I expect better sites at a KOA. The site was all dirt. There were no circuit breakers at the site. WiFi was poor. We were not informed the dump station was being repaired.

The campground is very clean and the office staff were all kind. The site was very nice except for the major brown tail moth caterpillar issue. They were all over our site thankfully just 1 of the 4 of us ended up dealing with the rash. The biggest disappointment was zero kids activities when the website makes it look kid orientated yet we got there to find nothing running and no activities :(

Great from start to finish. The site was clean , the staff at check in was friendly and efficient. We come once a year around Father's day to take advantage of the shopping in Freeport and we are never disappointed.

Nice little campground. Not as close to Freeport as expected. Not a lot of activities or things to do as some other KOA’s.

I would not tell any of my friends about this particular KOA, but not because of the staff , the staff were very good, that campground was clean as well as the bath house although they did not adhere to their bathroom closed for cleaning hour, it's because it's just to small, small pool, small play ground, this is a campground for senior citizens for people who just want to camp and nothing else

We’re extremely disappointed. Our neighbors were very noisy, reeked of marijuana and stayed up late loudly watching an inflatable outdoor screen. We were disappointed at the lack of activities-no music, pizza, games (except bingo), etc-especially on a holiday weekend. The staff was friendly & the grounds clean. Sadly they did not enforce the rules which was unfair to the rest of us camping

The parking was level, long and accommodated our 43' 5th wheel. The door side of the site had large divots like a dog had dug holes and they hand not been filled in. It also sloped away from the gravel requiring lynx levelers to level a table. Site A01. This is a great candidate for a paver pad, fire ring, and patio set. Would look fantastic. We will be back, quiet, peaceful and friendly.

Be a regular each year ,letting us know the cost would go up and supporting thru the pandemic a few times to help and then get a hit this year after saying the new pool and patios going in the pull through I wouldn't of minded the up charge of 20 more a night but to let us know it was for electricity. Had a rate increase of $21.00 a day from last year and was told they were putting in cement pads and a new pool. Got there to no changes. When I asked why the increase still with no changes they said to cover the cost of electricity. Honestly $21.00 extra a day for electricity. I would expect a little more. Kinda laughable.

Outstanding Kamp K-9! Very nice staff and very nice sites. Bathrooms nice and clean. Only downside was not having laundry available. Would definetly consider staying here again.

The stay was nice except for the dog park that we visited the first day. All tall grass, piles of leaves. A picnic table with a big hole underneath. Then after I had sat on the table and my husband tells me it was infested with Brown tail moths. Next day guess who had the itchy rash me of course. Itchy weekend. We later found the dog walk. Loved our spot and wished we could have stayed longer. Staff were courteous but lacking in numbers, services, and abilities. Had no ice or firewood. It's been over a week since we checked out and our Rewards points have not yet been posted.

Campground is fine. The only complaint I have is about their beautiful dog park (and the reason I stay at KOA) - the doggie poop bags were empty when I got there and still empty when I left three days later and they never emptied the stinky poop garbage.

The Road into the RV Park is rough gravel shape. Thinking the gravel pit has trucks going up n down thus why such rough shape. The RV Park is new needs more work on shape of more Dusty gravel surface , and if rains what a meas. Site was roomy snd level, very much appreciated.

Website says the office is open until 8pm. We couldn't reach the office at all from 3pm. Drove in anyway, and were allowed to camp overnight. We tried 3 sites and found only 1 that we could connect to the electricity as the other site's electrical poles were disfunctional. We also found that the grey and black water systems were inconsistently performing. Definately not worth the exorbitant price.

We like the openness of the camp ground and the site we were on (B08) was one of the most spacious of any KOA we have visited. The bathhouse nearest to us was nicely maintained and in good condition. We enjoyed strolling by the horses and burro (donkey?) and watching the one galloping around the ball field on Saturday. Roads were a little rough and services (ice and firewood) not ready yet.

As it was still below freezing the "city" water was not on, understandably so, however they had frost proof spigots available within garden hose reach to fill the onboard fresh water tanks. Very nice campground well maintained. Road was rough coming in (mud season) but the owner kept after it to keep it as passable as possible. grandkids loved giving carrots to the horses.

Hosts are very welcoming and friendly, communication is excellent and above all they are good people. They are always visible around the property and friendly towards our dogs. All in all an excellent experience.

A very nice campground with friendly and accommodating staff. Our site was a back-in and very roomy. Lots of grass and the trail around the park is lovely. We will definitely stay again as we weren't able to see as much as we wanted around the area due to an ill pet.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in one of the smaller cabins. The showers and bathrooms were always clean and in great function. Located in a quiet wooded area, which was wonderful! Still close enough to town for a great shopping and eating experience. There were a lot of activities throughout the week for those who wanted to participate. Wonderful stay! We love Maine, so we will probably stay here again! Price was great! I have chickens back home in Ohio, so seeing chickens on the property made me miss mine a little less. Thank you!
