We stayed for a week in our travel trailer. The staff was always around, so easy to get in touch with if we needed them (which we didn't). The bath house we used was immaculate and updated. The pool area was nice. We took a walk every evening to the clubhouse to play ping pong. There was also a pool table, a weight room and numerous other pieces of exercise equipment. We really enjoyed our stay!

Overall, it was a nice facility. My only major complaint is the proximity to a waste water reclamation plant, literally 20 yards from our site. The smell was not pleasant and I really wish I’d been made aware of that so I could have requested another site.

We had a great time exploring Pine Island. Your pool and spa were so clean and inviting. The temperature of the pool was perfect.

We had a great stay with plenty of toon around us and very friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were very clean and refreshing and the landscaping throughout the campground was pretty and very clean. We were escorted to our site and assisted into the spot. Great games a available outside if you wanted and tennis courts and small basketball hoop too along with dog park areas. Very peaceful

Our campsite was wonderful. The park is well kept and the restrooms are spotless. We enjoyed the pool as well.

We stayed at the Pine Island KOA on May 4,5, &9, paying $90/nite. ($270). We decided we would like to stay the entire month of May, knowing that we would probably have to pay the entire $850/monthly rate for the remaining 24 days. The $270 already payed was our fault for our indecision; we could live with that. The office demanded that we pay $90/day for the remaining 24 days. We left. Stupid.

The staff was very accommodating especially since we brought a boat along with us. They made sure we had adequate room to park it as well. Very nice.

We stayed here for the month of April, everything was perfect. The staff, amenities, lot, weather. This was our favorite park so far, I highly recommend!!

Spent three nights here and enjoyed the local area. Got a few items repaired on the motorhome at the same time.

This is by far the nicest KOA we have stayed at. The pool area, showers, laundry area, and overall campgrounds are very clean,and well kept. I do not understand some of the negative comments about the long term units. All of those are very well kept, and clean as well. Our hydraulic motor burnt out as we extended our slide outs and they worked with us to stay in our spot until it was fixed. 5Stars

The place is immaculate! Friendly eile and helpful staff. We happened to stay during a high fire alert. So paying extra for that for 7 days. Was a bummer. Otherwise, great place

I have been here before. The staff are friendly and fair. To be honest I dont like the back section with the small slabs very congested. This time I was on a brand new pad and I see they are upgrading. I will visit this park every year. But not in that back section.

We stayed 2 nights. Large back in site on concrete pad. Park was filled with full timers living in the park which gives it a different feel for sure. We enjoyed Pine Island & were there to visit friends. Cable worked well.

The stay was adequate. The one available shower where we were near the office had a handle that kept falling off and no hot water. The dog run was a weed patch, but ok. Far to get to Sanibel and Captiva. The site we were in had a bush with seeds on it that stuck like glue to our clothes and our dog. It was quiet and clean.

The KOA team was very helpful. The bathhouse and laundry was very clean. The clubhouse was awesome with a very nice pool table and ping pong table. The pool was warm and the hot tub awesome. We will hopefully visit again next year.

As with all campgrounds, the WiFi is iffy. It was non-existent on Friday but did come back somewhat on Saturday. I can't imagine how it must be when the park is full. The new cement pads are really nice and much appreciated. The last visit we made we were unable to level our trailer. This time no problem but all in all it was a great stay and we will definitely be back.

Very nice campground. we had a wonderful time. It was very clean, quiet and well maintained. Nice size level cement pad sites, good water pressure, electric and clean pool. All the staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Bob was great, he answered all our questions, brought us to our site and came right out to replace our leaky backflow preventer. We look forward to returning.

At check in on 1st night I was informed no hot water in bath house at the tent camping area. Was told propane to be delivered the next day. Again on 2nd night still no hot water. I spoke to office personnel to inform the manager I was not happy about the situation and how inconvenient to go to middle bath house. Poor planning on manager's part when tent campers would be there.

Bob and Vicky are incredible hosts- compassion and informative. They run a very clean and peaceful KOA. I would stay here again for sure. Bath houses are very clean as well as club hoses and laundry rooms. All in all we enjoyed the stay and our hosts

We loved our stay at Pine Island KOA. Great Location, friendly staff, friendly neighbors throughout the campground, very clean, nice amenities for all ages, bathhouse was amazing and maintained! Our plan was to stay for 2 nights and we loved it so much that we stayed a week! Thank you for a wonderful experience at Pine Island KOA!

We had a nice campsite, #7 although the picnic table was quite warped. Was disappointed with the camp store as there didn’t seem to be a selection of items in the store. Laundry facility not in operation; no trash pick up. Sites not spaced out. Helpful staff, climate beautiful, peaceful. No-see-ums prevented more outdoor use

Most of the park was still shutdown from the hurricane. I'm not sure if any of the showers were open. Very small crowd made our stay much nicer.
