We had a nice campsite, #7 although the picnic table was quite warped. Was disappointed with the camp store as there didn’t seem to be a selection of items in the store. Laundry facility not in operation; no trash pick up. Sites not spaced out. Helpful staff, climate beautiful, peaceful. No-see-ums prevented more outdoor use

Nice campground, friendly staff. Great laundry facility and amenities. Very disappointed once again a KOA did not have any WiFi. Because two KOAs in a row had no WiFi we cancelled the next two KOAs and booked at locations who could confirm WiFi or have good cell service and 1/3 price.(state park). We pay more to stay at KOAs because of amenities and need for consistent internet connection to work.

This is the 5th time we've stayed here. This time we stayed for a little over 3 weeks to visit our daughter who lives in the area. Our site was clean and roomy. The campground is very quiet as it is located out on the island.

We stayed in a cabin by the lake. It was very clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The staff is super friendly. Campers were friendly and fun. The KOA is located near two wildlife preserves, several great restaurants, fishing charters and a huge bike path.

Nice corner spot, very quiet tenants. Everyone very friendly. The pool area is wonderful. Bathrooms and shower facilities very nice, clean. Lots of hot water. Only downsides- maddening tiny biting bugs, and the pool is like a mile away.

Employees were excellent. Grass needed cut( 6 inches tall). I had to cut our lot myself. We saw no grass being cut in the 9 days we were there.

It is expensive. Parking is small and to close to your neighbors and no shadow at all.

Great campground with a beautiful pool. The staff is excellent and very attentive to your needs and this is a well run and organized facility. The only negative at least for me was the noseems which I suspect that there is not much that you can do about.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice pool. good entertainment and food trucks. Internet/WiFi very poor. Unusable at times. Most other KOAs we have spent time in had much better internet connection. WE would not recommend this KOA based on the poor internet service. This needs much improving.

Great stay. Facilities well cared for. This is a quiet out of the way spot. As in any larger area that you are tied to with a bridge for access it is challenging at times to come through Matlacha. However once on Pine Island it is very laid back. The bike path from one end of the island to the other is nice. The KOA park was nice to enter with plenty of great spots. Enjoyed our stay.

Well kept older park. Staff is kind, professional and helpful. Sites are accommodating and large enough for camper, vehicle, picnic table, awning and more. Wifi needs help but not totally necessary as 4G LTE service is strong. Pine Island and it's small towns is a laid back Florida Treasure w/ agriculture and fishing anchoring it's economy. Great Restaurants, Bars and Shops. Great Kayaking.

Camping in a motor home towing vehicle. Plenty of room and site backed up to a lake. Clean campground well maintained. Laundry room was super looked brand new. Lots of washers and dryers and they used credit cards so no need to carry rolls of coins! Would definitely stay there again.

The Noseeum bugs were awful around our campground site, extremely limiting our activity at the site itself. We tried several different types of sprays specifically for those type of insects and nothing worked. There is a high probability we won't be coming back next year.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin with our 4 children and it was perfect! Space was so well planned that even though the square footage was small, we liked it better than the larger hotel rooms on our trip. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Pool is wonderful!

We have been coming and staying for two months for the past eight years. The park is clean and welcoming. The WiFi is too weak for the number of sites and there are issues with the cable TV. Despite that we love coming!

It was great. The cable tv didn’t work. I wish our site was bigger. Wife had bug bites. Still, we enjoyed the facility, the people and weather.

the bugs were horrible and we didnt know we couldnt have a camp fire, we were camping would have never quested. the manager Pete i think was his name was very nice and very helpful. we will not go here again.

If the internet worked & the cable would work 24/7 things would be perfect. The only place to get internet is by the front office

This was our 3rd winter staying at Ft Myers /Pine Island KOA. We love the campground, staff and the area. Our only recommendation is to please enhance the wi-fi it is very weak.

Liked everything about the campground, and have made res. for next winter. Staff is very friendly, and many amenities/activities to enjoy. My only complaint would be that the wi-fi is very bad. If wi-fi were a necessity for someone they would be disappointed. That being said, we look forward to our 3 month stay next winter. The weather is ideal.

Most of the park was still shutdown from the hurricane. I'm not sure if any of the showers were open. Very small crowd made our stay much nicer.
