The staff was amazing! The cabin was so clean, the activities for kids were endless. So glad we stayed here and will definitely be back next summer!

All was good. Very friendly staff. Only downside was the restrooms seemed to be having a lot of issues. The putting greens needed to be cleaned off. Lots of tree debris on them.

Spots are spacious, camp ground was quite, friendly staff, very clean tidy grounds and restrooms. Very close to state park , bike trails, and golf. Would stay here again,

Awesome! Staff was awesome and friendly, TJ specifically was great! Amenities and activities for the kids were great! We had our kids birthday party there while we were camping and the staff made it very easy for our visitors. Also allowed our kids to have their driving toys and let them off with several speeding warnings! All around great experience, will return! Thank you

With a campground this size 1 bath house with 4 small toilet stalls. In addition they are closed for cleaning 11 to 2 everyday! 3 hours in the middle of the day with no bathrooms is unreasonable.no one spot check8ng in the evening as families are returning leads to toilets out of order and messy stalls.

Really nice campground! Pool, unique trampoline/basketball hoop, and bounce pad (which are always exciting in theory but disappointing in reality) and a sweet little dog park. Very nice bathrooms, adequate laundry room, great mini-golf and gem planning! Campground owners are lovely and helpful and the employees happily go the extra mile. Looking forward to staying there again!

Well maintained sites, trails & campground facilities, The Management and staff were knowledgable, friendly and accommodating. Truly enjoyed our stay before heading to Traverse City.

We only stayed overnight during a trip to Minnesota. But based on our experience it would great as a bass to visit the surrounding area.

Such an awesome campground!! Awesome staff. So Close to anything you want to see or do. Visit Big Buck Brewery great atmosphere and delicious food. Highly recommend and we definitely plan to return.

We stayed in camping cabin D22. Everything was great except the queen size bed needs to be replaced. You rolled to the middle and the box springs made a loud noise every time you turned over or sat on it. Staff was friendly and everything was clean.

Campground is wonderful ! Lots of fun things to do for kids - pool is really nice , lots of seating . Kids loved the hayride and the movie in the park . Loved being able to use my card on file when making purchases at the camp store . Gaylord area is nice - campstaff here at the KOA were incredible , very friendly . We plan on taking a cross country trio and will be staying at KOA’s :)

I’ve stayed at other koas and this is missing the luster. It needs updating. Bathrooms especially. More activities for the kids and have someone cleaning the pool more often. It was gross.

Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure we were welcome. Very accommodating, and changed our site before we even got to see it, so it would be easier to pull in and out without unhooking car.

Tree roots in campsite proved to be a tripping hazard. There was a leaning tree on our site that appears to have been stuck by lightning.

The campground is was about half full and we pulled d in after dark and had to punch in a code to make the gate rise. The code box was way to low for a motorhome. People where outside in can 1 with a campfire and they were loud and still up at 2:15 am and there was no host that was indicated on the map and no phone number to call. The host should have been monitoring the campers. I got no sleep.

Tracey and Randy were exceptionally wonderful hosts! They made sure I was settled on my site and made me feel welcome! The campground is beautiful and very well maintained! I’ll be back. I recommend Gaylord koa to everyone!

We have enjoyed staying here for many years. The campground is well cared for and the staff very friendly and professional. This recent trip we had a slide awning issue and the campground staff member (TJ) went out of her way to find two other campers who were will to help us remove the awning so we could resume our travels. That is above and beyond. Thank you Gaylord KOA for hiring dedicated.
