Very nice campground. Clean laundry room. Pickleball court and bike paths. Lots of wildlife scene from our campsite.

Great area to stay. Everything you may want to do is right on the island. Staff is great - they will go out of their way to help with any issue you may have.

The park hosts were so nice. I really loved their organization and COVID safety. The bathhouses were always immaculate. The grounds were also lovely. The location with the bike path was fun and the proximity to Sannibel is why we stayed. The clubhouse was also in good order I liked that I could connect to wifi there and in the pool area. Fantastic stay! Thank you so much.

Very clean with nice amenities, but sites are way too small, at least #193 was, and on a busy corner of traffic.

This campground was extremely over crowded. We had site 322 and we were in a 5th wheel. So tight we had to park our truck on the patio of our site. They knew we were in a 5th wheel and that this site was to tight for a it.. That didn't seem to matter. I do know that it was season for this campground, it cost us $100 a day for a site we couldn't even sit out and enjoy.. Would not recommend.

Loved the location on Pine Island, facilities were great. The only improvement could be larger sites where you didn't feel crammed in on top of other campers. Luckily our neighbors were great. The only issue we had was a golf cart was parked in front of our unit while they used the showers. We didn't need to move but if we did we would have had to track this person down, just rude!

The location of the park itself is probably the only 5 star thing going for it. The amenities are nice. Pool is super clean and heated, hot tub is great. Laundry room immaculate. Sites are VERY tight. You can hear your neighbors for sure. The management is never present and support staff are good,,but the front desk? Well they could use some customer service skills. Wouldn't go back.

Very tight sites. Saw many campers moving many times throughout their stay. Parking help definitely meeds improvement. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The pool area was very pretty. The hot tub was small and inaccessible as people never got out for long periods of time. Only one available. Neighbors walked thru sites to access the bathroom. Same neighbors dog barked many hours.

Our stay was a joy. Our campsite was well maintained and had plenty of rooom. The pool was nicely heated to a warm enough temperature. Restrooms were very clean. Staff were all very courteous. Our neighbors were all friendly and nice. TV cable worked great. Somehow, we were blessed with not a single no-see-um visit to our campsite or anywhere at the KOA site. We'll be back.

Recommendations- put a dumpster and a proper dog run in the back. The dog run in the back is literally a site that has a ton of old picnic tables/garbage piled up and the distance to the other dog park is super far which increases traffic. Need a bit more green space for those in the far back. We loved the location on the island with the bike paths. Sites are really tight and small .

No wifi available at out site. Small pool and dog park. Campground is far from most site such as beaches and shopping. Other than that, park and facilities were clean and staff friendly and accomodating

Great staff. Friendly & helpful. The grounds could use some landscaping. We've stayed at the KOA Clearwater / Tarpon Springs, and it's lovely with trees & shrubs between sites provides a little more privacy.

Peaceful, quiet and convenient! Named our pelican visitor Petti the Pelican. It was fun watching him. Also loved Matlacha, the Edison House and the pier restaurant at Ft Myers Beach.

Loved this campground! Very friendly and helpful staff, and immaculate restrooms and laundry areas. Escorts help you park your rig, nice after a long day of travel. I do prefer more space and natural privacy, but would definately return. We stayed the month of January.

Nice location with good entertainment available. Pool and hot tub area were clean and refreshing. Busy during our stay. The only reason I didn't rate it as a five is that I wasn't given a one-hour late check-out extension.

Friendly staff, but terrible noseams this year. No sitting outside around dark. WiFi is poor normally going to unusable when the campground fills up. Phone data is poor so you can't move to that. Its on a bike trail and the weather is usually warm and that's what keeps them going.

The campground is very well maintained. Very clean restrooms. The only issue was we were traveling with 2 other class B RVs. We tried several times to be placed together and were told no. We were there for 10 nights and the 2 sites behind us and the one to our left opened up 3 different times. Still the answer was no. The only reason we can figure is the just didn’t want to

Most of the park was still shutdown from the hurricane. I'm not sure if any of the showers were open. Very small crowd made our stay much nicer.
