds I have been to.

We had wonderful time at LOA Gaylord with full facilitated cabin with AC, Heater, TV, bunk beds, picnic table, grill and fireplace. It was good to stay in and with the nature. The staff was also very attentive and helpful.

When making reservations we were told that the site was a large site backed up to the forest. The site was extremely small. And the neighboring site was right on top of it. Other than this surprise upon arrival everything else was nice. All of the staff were super nice, great customer service and extra activities at no cost. Nice facilities

We have stayed at this park many times and it is always a pleasant experience. Everyone is polite and eager to serve. The guests are always well behaved too. We will be here again for sure.

I love this KOA. The sites are spacious and level. They have a fantastic dog park. I don’t use the facilities but the building looks in good repair. We have been here two years in a row for a 2 to 3 week stay. We really enjoy Gaylord. There are plenty of trees and the feeling of camping.

Great park. Plenty of room at sites. Just need to add 1 or 2 more dumpsters to the park. The only one up front filled up really fast.

The ladies in the office were very polite and informative and the maintenance crew working the grounds always seemed to be quite busy getting everything ready for the busy upcoming camping season.

It was a weekend away camping with our son and his family. Lots of things for the kids however the weather did not cooperate, it was cold and that was the weekend the tornado went thru Gaylord so we were also very lucky as we kept power no damage near us. A mile away was a different story...so prayers for Gaylord!! We hope to come back when its warmer and better circumstances.

Had a wonderful stay at this KOA. Entire facility was ship shape. I didn't use the shower room but I peeked in and it was sparkling. All of the staff were great. My sight was, according to my Level-mate Pro dead level with no adjustment side to side needed. Will definitely return!

The campground and staff were great. The staff was wonderful to work with and provided great delivery service of wood to the campsite and explaining the amenities of the campground. The campground was beautiful and the facilities were clean. I have a long trailer and was able to get into my camping spot easily with the help of the escort that showed us to the site.

This may not be the biggest but it is the friendliest KO a we have ever encountered. The management goes every extra mile to please an accommodate their guests. Clean with nice amenities trails everything ship shape. A perfect stop for families on the road or even a destination vacation.

It's really difficult to entertain our kids, but they had a BLAST here over Mother's Day weekend. The corn hold, ladder ball, bikes and putt-putt being all inclusive is insane! Usually those things are charged at campgrounds. The staff was extremely kind, accommodating and made sure we had anything we needed and even gave the kids VERY generous goody bags. 10/10. Will definitely be back!

We came here for a “shakedown” trip with our new 5th wheel. Nice sites, roomy. We will be back for 5 more nights!

Stayed at this beautiful campground in October 2021, lots of trees and campsites nicely spaced. Not far from the interstate but no interstate traffic noise. Bathroom/shower facilities very nice. Will stay again!

It rained and was cold all weekend so its not fair to judge that. I had a nice drive through lot. I'm not sure I understand the security gate at the entrance, but ok. They charge $5 per person for any guests. I found that odd. We had no guests but still. I told the one couple not to come by because of it. We could meet at the local donut shop instead. They gave me a free box of Kind granola bars,

I spent all season here! It is sooo beautiful and serene. The owners are wonderful and it was a pleasure to stay and work here. Loved it!
