We rented a cabin. From the moment we walked in there were multiple insects. Ants all in the kitchen and roaches. We killed at least 8 large Ones in less then 24 hours. We complained to the front desk they said leave it in the comments.We ended up leaving it was so dirty. We paid for two nights and we checked out after one before 11am.

We went for the trails. Rode ATV's all day long. Barely ever seen anyone out there. Its located at a trailhead of a beautiful National Forest. Very friendly people all around the KOA.

No corkscrew -when we asked at front desk we were told the cabin owners didn't supply one No sheets for pull out bed - when we asked at front desk we were told the owners only supply sheets for the bed as there were only 2 people. I DO NOT SLEEP WITH MY SISTER No numbers on cabins make it difficult at night to find correct cabin on the 1st night Otherwise it was great

Amazing, fully furnished cabins. Cozy, quiet and relaxing! We had a blast being able to cruise over to the forest trails and ride our ATVs as a family.

Check in and out was very easy and friendly! The trailer we stayed in was not quite as great as our first time! There were ants on the counters in kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, mat under recliners were soaked from the rain the day before, the extra bedroom door was hanging on by one latch, and toilet started backing up on our last morning there!

We spent $200 per night for a destination trailer, which was quite nice. However, there was no water pressure in the shower or hot water. We had an ant infestation in the pantry, on the couch and in the bathroom. We had to dispose of any food in bags or boxes as the ants had gotten in them. We would like to come again, and would appreciate compensation for our inconvenience and food.

Paid top dollar for a cabin and as soon as you walk in the smell was so overwhelming we walked back out. The bed was not made Liens were just laying on the bed. The carpet looked like someone was murdered. Not to mention the walls were covered in mud and the pull out couch was broken. Word to the wise bring your own camper, The cabin Roscoe was horrible!!!! Awesome place to ride atv,s that’s it!

WE TOTALLY ENJOY OUR STAY UP AT FORT McCOY. WE FIND THE GROUNDS TO BE VERY WELL KEPT. LAUNDRY ROOM VERY CLEAN AND CLUB HOUSE A WARM AND COZY AREA TO JUST SIT AND READ ,PLAY POOL AND WATCH TV. PEOPLE VERY FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL TO ALL . SO HAPPY TO PART OF THIS FRIENDLY COMMUNITY.

WE HAD TO MAKE OUR BED THE CABIN'S CARPET AND DINING ROOM CHAIRS WAS DIRTY THE COUCH WAS BROKEN HAD NO CURTAINS ON THE SLIDING DOOR WE HAD TO HANG A SHEET OVER THE DOOR. WE REALLY WAS DISAPPOINTED.

Staff were very nice, but the cabin was not. It was a manufactured house that was in desperate need of repair: a hole in the deck with nails jutting up, blinds broken, drawers that wouldn't stay closed. It had carpet which was quite dirty looking, and dust and dirt on surfaces inside. The camp store was clean but had very little. Pool was good.

Staff was a pleasure to deal with. Campground was very clean and comfortable. We had a group of families stay together, all had a great time. The kids loved it as well. Will definitely stay again!

Very nice mobile home we rented for the weekend. Was our first time there and we’re looking to go back. ATV trails are literally right across the street.

I loved it. The only issue is check in time. The cabin was empty � and they didn't let us � use it 2 hours prior The check in time. We're 2 people in the cabin, not a big group and we need to use the refrigerator as we had a long trip. But, we live this place. Security Guy is amazing. Hope see you soon. �

Unfortunately we had problems the last 2 times there. The internet was not working either time we stayed there. And the last time we had to go out and purchase a hot spot do we could access our own streaming service. This is a little thing but it is included in the amenities they offer. Even after reporting it 2 days in a row nothing was done. They are so need to replace the blinds on the glass

It was horrible the sliding glass door wouldn't open you only had one way to lock the thing the carpets were all stained the bed was very uncomfortable there was no curtains on the sliding glass door you had no privacy and it was way too light inside so I won't be staying in cabin 31 again

We stayed in Cabin 34 which was so clean and nicely renovated. The staff in the office was very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back!

Horrible accommodations live bugs dead bugs dust dirt mold rust etc broken lights broken smoke alarm broken blinds broken locks disgusting carpet stains chair stains. I have pictures I can provide Would like refund/discount on what I paid Feel free to contact me personally. I also waited over an hour to be able to check in. The office was closed no one told me and couldn’t ride atv

We stayed in one of the onsite cabin/ trailer. It was clean but, there were NO blinds in the sliding door and only a half blind on the front window. It was like staying in a fish bowl. Also the light fixture in the kitchen was left all exposed. This was our second stay with you. Our first experience wasn't much better. We love the park so, we will probably return but, with our own accomodations.

2 nights stay in the Park Model 33. Ants running everywhere when we walked in the door. Dead mosquitoes squashed and killed on the walls. Carpet has never been cleaned. Bathtub backed up 4 inches of water while showering. Grill was pathetic. Half of window blinds missing. Ask for partial credit. Was denied. Can't even own up to their own problems and owners needs to change immediately.

We rented an adorable cabin #34 for 2 nights while we used the trails with our SxS. Only thing that didn't work was the TV but explained to us had to do with lighting!! Which we get. So hopefully next time it works. But love it there super peaceful and a little home away from home.

Great weekend! We stayed in a park model. Very clean surfaces, but the furnishings weren't and needed updating. Nice area especially if you like the National Forest trails/ATV riding. We visited Silver Springs, Salt Springs, Fort McCoy and Ocala. Beautiful views of Lake Ocklawaha reservoir/river as this spacious campground actually sits up high on a mountain range which is unique for Florida.

Terrible customer service. Rented a cabin and there electric went out so they closed shop and didn’t come back to check in any reservations until 4pm. No call no nothing, we sat there waiting to check in since 1pm. The lady seemed like she didn’t care at all that we had been waiting with our 2yr old for over 3hrs. Place is covered in ants and the cabin smelled like smoke.

Customer service was spectacular!! Amenities at the cabins 33 and 34 were embarrassing. Sofa bed in one was completely broke, had to sleep on floor. These are the units that should be kept up the best and… Utensils in kitchen were horrible. Would cost less than $50 to get new ones. It’s July 4th and the grass outside both cabins could have been cut to accommodate weekend guest. NEEDS ATTENTION
