Nice location with good entertainment available. Pool and hot tub area were clean and refreshing. Busy during our stay. The only reason I didn't rate it as a five is that I wasn't given a one-hour late check-out extension.

We really liked your campground. It was clean and fun. At night it was quiet and during the day it was nice and peaceful. Your was staff was helpful and friendly. We definitely will return.

Friendly staff, but terrible noseams this year. No sitting outside around dark. WiFi is poor normally going to unusable when the campground fills up. Phone data is poor so you can't move to that. Its on a bike trail and the weather is usually warm and that's what keeps them going.

The campground is very well maintained. Very clean restrooms. The only issue was we were traveling with 2 other class B RVs. We tried several times to be placed together and were told no. We were there for 10 nights and the 2 sites behind us and the one to our left opened up 3 different times. Still the answer was no. The only reason we can figure is the just didn’t want to

Enjoyed our stay. Sites are small but well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and other amenities were very nice. Could use more (larger) laundry facilities. Was disappointed to receive the $57 charge for electricity for our month stay, didn’t recall seeing any notification about this charge.

We had a very nice experience at your campground. The customer service team were very helpful and the check workers did a great job helping us settle in our site. The restrooms and showers were very clean. Thanks again for a great time.

Staff were exceptional, park was fine. Only complaint was the barking dogs in the corner site. We witnessed other campers asking to be moved due to this. Your policy regarding dog barking should be enforced for the benefit of ALL your guests.

Second time we stayed at this Koa. First time was great—we had a site in the front of the park that accommodated our 37 ft fifth wheel. This time we had a site that was too small for our fifth wheel in the back of the campground. We couldn’t even use the picnic table as the sites were too close together. Also smell from waste water facility was bad. Won’t be back

Very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and professional staff (Peter, Sheri, Mick, Jane and Ms. Vikki). The reason we only rate this place as a 3 is because to stay here it’s very pricey and as everyone else mentions the No-see-ums are horrible. All in all our stay there was very enjoyable and a lot of friendships were made.

The staff was outstanding. Very friendly and accommodating. The sites were large in comparison to some in south Florida. We liked the quiet, uncrowded nature of the island. The only things that kept this from being a rating of "5" were the "boil order" that we had to live under for a few days after a waterline break and the "no see-ums" which were treacherous at times.

Very tight spaces, older campground, appears to be a lot of permanent residents. I would rate the staff a 10 - very helpful.

Great staff, well organized arrival, but the main section is packed back to back and side to side. All sites are back in and mixed in with seasonal sites. Many of the seasonal sites are old trailers with aluminum rooms, porches or carports permanently attached. This park is neither attractive nor easy to get in or out with your RV. Water, electric, sewer and cable were just fine.

A little bit awkward to fit our van into the space and fully hook it up; enjoyed the jacuzzi.

The campground is clean and well maintained. The host is so helpful with guiding us into our spot! The restrooms were very clean. Thank you for such a nice place to stay!!

One week stay. Nice campground but it’s very large. Needs to have trash disposal container in the back portion of the campground, it’s too far of a walk carrying trash which results in more vehicles operating in the campground. Also need to put in a handicapped parking spot at the rear laundry - right now no parking at all for handicapped or elderly campers.

We rented one of the cabins (#3). We only have 2 negative comments: 1. The hot water heater must be very small. The shower hot water only lasted about 10 minutes. 2. The street light hits the front door & windows with great intensity, making sleep difficult if a dark room is preferred. You should install heavy room darkening shades. Otherwise the accommodations & campground were top notch.

Most of the park was still shutdown from the hurricane. I'm not sure if any of the showers were open. Very small crowd made our stay much nicer.
