We've been coming to this cmpgrnd for over 30 years as a group, usually 20+ rigs, when we came earlier in the year, the hall was very dirty. This time not only was the hall filthy, but the kitchen appliances were gone, we were not told ahead of time, it was our Xmas party/dinner, of course we did clean the hall as we did earlier this year, other appliances were avail, but not in the hall we used.

It was not easy to find a site. We were given a campground map with sold lots noted and told to pick our site. Our site was 50 & 30 but the 50 wasn't working. Tnextorning the 50 amp worked for 1/2 hour, then stopped and the 30 amp also died. Maintainance was wonderful, the guys camp and replaced the broken power parts at the pedestal. Super service! Thank you!! Nice club house.

The sites are beautiful but bathrooms were filthy, no WIFI as advertised, garbage stacked up around cans and office seemed to open late and close early.

KOA needs to remove this campground. You had to find your own spot. Some spots did not have sewer even though they were in a full hookup section, and you had to check the power before you ever set up. I walked around with my surge protector trying to find an available spot with working power! They ran out of bottled water in the store. Overall just a horrible experience for a 3 night stay!!

Never should be a KOA! Checked in and told to find any site, confusing and non working, unlevel sites, corroded electric plugs, non working water, no hot water in bath house. Will never stay here again. Wood was $10.50 for 10 little pieces!

This place is a dump. I expected much better from a KOA. There is still no hot water In the club house. The dog park is a feces sand dump. The electrical outlets are in bad repair, and there is no internet or cable tv. The pool is un heated. Shame on KOA for allowing this park to use this designation.

Horrible KOA. No escorts to your site. No site assignment and told to pick any open site. Sites are not laid out. Website and ID sign reads WiFi and there was none. 4 wheelers and ATVs running around are all times of the day and night. After staying many KOAs over the years I feel this campgrounds should be a mom and pop place due to the lack of being like others.

We found faulty and burnt 30amp connection...no water ...or dripping faucets...no sewer or sewer hole stopped up.....no tissue in bath on hilll....no hot water at lower one...where i parked and then had to drive each time i went to bath..toliet...shower on hill water shooting out of wall soap disp off wall...loud party at 230am sat no answer f guard shack....sheriff at one site on thur..fri. poor

The worst dump ever, many sites without water, elec, or sewer! In poor disrepair! TV in community room not working! Too many tent and junk live ins, crap everywhere, roads in disrepair..loud atv’s and political signs!! No help to assist with finding sites, “ just pick one”! The worst koa we have stayed in!! We were a group of 51 women and none will return! Go check your parks!

This is not your typical KOA experience. The customer service was lacking. It was not the cleanest area. It is 30 miles pretty much from anything which I should have researched that prior so I take responsibility for that. Everything is what you make of it so we did enjoy ourselves. We met some of the nicest people during our stay.

Poorly maintained, hookups were iffy and hard to define for site parking, no assistance for parking. Dirty bathrooms in club house. Will never go there again and will warn others to stay away.

No hot water in the main showers. Rest rooms need repair and cleaning. No instructions to check in. Need sign when leaving.

This KOA is not up to the standards I have found at other KOA campgrounds. The sites are poorly marked as to whether or not they are back in or pull through. Hook ups are poorly located, electric on one side, water on the other. Club house is very large and nice for groups, but poorly maintained. The kitchen appliances have been removed leaving only a microwave. No hot water in kitchen or bath.

Sites are not marked very well and it is very chaotic. They don't assign spots, you drive around with your rig looking for a site, then let office know where you are. Sewer hook ups are all helter skelter. Showers filthy for 5 days. In the middle of no where.Store is not well stocked. Management is more interested in selling lots than accommodating campers.

Was a very welcoming campground. The staff was extremely friendly. We enjoyed our very nice, and wide site. They allowed us to pick the one we wanted out of the 50amp section. Which was different, but neat. Very easy to access the trails too. At night the bugs were something awful. Kids and all couldn’t stand to be outside. However, it wasn’t cold yet to prob steer them away more.

No walking trail (except a few hundred feet blocked by dead trees).Internet does not work Our site's sewer was blocked. The black waters have walked on the neighboring land. Lots of dogs off leash. One dog in particular bark a lot. No picnic table. Lots of noise (lots of ATV, music). There are a lot of sites available, unlike what their KOA site mention.

We had an amazing time. Staff is friendly and helpful. Campground area is kept clean. Can’t wait to go back!

Nice camp ground, very friendly and helpful employees, the problem is the restrooms were very dirty, no toilet paper and septic system plugged at many sites, also no hot water in rec room showers

Arrived Wed nite; waited 1 hr; pick what's open & park; better hope it isn't sold; Guard-no guidance/help on where to go; 3 HRS later in sold spot & didn't care. Guests double parked, stealing power/water from open spots; front desk girl was very nice, but there needs to be better organization on arrivals/spots; place was very nice; 5th time here; 1st time w/new owner; it wasn't like this before

Courtney is amazing at her job. She always has a smile on her face and will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is fantastic!! I can't wait to go back for Christmas and new years!! The sites were well maintained and having the trailhead is awesome!! I only wish we could get TV stations because my husband can't fall asleep without TV. Luckily we had some nice neighbors that had Dvd's!

Not very clean, people living there had trash all around their site, office staff was more worried about her boyfriend then getting me checked in. Laundry facility was dirty.

No WiFi or internet as advertised. Clubhouse had cable but no HDMI Cord to watch TV. Need to correct these issues or lower their fees due to advertised services not available.

HORRIBLE. No one told us when making reservations for 11/26/21and 11/27/21 that campground was going to be inundated with four wheelers. When we got there at dusk that Friday, the office was closed and no one was available to show us to a site nor was a site designated. We had requested pull-thru with electric and water. There was no management and sites were unmarked. 23 MI. for nothing.

Very nice campground. Not much around the area as far as businesses unless you drive 30 minutes into town but that’s what we liked best about it. It was nice and quiet. I wish the walking trails were open so there would have been that to do. We will definitely be back.

Why do you have us reserve a spot then tell us its first come first serve when we arrive? There are no fire rings web site says there is. Counted a total of 8 picnic tables in the whole campground web site states that there is one at and a fire ring in the spot I reserved but of course was already taken. No Wifi again the website says there is. showers filthy. Campground is a dive.

First time here: There is a 'Stop Here' sign at the guard station, it appeared that we should check in there, but nobody around. No info telling us to go beyond there or any directions to the office location to check in. Finally another camper came up and told us where to go! Wi-Fi is advertised, but it was not available. The grounds are clean, the pool a very nice area. Excellent OHV trail acces

Not a good place for an koa ! Septic was plugged could not use, sites not marked well, dumpy sites , sore to look at! Only part that was nice is pool and office area! Very deceiving!

This is a great place to stay. It's out of the way, there's a nice pool and the lots are good sized. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel like you're home.

Actually, it’s a zero star rating. It’s a beautiful location with tons of squandered potential. It is obviously mismanaged and is rarely if ever maintained. There was no answer by the office, despite multiple calls on separate days, their voicemail was full & there was no answer from security. Read my full Google review for more info. Bottom line, keep looking!

A most unusual KOA experience. This place has lots of sites and you choose your own. They are in grass and some are uneven and the sewer or electric connections are damaged. The rec room was once nice, but is very abused. The store/office closes early, but not much to buy there and nearest store is a good distance away. Come prepared. The pool area is nice and the pool was clean. Long drive to KOA

We were very disappointed. We like to have a campfire and none of the sites had fire rings so we could not have a fire or cook out. We planned on walking to the lake but the path to it was down a steep hill at a 90degree angle and 2 older folks in their 60s couldn't possible maneuver it. They do not assign sites, you pick a site. Couple showed up next to us and so close couldn't put out my awning.

What a great, out of the way place to camp. Located beside a lake, there was always a nice breeze blowing. Campsites are very large and are all pull-through, which is a nice option. Bathhouse/clubhouse is very nice and the restrooms are clean. Staff is very friendly. It's not your typical KOA, as everything is very laid back, probably because it is located in the middle of nowhere. It's one of those places where you go if all you want to do is camp and relax. They do have activities for children in the morning.
